Chapter-Thirty-Four
Two months later, everyone was busy preparing for the wedding, Si-u finally arranged with her company to continue her services at the branch, which was granted to her.
Baek-Hyun and Ji-ho were laying on the bed checking out their wedding plans for tomorrow.
“Don’t you think all these are too much for the wedding?”. Ji-ho asked glancing through them on the tab.
” No, this arrangement is the best”. he replied.
“But I told you I want a smaller wedding with few friends and family members”.
” Nah, this is our wedding and I want the whole world to know and see how beautiful my wife is”. he said smiling, and they went mute for a while.
” W-why didn’t we have our wedding after the baby is born”. she said.
“No, I don’t want my babies to be born out of wedlock, “. he caressed her belly that plump out a little.” I just can’t wait to feel my babies”.
“Don’t get your hope high, is not two”. she said and scoffed.
” You still doubt me, right?”.
“Yeah, am the one carrying the child, and I know is just one”. she said smiling.
“Really? “. he flirts with her as he pushes closer to her.” how about I make it two since you don’t believe me”. he said as he smirked, Ji-ho understand what he meant and she push back.
“What are you doing?” she asked and Baek-Hyun pin her on the bed and cover themselves with the blanket.” Baek-Hyun, let go of me “. she giggle under the blanket.” You will harm the baby”.
“I will be gentle”. he replied and their giggling fill the room.
The next day, everyone was ready and the reception was held in a big and expensive hall, the whole place was decorated beautifully with a gold and black design, and everywhere was sparkling with fluorescent pulp.
Baek-Hyun was dressed in a designer suit with a sky-blue necktie. On his wrist was a diamond bracelet and on his feet were designer shoes whose appearance alone foretold how expensive it was. Byung-ho and Chan-yeol were dressed in the same as him but with different suits.
Ji-ho was set. her wedding gown was beautiful, it’s a square neck wedding dress with shiny stones arranged on its front part as designs. Her jewelers were made from the purest form of diamonds as they glitter, on her wrist was a feminine type of bracelet that Baek-Hyun wore, which they bought a few days back as a couple bracelet. She wore high silver designer shoes and her hair was made into a bun with a few curly strands falling over her face. She wore light waterproof makeup and held a bouquet of flowers. Si-u and Su-ho were there with her, they were her bridesmaid although Su-ho was due for next week to deliver but she decided to appear at Ji-ho’s wedding, they were helping her with the overflowing part of her wedding gown.
Si-u and Su-ho were looking beautiful in their bridesmaid’s wear with a milk-colored mermaid dress and block print designer shoes.
Baek-Hyun was waiting for Ji-ho in the spotlight. He looked splendid and sophisticated, and his friends were standing behind him. Baek-Hyun started to get worried as the bride was taking long, Suddenly the bride stepped into the hall and all heads turned in her direction, her beauty was breathtaking and full of splendor. She looked like a princess that was about to be betrothed. Her father hooked his hand around hers at the elbow. Baek-Hyun couldn’t get his eyes off her as she continues to ascend toward him, she finally walks to him, and her father hands her to him before he left to meet his family in the congregation, Everyone was smiling at them.
” You look beautiful”. Baek-Hyun said to her and she blush.
“You look handsome too”. she said and they said their vows to each other again and they sealed it with a deep kiss, the crowd stood up clapping and cheering them up as balloons and a colorful popper were fallen on them. Byung-ho hug Si-u to himself and kissed her forehead, Mrs.I-jun couldn’t hide her joy as she dabbed at her eyes and continued cheering them up with her husband by her side smiling. Jin-ho’s family couldn’t hide their joy either as tears fill their eyes to see their daughter happy again.
Six months later, Ji-ho was in labor and Baek-Hyun was beside her during the delivery, the rest was waiting impatiently in the lobby, including Su-ho with her baby boy and soon Baek-Hyun came wearing a sweet smile on his face and they rushed to him
” How is she and the Baby?”Mr.Dae-Jung asked.
“I am now a dad, she delivers a set of twins, a boy, and a girl”. he said and everyone screamed in excitement as they were hug each other and rejoiced. After they were taken to their room, Ji-ho sat upright on the bed with the baby girl in her hand and the boy was sleeping calmly on the swaddle near his mother, the rest enter happily congratulating her, Mrs.I-jun help her with the baby, and sat on the chair. Baek-Hyun sat next to her and took her hand.
” Congratulations big sis, I have called Mom and Dad, they will be here very soon”. Si-u said.
“Wow, they look so adorable”. Su-ho said.
” I guess the baby boy has my nose “. Chan-yeol said jokingly.
” Don’t even think about it Chan-yeol, that kid had all of me”. Baek-Hyun said and they laugh.
“Congratulations to you two”. Mr.Dae-Jung said.
” Thanks, Dad”. they both said.
“Speaking of which, Chan-yeol when are you going to settle down? Look, Byung-ho will be getting married soon”. Baek-Hyun said.
” How will he settle down when he doesn’t even have a girlfriend”. Byung-ho teases and everyone laughs.
“Really? You all think I don’t have a girlfriend?”. he scoffs. ” well, let me shock you all, I have a girlfriend and her name is Elizabeth and she is Australian-based but was born in England. “he said and they were surprised.
” Really? Is she Queen Elizabeth?”. Baek-Hyun teased and everyone laughs.
“No, but she is my Queen, you all will see her soon”. he reassured them.
” Good, how about, you invite her over for the family picnic next month.”. Mrs.I-jun said.
“Sure, definitely”. he said.
A month later, everyone went out for picnics, and Chan-yeol finally introduced her fiancee to everyone, they welcome her nicely. Mrs. I-jun and her husband were playing with the baby, and Si-u and Byung-ho were on the other side of the beach chatting. Su-ho and her husband were watching the kids as they were playing around.
Baek-Hyun and Ji-ho sat down near the tree Ji-ho rest her head on his shoulder and was staring out into the waters.
” I am just so happy about how things turn out”. Beak-Hyun said.
“Me too, I never thought of a day like this will ever come “.
” And I am so blessed by the universe for bringing you to my way”. he said as they turn their faces to each other smiling.
“I am more blessed for having you in my life”. she said and he caressed her face.
” I promise to always be there for you and our children”.he locks lips with her and Ji-ho melts along with his kisses, “I love you”. he said between the kiss and then plant a kiss on her forehead as Ji-ho rest her head back to his shoulder.
