“What happened?”he said cleaning the tears.

Jacqueline just kept quiet staring into Andrew’s eyes.

“It’s okay”He said chuckling, he gave her. The ice cream while the guard gave Judith.

Judith didn’t even spare the guard a glance,her eyes where focused on Andrew who was feeding Jacqueline the ice cream.
After the car took off,an old woman who sat on a beach waiting for her kids saw what Judith did to Jacqueline earlier.

Andrew noticed how Jacqueline started acting strange after they were back from The ice cream shop.
Anytime he tried touching her hair like he usually do,she would move away.

Jacqueline was determined to talk.

“We are almost there”He said.

He was leaning in to kiss her slowly while Jacqueline closed her eyes.
His lips finally landed on hers and he started sulking it.

She was afraid Judith might Walk in but she just couldn’t push him away.

Andrew immediately broke the kiss and kissed her forehead,she frowned.
“You seem disappointed”He laughed annoying her more.
She rolled her eyes as he continued teaching her.

Judith walked out from the mall cat walking towards her car when someone called her from behind.
“Mam Judith!”Cole Andrew guard called smiling.
She faced him with an annoyed look on her face.
“Yh what?”She said recognizing humvas Andrew guard who gave her the ice cream last time.
“Hmm I just wanted to say hi”He said feeling nervous,his heart couldn’t stop beating.
She sneered and her eyes went to the nylon he was holding.
“Oh hi,what are you carrying”She asked moving closer to him,it was obvious this foolish guard likes her.
“Oh it’s pads”He said,his ear turning red.
“For who? Your girlfriend?”She teased and he shook his head.
“No, actually it’s for Jacqueline”He said and Judith rolled eyes.
“Oh ok”She said and was about leaving but…
“Mam could you please gi…give me your number”He said scratching his head.
Judith burst into laughter and eyed him.
“I can never give my number to a low life like you, you better get that and get to work”She fired and left him standing there.
Cole but his lips so hard that blood came out.

Malani shook John’s hand before biding him good bye.
She felt so happy after a long time,that too with John.
Getting home she saw Drake on the dinning eating,this time she didn’t bother herself to greet.
She walked passed him even though her heart was pounding against her chest.
“Good evening”
She halted when she heard his voice, turning she looked everywhere to see who he was greeting.
“Of course it’s you”He said looking at her.
She looked into his eyes and saw pain.
“Hmmm good evening”She clared her throat and walked upstairs.
Immediately she got to her room,she slammed the door.
“Weird”She muttered picking up her phone to call John.
John didn’t waist time to pick.

She smiled and answered”yes”.
“Good then,stay safe”He said.

Days past and malani was starting to feel something for John.
John was a single father,his wife died while giving birth to Mary his daughter,since then he didn’t see anyone eye catching until he met malani.
Malani on the other hand couldn’t think straight,she loves her husband and doesn’t want to betray him in the most painful way.
