What do you mean she’s gone? Mia asked the cops for the umpteenth time, even though she has heard them explain countless times,she just didn’t want to believe it.
How could you all loose her? She asked again but their heads were bent in shame.
How could the three of them sleep off while trying to arrest a criminal.
Daphane stared at them, without saying a word.
They weren’t angry because the police lost her, they were angry because now she would be after Blue and they didn’t want that.
They wanted her behind bars before she finds out that Blue is gone, to buy time for Blue who might not know how to fight back if she shows up.
But now, they didn’t just loose her but they also told her she was last seen around the forest.
They knew Saraphina won’t be any where else.
We knew we can’t bind someone that powerful to a mere prison for humans anyway, Mr Enoch said tapping Mia’s shoulders…
You can go, he said to the policemen and they nodded before leaving, each of them confused.
I’m going to kill her!
I’ll make sure she rots in hell! Mia yelled standing up but Ricardo who has been watching rushed over to her.
Mr Enoch nodded at him then left Mia to him as he approached his daughter.
I’m going to kill her with my bare hands, I will make sure I do that before i die!
You need to calm down Mia, I don’t think this is your fight, you should let police do their job, he said and she glared at him.
You still think this is a joke?
Who would joke about witches in a serious situation? she asked him looking pissed.
Its not like I don’t believe you but… you know these type of things only happen in movies.
I wish it was a mere movie as well.
I wish it was a movie, that means my own birth mother would still be alive.
Blue wouldn’t be in all this mess!
Come to think of it, you wouldn’t have met Blue if it was all a movie, you know, Ricardo said and Mia paused.
Are you really salting my wounds right now? She asked walking away from him but he chased after her.
They walked in silence, they got to that place they once had a double date, that place August finally got the chance to talk to Blue and Mia stopped.
Do you think all these wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t bring Blue here? She asked with teary eyes.
Do you think August didn’t know her before then? Ricardo asked and Mia turned to look at him.

I’m just saying you know… maybe he must have been watching her… that’s if all of these is true though.
You think so? Mia asked and Ricardo looked away.
I never said that’s the case, he replied as he thought about Blue, the last time they were here.
It was his first time seeing her smile.
He fell inlove with her more on that day.
What are you thinking about? Mia asked sitting at his feet.
Blue, he responded immediately sitting beside her.
Me too, Mia replied staring into the sky.
It wasn’t sunny and the breeze was amazing.
I don’t know.. but I can’t help but freak out.
What if the witch is already close to her?
Or has already gotten to her?
What will my sister do? Mia asked, concerned.
Blue is a witch too, isn’t that what you said? Ricardo asked.

She is a nice person, Mia defended.
A witch doesn’t mean Evil? Ricardo responded with a smile and Mia nodded.
What I mean is, they are both powerful witches like you said, you should trust Blue.. and August too, I’m sure he would do anything to protect her.
You are right… you know I think… the earlier i start to refer to her as Zelda, the earlier she regains her powers, don’t you think? Mia asked.

That witch must be so cruel to give her a name with sad meaning, Mia added with a scoff.
She looked around her surrounding, searching for nothing in particular, then back at the sky.
Do you think he likes her? She asked all of a sudden.

August… the way he stared at her that day, I think i remember it now.
I won’t lie, that’s what I thought too.. but with everything happening, I think he just was looking out for her, if they are of the same kind and she is their queen then he was merely doing his job, Ricardo responded.

Ricardo stared at her, amused.
Your insecurities is kicking in again,you better move on, that dide definitely has a mate if he is a vampire, he replied standing up.
If I’m the insecure one, what’s with that look on your face then? Mia asked smiling sheepishly.
August looked away.
You see… you think I’m right….. that dude might be habouring feelings for his queen… you think so too right? she teased crossing her arms and smiling to his face
I don’t know what you are talking about… I think he is just being loyal

Move on Mia… you should go find your own true mate, he mocked laughing.

You aren’t worried about your sister anymore? Ricardo asked following behind her as they walked home.
I trust Zelda, I’m sure she won’t let the witch win, Mia replied confidently.
But a witch has to win though, its either the good witch or the bad witch, I’m rooting for witch Zelda, Ricardo said with a smile.
He secretly liked the sound of it.
Do you think we will ever see her again? He asked with a cracked voice.
I know Bl… I mean I know my sister, she will come find me when she can, Mia replied with tears in her eyes but a wide smile on her face.
Ricardo didn’t say a word as they both walked home.
He walked Mia to her house gate and when she was about going in, he spoke
When she visits you, tell her to visit me as well, I’ll patiently wait for her, he said and before she could speak he turned and left, his heart heavy.
He was heartbroken.
Why did she have to be mated to someone else.?
He didn’t mind if she was a witch or not.
He didn’t care if she was the bad witch, he only wished to have been mated to her.
Or atleast, he wished he was supernatural too.
Atleast he can contend for her heart until she decides to choose him.
But here as a human, as a pitiful human, he knew he couldn’t fight someone who isn’t human.
Someone who can turn to a cat and still exist in his world.
He was no way close
He knew that.
But he still didn’t want to let go.
He knew he couldn’t.
But if he was to fight for his love, how will he fight from earth.
He needed to be in their world atleast to fight.
He got to his gate and got in with one thing in mind.
Finding and meeting her at all cost, he won’t loose her to an animal, never.

What are you doing here? Blue asked Saraphina who burst into laughyer.
To stop you fools! she yelled stomping her staff on the ground and the breeze it produced threw them all far away.
Hahahahaha!!!!! She laughed vicously as he approached Blue who was finding it difficult to get up.
What made you think you can cross over when I’m still alive?
Where do you think you are going to, you cursed child!
To the place where I belong, Blue said to her face.
A slap landed on her cheek but she smiled instead infuriating Saraphina who used her staff to struck her again.
The breeze through Blue off again but she kept on smiling.
This time, a mischievous one.
You belong to this weak world you wench! Saraphina growled at her.
Blue got up and walked towards her.
Aren’t you the one who belongs here? Its obvious you are getting pretty ordinary now, Saraphina, Blue mocked.
What does that mean?
Your powers…. do you feel them?

Can you guys feel it? She asked Arnold and Oliver and they chuckled

Saraphona groamnd, tightening her hands around her staff.
What are you in this world without your staff, Saraphina?

Isn’t it obvious you are the one who belongs here and not me? Blue mocked again, issing Saraphina off as much as she could.

Shut the hell up! Saraphina yelled but her scream held no power.
She felt herself getting weaker but she kept a straight and confident face so Blue won’t know something was wrong.
Oops. I’m sorry mother, but you shouldn’t have let yourself be reincarnated, did you think I was bluffing when I said i was going to come back through you? Blue asked and Saraphina stood, shocked.
How did she know all of this?
Who told her about the reincarnation?
What nonsense are you blabbering about? She asked, feigning ignorance.
The nonsense about you not being able to stop me, Blue replied, circling Saraphina as the guys watched.
They were cautious enough to run to her if they notice she needs help but for the time being, they were instructed by Beiber to stay steps away.
Saraphina glanced at Beiber and it dawned on her who he is, she had seen the cat so many times yet she only discovered who he was just now.
I see you got the weakling on your side, is that where you got your confidence from? Did the weakling also tell you that he’s gotten weaker too? She asked in a mocking tone.
The only weakling I see here is the one who couldn’t stop herself from birthing her enemy, how were you a mother supreme? Blue mocked with a chuckle.
I see you want to die! Saraphina screamed as she pulled her staff out of the ground, with her whole might she stretched it towards Blue and screamed.
