Avalon almost lost her balance when the ice broke just seconds after Emma was iced.
Everyone’s eyes almost popped out of their sockets,and….

Everything paused for a moment,even the earth itself stopped rotating that very moment.
Avalon’s eyes were left completely wide
for long,she couldn’t blink because the shock was like that of an electric.
It literally shocked her to her bone marrows.
It took her minutes before she could process what just happened right in front of her and everyone.
Nobody has been able to undo her powers,absolutely no one!
And now some mortal girl just broke her icing?
Like what the heck was that?
Who is she to have done that?
Avalon turned slowly to Astrid who was still left in utter shock too just like the rest still were.
“Am I dreaming? No,tell me this is a stūpid dream so I can wake up from it right now!
Tell me she did not do that,Astrid. Just tell me it’s my imagination!” She barked and chuckled like one who has suddenly lost it.
When she got no reply,she returned her gaze to Emma and kept staring at her in utter dismay as she still couldn’t believe it.
“Someone,please pour some water on me,I need to wake up from this nightmare” She half yelled,as she shook terribly.
She was immediately blessed with a lot of water by Bluey who didn’t hesitate to grant her wish.
The rest were still busy staring at Emma confusedly. She also, was totally confusedUU.
How in the name of Isles was she able to do that? And…and the danger she sensed before it happened,how did she know that was going to happen?.
F*ck! This is seriously the craziest thing that has ever happened to her!
“Mortal or not,that girl isn’t ordinary,what the hell?!” Alcaeus exclaimed,folding his arms in an unbelievable way.
“Now I am certain that she isn’t Mortal,but who the hell is she?” Rickett asked inaudibly. His brows were still curved in shocks.
“Whoa!” Was the only thing Tempest uttered out,because he was too shocked to say what he actually wanted to say.
Emma turned to her friends to look at them with a “how the f*ck did I do that” expression on her face.
Illekktra’s mouth was still a bit in agape while she was on the ground.
She f*cking fell down when Emma pushed her aside, and was literally was still there like she was glued to the ground.
The shock weakened her so much that her remained there on there on the ground like that.
She finally stood up and just when she was about to close her mouth so she could say something to Emma.
Probably ask her how she was able to do that,not until Avalon interrupted her.
“Do not let this Sh|t that just happened,deceive you into believing that you are an immortal,stūpido!
You are a mortal girl and will always be. And I’ll make sure you leave this place soonest.
“Who the f*ck do you think you are?” She barked,giving Emma deád glares that could kìll someone if they could actually kïll anybody.
Emma said nothing. She only smiled at Avalon,more like a smirk,making everyone to stare at her her in a more confused way and that got Avalon very angry.
“Mmm!” She growled angry and stamped her foot on th ground as if it were the cause of what happened.
She left their side still angry,and Astrid following up immediately,but not without looking at Emma again for some minutes.
“Emma…?” Bluey called her questioningly and Emma looked at her,but they both said nothing.
They only kept looking at each other like they were in a staring competition.
“How did you do that?
Wait,how did you know Illekktra was the one Avalon was going to ice…that you had to push her aside?
I mean,we all were focused on where we were heading to and never turned to look at the back.
“We never even knew they were behind us,so how did you know she was going to do that?” Bluey finally asked Emma.
“Seriously,I have no idea how that happened,or how I was quick to sense the danger ahead” Emma replied her.
Her voice almost not heard,as she was still trying to recover from the shock she gave herself.
“OMG,Emma! You undid Avalon’s spell. Do you have any idea what that means?” Ioanna asked,taking Emma’s hands into hers in ecstacy.
“It means Emma is an immortal with many unknown powers,simple” Illekktra threw her hands up high in excitement.
“Tell me about it,whoa!” Ioanna gushed seriously and they all chuckled happily.
“You are one of us,Emma,whether or not anyone likes it. You just don’t know who you are yet,right guys? Because I don’t even know what to say at this moment” Illekktra asked Bluey and Ioanna. They both nodded in a yes,although still not believing it.
“Thanks for saving me,Emma. Had no idea that girl was still planning to pay me back for what I did to her” Illekketra said with a head shake.
“But why is she always so bitter and ready to fight at all times?
Doesn’t she get tired?” Bluey spoke and they all hummed with a shrug.
They were still talking as they began to walk slowly again,when Bluey caught sight of Rickett who was almost close to them.
Immediately she saw how close he was,she sighed and briskly started walking away,leaving her friends behind.
Emma frowned when she saw what Bluey just did,and she began to wonder why she’s running away from Rickett.
“What’s up with Bluey,why is she running away from him? Is there something I am missing here?” Emma asked with raised shoulders as she was totally lost.
“She told us that she doesn’t like guys who like her,around her. Especially too close in contact with her” Ioanna replied Emma with exactly what Bluey had told them.
“Huh…? And why is that? Didn’t you ask her why?” Emma questioned,getting even more interested to know.
“She told us she didn’t want to talk about it,Emma. I am just so worried and concerned about her.
I really do not understand why she’d be running away from a guy who likes her,it’s really weird” Illekktra sighed,and rubbed her forehead a little.
What they are baffled at now is that,she gets close to other guys,but not the one that likes her.
Weird,is it not?

“Azrael?!” Circe barked angrily as Azrael is nowhere to be found.
Although,he has his own place where he lives,away from Circe his mother,but he’s always around when he senses that his mother needs him.
Well,he does this most times.
He refuses to appear because it’s always either she wants him to do some evil for her,or just bug him unecessarily.
So,he chooses not to answer her most of the times.
Shockingly,he actually doesn’t like to do evil like his mother,Circe. He always wants to do good most of the times.
Funny and strange how the son of a sorceress does not do evil,right?
Well,Azrael is that strange.
“Where is he?!” She asked nobody in particular.
She waved her wand in anger,and most of the things inside broke instantly as a result.
She still has not gotten over that incident of her pot of poison.
The fact that it did not work on the mortal girl whom she thinks and knows very well that Emma is,is a big threat and that’s why she has been restless since then.
She knows very well that Emma did not díe,because if she did,she (Circe) would have gotten her powers for sure and her pot wouldn’t break.
Now what is troubling her so much is the fact that a human girl survived her poison,and she not only did that,but she’s also in the Isles which simply means trouble!
Reasons why she wants to see Azrael right now,so he could do something for her.
“Azrael!!” She called loudly for the third time. It was then that Azrael appeared.
“What is it,mother?” He asked with an uninterested look on his face,because he somehow knows what his mother wants to say.
Out of anger,Circe hit him hard on the hand with her powers,immediately she saw him.
Azrael groaned and staggered,holding that part of the arm with a scoff.
It didn’t take much time before the pain vanished though. He made it go.
“Do I always have to scream my intestines out before you show up?” She half yelled,with her angry dark eyes piearcing into Azrael’s face in the scariest way ever.
“You do not expect me to leave the things I am doing and always run to you whenever you call. I have my own life to live,I think you should get used to that” Azrael replied sharply,obviously angry too.
“I will hit you again,and I will make sure to hurt you more than before” She warned sternly.
“Then I should probably go back since you do not have anything important to tell me,but to hit me like…
“Shut it?!!” Circe snapped angrily and shut him up,making him unable to open his and talk.
It was totally locked,even when it had no padlock on.
Circe is so very angry that she’s starting to act insane,and like the witch she is.
She was quiet for minutes,trying to calm down before speaking.
“You’re going to find out about something for me in Immortals High” She started,as she began to walk about,her black dress following her tail to tail like a long wedding dress,but a dark and spookey one.
Well,she’s always in black dresses. In fact,everything about her is black,qualifying the real witch that she is.
Azrael furrowed his brows,wondering what she might be up to this time.
“Why would I do that?” He spoke after Circe suddenly unlocked his mouth.
“Because I want you to.
You will disguise yourself as one of the students,then go there to carry out my mission” Circe said bossily and stopped walking about for a moment.
“You can do that yourself. Disguise and go do it yours….
“You know that is almost impossible for me because it won’t be long before they sense that I’m the one” She cut in immediately,glaring at her son darkly.
“You are the one who can do that without anyone knowing,so you’re doing it!” She continued,saying it like an order.
“What is this silly mission even about?” Azrael curiously asked,shaking his head.
“It’s about this mortal girl I poisoned the other day we attacked,but….
“I knew it’s because of her you called me here” Azrael retorted,gruntingly.
Circe who was backing him now, turned to look at him the moment she heard what he just said.
How the hell did he know about the mortal girl?!
“How did you know about this?” She questioned,her voice sounding so scary.
