Samantha also tried sitting but Malia grabbed her hand which stopped her from going any further.
“Sorry, But we are leaving… Since, we are done,we ought to leave or don’t you think? Anyways… Goodbye and thank you for your help, We will do our introduction any other time and in a better location…Let’s go, Samantha ” Malia said
“But… Huh? Can’t we just–
“No, Let’s go!” Malia frowned grabbing Samantha ‘s hand. Samantha turned to stare at Blaze who waved to her. Samantha smiled and turned back immediately. She was feeling the kind of feeling she hadn’t felt before.
“Hey? Did you see the girl on cap? I thought they were three earlier?”Brad asked
“Yeah… I saw her before, Seems she left” Blaze said stretching his neck in order to feed his curiosity.
Malia and Samantha held hands as they walked up to Elle’s hideout. Immediately, Elle saw Samantha , She ran and hugged her warmly.
“I’m really sorry, I couldn’t have asked Malia drink that water, I couldn’t have just left… I–
“It’s okay… I’m your friend, I don’t need to hear reasons from you, I understood you even before any explanation” Samantha smiled as she hugged Elle tighter.
Seconds later, They disengaged and the three friends all walked out of the restaurant linking their arms together.
Samantha kept smiling as she walked with her friends. She also looked at the ground as she imagined stuffs.
“Hey? Why do you keep smiling though?” Elle asked waking her up from her imaginary world.
“Huh? Was I?” Samantha asked widening her eyes
“Yeah girl, What’s up? Did something happen? Something good?”
“No, It’s just uhh… I feel quite uneasy… I don’t know but my heart–
“Are you afraid of something or you are falling for someone?” Elle interrupted
“What?” Samantha muttered.
“That’s what it’s feels like or don’t you think, Malia?”
“To be sincere, I… uhh don’t really know–Malia
answered and paused
…Can you explain better?” Malia turned asking Samantha .
“I had a feeling when my eyes met with Blaze ”

“No, I don’t… I just.. Uh.. You know, had this kind of feeling, I’ve never felt that before or do you guys know what this feeling really is? ”
Samantha asked as she felt hot already.
“You are blushing girl… Just say it already!, You like Blaze right?” Elle asked
“What? No!” Samantha replied in a yell
“Don’t you dare lie!” Elle laughed
“Huh? By the looks of things, Huh… Well…I guess”
“What? Seriously? You do like him?Wow!” Malia screamed
“Hey! You guys should keep it low, We are on the streets…But you know, It’s my first time feeling this way” Samantha said shaking her head
“How?” Malia asked
“Falling inlove….I’ve never felt this way before” Samantha smiled
“It’s rare… Tomboys hardly fall in love” Elle chuckled
“Anyways… I’ve made up my mind, I think I like Blaze… I’m going to make him mine”
“Wait?… With this face? Does he know you are a girl?” Elle scoffed
“That’s right!…Geez!! Why didn’t I think of that!” Samantha said loudly slamming her forehead
“There’s no need for that” Malia laughed
“Why?” Elle asked
“He knows”
“What? How?” Samantha asked confused
“Why wouldn’t he know? He’s my cousin… And I send him our pictures everyday through whatsapp, I don’t really hide things from him, I take him as my brother too”
“But since when? Since when did he find out about me?”
“Since when we became friends? It’s been long… I texted him then saying I made friends and one was a tomboy. He asked for some pictures which I sent… He knows us ever since”
“Wow, I like it… I guess it will be easy to tell him about my feelings, But He’s a part of Sky Boys Band, Right?”
Malia and Elle nodded. “Then, Can he keep a secret?” Samantha asked
“Why?” Malia asked.
“You see… I got a job as a house keeper–
“What? House what? Keeper? Why? I don’t want you to do that? Is it because of the pay or what?” Malia cut in angrily
“No, Not at all… It’s because I want to stay away from my mom for now” Samantha replied with a sigh.
“She still nags, huh?” Elle asked
Samantha nodded with her face quite down.
“Cheer up, princess!”malia smiled
“Yeah… Just go for it, Since we know your reason” Elle patted
“Yeah… We are in support and don’t worry, Blaze keeps secret even till death! I’m even gonna talk to him so don’t worry ” Malia nodded
“Thank you guys! You are the best” Samantha replied as she stared at them. Samantha inhaled deeply and thought about her exams. She decided to tell them about it but she couldn’t say it, She was feeling low esteemed, What if she fails again? She might not be able to face them anymore due to the heavy Shame!. No… She just couldn’t tell them. She didn’t even have the courage to tell them, All of the sudden, Her voice was gone. She sighed sadly and felt bad.
She looked at Ella’s face and sighed again. What could she do? She wanted to be a good friend… She raised her head slowly from the ground where her gaze was. And as fate would have it, She saw a convenience store.
“Hey! Come here guys…” Samantha smiled
“Why?” Malia asked as she followed her while Elle looked around.
“Here we go, Elle, Take a look and find the cream you use in case of this ruins on your face…I’m gonna pay” Samantha smiled as they went inside.
“No, It’s okay.. I’m going to get mine”Elle retorted trying to leave. However, Malia held her hand immediately.
“I know you h@të things like this but she’s your friend… She knows why she’s doing such, And no one would like to see a scar on your pretty face”
Malia whispered
“Alright then… Just for today? Got it?” Elle whispered trying to wear a smile
“Okay” Samantha smiled.
“You guys should go… I’m gonna get something for my dad” Samantha smiled
“Alright… Let’s go to the other side, We are going to see you later then” Malia smiled holding Elle’s hand. Samantha nodded as she watched them wave and leave.
Samantha smiled and turned trying to get to the other side. She moved to where ladies’ stuffs were displayed trying to get to the other place where fruits were displayed.
Strangely, Her eyes saw someone wearing a cap and mask taking a sanitary pad and a small towel. She widened her eyes as she looked on. She gasped noticing it was a guy.
“Aiish! Who’s this? Is he a pervert? What does he think he’s doing?Taking women stuffs? I’m going to get him good! Just watch” She whispered furiously as she bit her lip.
She ran towards him and grabbed his hand twisting it to the other side. The man began to yell groaning in pains.
“What do you think you are doing? Are you kinda obsessed with women’s wears?It’s a stupid taste to have! I think yours is quite weird even though i– She paused and twisted his hand more causing him severe pains which made his groans get louder.
“You are so dead!” She smiled and quickly removed the cap and black mask.
She looked at his face and gasped. She left his hand and took few distances away from him.
“Hey! Seriously, That was painful!” He yelled
“What? Huh? Sorry” She apologized as she opened her mouth in shock
“But what do you think you are doing….Newton?” She asked as Newton embarrassedly removed his gaze from her.
“I knew this would happen, Hey… Listen! I’ve my reason… Huh? I can explain all this!” He yelled as he later reduced the tone of his voice as he still continued to stare at her with utter embarrassment.
