“Yeah” Blaze replied at the other end of the call.
“I saw your text, You said I should call”Malia asked.
“Huh? Yeah… Malia, Can’t you just help me once, Huh? Just this once… I’m begging” His voice was calm, sad and sincere.
“It really seems you like Elle, Can you like anyone else for instance?”
“What?”
“It’s impossible right? I just don’t want anyone heart to get broken,–Malia inhaled deeply as she paused. She knew she left Blaze confused already.
“I’m gonna help you,, So… What do you want me to do?” She asked.
“Uhhh… Okay, Tell Giselle I like her–Can you?”
“Hmm, Okay… I’m gonna do that, I have a condition though”
“What that?”
“I’m not gonna tell her who likes her,, Infact, I’m gonna keep you anonymous,I’m not gonna tell her your name. But I’m gonna still be the one to set guys up for a date, So what do you think? Is it a deal”
“Uhh… Sure, It’s a deal… So, Just tell her a guy likes her and asks her what kinda man she likes… Her ideal type, Huh?”
“Alright… I’m hanging up” Malia said as she cut the call off.

“Where are you off to?” Agnes questioned staring at Giselle who wanted to leave.
Giselle shot an angry look at her.
“What? What are you gonna do? Report to mum and dad?”Elle asked
“Huh, Sort of….I could do that you know–Agnes paused and slowly closed the hymn book she was reading. “It’s quite late, This is 7:39 pm… Be back early cause I might really report you”
“Just mind your business… Stupid” She snapped angrily and stormed out of the room, The door banged loudly due to this.

“Noona!” Josh yelled at the top of his voice. He was still standing when his eyes met with Giselle who was waiting at a distance.
Josh ran up to her. “I really didn’t know you would come, I was actually waiting for you” He giggled shyly. Elle stared at him quite irritated.
“Is it true?” She finally asked with a light frown formed on her face.
“About?” Josh answered with a question curiously.
‘That you have feelings for me?” She asked again. Josh giggled and nodded shyly as he stared at the floor.
“Josh, How old are you?” She questioned again.
“Huh, 19?” He replied now turning to her. Giselle inhaled deeply and stared at him. “I’m 21…Meaning we aren’t mates… I can never like you, even if you promise me everything, Get that!”
“Noona?”
“I came to tell you that and besides, I can’t date my best friend brother” Elle explained and turned to leave. Josh quickly grabbed her arm.
“Noona, Give me a chance,—–Please?” He swallowed hard with sadness in his voice.
“What?” She asked turning back to him.
“Let’s just go on a date, 3 times…If it doesn’t work out for us, Let’s quit”
“Hmm, So… What if it works out? Do you expect me to–
“Yeah, If you manage to like me then, You are gonna be my girlfriend” He interrupted
There was ultimate silence before Josh broke it. “So, Noona… What do you think?” He asked slowly removing his hand from her arm.
Giselle opened her mouth to talk when her phone ring tone interrupted. She sighed deeply and took her phone out from her bag. She looked at the screen and boldly written on it was; Heart beat.
Yeah, It was Malia. That was how Elle saved her contact. She smiled and looked at Josh. “Hold on, I’ve got to pick this”
Josh nodded as Elle received the call.
☎ Hello, Girl.. What’s up? Elle asked
☎ Good Babe, Where are you now?
Giselle looked at Joshua and swallowed hard nervously.
?Huh? I’m at home, Why? Elle lied.
? Okay… Huh, Can we meet outside?

? What’s wrong with your voice? You seem anxious… Anyways.. I’ve got something to tell you, It’s an important gist.

Giselle stared at Josh. She was anxious already. She bit her lips softly. “Josh .. Next time, You gonna hear my reply.. I’ve got to go” She said.
Josh smiled and nodded. “Alright, But hold on”
“Why?” Elle questioned.
“You shouldn’t let her know how nervous you look” He whispered cleaning her tiny drips of sweat on her forehead that ran down her jaw.
Elle was now more nervous feeling his hand on her face. She blinked her eyes slowly as she faced the floor.
“Go” He whispered now taking his hand off her face.
Elle looked at him with her puppy face, turned behind and took on her heels like flash. Josh watched till she was out of sight.
