Chapter 51&52
Su-bin and yeon sat facing each other at an empty restaurant and it was so awkward .
“Okay am tired of staring at your Bryan ,why are we here ” she ask yeon who chuckled .
” I heard you got into an accident last night ”
” So is that why you brought me here “she said and got up and so did yeon .
” Hey hey calm down love ” he quickly stop her from leaving ,she glare dagger at him and he bite his lips and rough his hair .
” C’mon Bryan am not in the mood for this ” she snap
” Please let’s talk “he said and she sigh and sat down and so did he , yeon inhale and exhaled trying to calm his nerves while su-bin just stared at him with a blank expression .
“Okay Firefly let’s play a game , am gonna give you 3 chance to ask me 3 questions and I promise to answer then truthfully ” he said to su-bin who arched her brows and smile .
“So you mean if I ask you 3 questions you’re gonna answer ” she ask
” Well yes and now you have 2 more questions to ask “he said and she glare up
” 2 ! how is it 2, you said i should ask you any 3 question” she yelled
” But you just asked me a question right now “he said innocently and that was when it down to su-bin that he’s trying to trick her , she giggled and nodded .
” Smart move Bryan but am not stupid and for my first question what’s your real name “she ask
” My real name is yeon. forget about me surname, now you have 1 last question “he said
” And for my final question Bryan tell me all about yourself ,don’t leave any detail behind ” she said, yeon heart miss a beat and he gulp down nervously.
“You promise to answer my question honestly and truthfully” she reminded him and he chuckled and scratch his brows , she could see the hesitation in his eyes .
“If you’re not willing to talk the just forget about it “she said but he shook his head negative.
“My name is yeon and am the crown prince of corea ” he said fast , he frown when he saw how funny su-bin is staring at him
She doesn’t look surprise at what he he just said and this got him even more confuse .
“why are staring at me like that ” she ask
” You don’t look surprise like you don’t believe me , wait don’t you believe am the crown prince of corea ” yeon ask unable to hide his confusion anymore , su-bin took out her phone .
“You aren’t too good at hiding your identity prince yeon , and for your question I knew you were the prince a month”
” What “yeon shrieked and she rolled her eyes
” But how ,I mean how “he ask
“Remember the day picked your wristlet” she ask and he nodded slowly
” Well I wanted to sell it so badly so did a photo search on it in order to get it’s prize online but to my surprise it turns out the wristlet belongs to only the royal family of corea , the wristlet is a heirloom own by the royal house . I went to 3 pawn shops but the shops owners were scared to buy the wristlet , claiming it will put them in trouble . So non buy it except for that greedy pot belly man , I was surprised when you showed up and claimed it as yours ”
” But that still doesn’t justify how you knew am prince yeon ” he ask ,she giggled and show him a photo of himself as prince yeon dress in a royal robe and putting on a red mask . On his left wrist is the royal heirloom , Yeon just stared at the photo of himself and rolled his eyes.
“Still doesn’t make any sense” he said and folded his arms and su-bin put down her phone
“Let me see your left wrist ” she said but yeon frown she wiggled her brows and he sigh and lift up his left hand and there was the heirloom along with the crown prince wristlet .
” See you’re wearing the wristlet on your left wrist just like prince yeon wears his and you are also wearing the crown prince wristlet which was given to you on your ceremony night .”she said leaving him dumbstruck, yeon didn’t know what else to say he felt like an idiot.
” Do you remember the first day Bora brought Lee home and you both went outside , well I kinda eavesdrop on you and Lee conversation and I heard him call you YOUR HIGHNESS “she explained . Yeon bite his lips and look down at the table unable to look up at her , for the fest time yeon felt played . No one had ever made him feel this way , he couldn’t believe she played him all this while .
” Look Bryan I don’t care if you’re the crown prince or not I do love you, and I felt hurt when you refuse to open up to me . Do you know the difference between making friends and keeping friends huh , making friends is easy but keeping them is hard . Finding love is said to be hard but managing it is harder .
No matter what yeon you are still my Bryan, the grumpy guy I fell for and nothing will change that “after saying this she got up and left the restaurant , yeon didn’t go after her he just sat there staring at the table .
Su-bin got outside and she stopped a taxi , but before entering the taxi she pause and glance at the glass walls of the restaurant and she could still see yeon .
” I know you will come around and I will be waiting “she mumbled before entering the car which dove off as soon as she got in.
