The rain increases its pace. It began to pour heavily like never before.
Everyone inside the hospital was stuck and couldn’t go out because of the rain.
Ellie just couldn’t cry seeing how everything was happening on the same day. The day has been bad ever since the rain started.
Lauren was still in the Labor room since yesterday night. Ethan is facing a trial right now in court.
And the worst of all, the rain chose this same day to pour down itself.
“Ethan won’t be happy if he didn’t see Lauren or I or any of us in court”
Ellie said to everyone.
“Ethan doesn’t know Lauren is in labor”

“According to the prosecutor, the murder happened at exactly 9:20 pm. But Ethan Baker’s current location at exactly 9:20 pm was in Los Angeles.
Ethan Baker that day took a flight from Los Angeles to London here to visit his girlfriend but unfortunately, he met her dead with a knife stuck in her chest”.
The whole spectator sees some foul play here.

Doctor James walked into his office.
Everyone had gone to court to support Ethan except Ellie and Alex.

He gestured Ellie to see him at his office.
Ellie entered and sat opposite him.

“I think we are going to take the baby out through surgery, she can make it on her own”

“First, this is her first time giving birth. Her genitals aren’t strong enough for the coming out of the baby”

She shouted.

Ethan stood on a high mountain dressed in a blue suit and held a red rose. He placed his other hand in his pocket and looked at the sky.
Lauren walked to him from behind carrying a baby in her arms.

Ethan refused to listen.

Ethan handed over the baby back to Lauren and began to walk towards the edge and end of the mountain cliff.

Lauren jerks out of her deep sleep into reality. The computer system signals a green and the numbers increase back to normal.
“Thank God, you made it”
A nurse was grateful. Doctor James brought out his light and checked her two eyes.

We have decided you will undergo surgery to get out the baby”

Everywhere was silent as the judge wanted to give his judgment. Jessica, Beth, Stephan, and other members walked into the courtroom soaked in the rain but they didn’t mind or care. They all quickly have their seat to listen to the judge’s verdict.
“I hereby sentence Ethan Baker to life imprisonment”
He said and the whole Court room gasped at the gruesome and cruel judgement the judge made.
“…with an option of a parole and pardon under the condition of a good character”
He completed his judgment.
A thunder struck loudly just in time for the judge to say his verdict. The rain increased its pace and began to fall very heavily.
Ethan and his lawyer were confused.

Ethan was surprised and wanted to cry. His life just ended a few seconds ago.

The prosecutor and his members smiled happily they had won the case and solved an old case of three years ago.

Just at the same time and moment, the judge said his verdict, and the thunder struck in the sky.
Lauren gave birth to her baby. The baby’s cries fill the labor room.
Ellie’s heart felt a big joy when she heard the baby cries. Alex also breathed out a sigh of relief.

The looks on Jessica, Beth, and other members and workers of Linde Plc are not welcoming. The unhappy looks are on their faces.
