“Check this out” A girl showed her phone screen to her friend.
“Tssk.. she got a nice Mõ@n” Her friend replied. They both raised their head to the girl writing some notes. The class was in a uproar but Jackie cared less..
She knew her mother deserves everything Candy throws at her.
“Hey, why are you unbothered by what is going on? It’s your mom sëx tape out there and oh, she even killed your father?”
Jackie immediately stop writing. She is so d@mn tired of hearing such a thing. Seeing her reaction, the girls scoffed.
“What? Are you mad at what I just said? Why are you even back here in the school after a year? You could have just stayed where you were. Now you’re going to make other departments look down on us”
“Ah geez” Jackie dropped her pen and sighed. She turn her head to the girl with a cold look.
“Are you done?” She asked, the first girl folded her arms with a snubby look.
“What if I’m not? Are you going to kill me?”
“Fuçk yes” Jackie slam her hands on the table and marched towards them. A guy quickly drag her back. “Let me go, I wanna rip that Bîtch mouth!”
The two girls kept shut at once, Jackie is not someone they could mess with. They had forgotten this fact for a moment.
“Hey!!” A lecturer exclaimed seeing the scene. They all stopped. Jackie jerk herself away from the guys holding her and shot the girls glare.
After they all settled down, the teacher sight move towards Jackie.
“Someone called for you” Hearing this, Jackie clinched her jaw.
Jackie took a deep a deep breath before stepping into the office. She found the chancellor discussing with a young fine man. They both stopped and looked at her when she step in.
“Jackie right?” Jameson turn to face her.
“Yeah.. and you are?” She raised her brow.
“Candy’s friend. She asked me to check up on you” He replied.
“Well, how’s she? And where is she?”
“She’s fine. Let’s go, we’ll talk on our way” Jameson said and left followed by Jackie.
“You should skip school for a while” Jameson said to Jackie as he drives.
“You must be the person helping her in secret”
“No, it’s my boss”
“Huh? You have a boss? You look like a boss yourself. How come you have a boss?” She asked.
“Is that so?” Jameson scoffed.
“Who is this boss of yours? He must be really powerful to have you under him” She said.
“Can you take the shock if I tell you?” Jameson raised his brow but then he got familiar sense. He grip on the stirring wheel hardened.
“Who is he? How is he related to Candy? I know it’s definitely not that Xavier of a guys. So who is he?” She asked.
“You ask a lot of questions. Candy never mentioned you’re a talkative” Jameson said.
“And Candy never mentioned you’re this grumpy. Who are you calling talkative, do you wish to lose you hands?”
Jameson made to speak again but the familiar sense held him again. His face squeeze as if he is in pain.
“Hey, you okay?” Jackie asked.
With heavy breath, Jameson opened his phone with one hand and handed it over to her.
“Call Einstein” He ordered.
“What in the world is…” Before Jackie finish his word, Jameson fainted while driving. The car turn to a wrong direction.
“Oh Sh|t!” Jackie exclaimed and quickly held the wheel. She hit the brake and the car stop before it could hit a wall.
“Oh Gawd” Jackie’s chest heaves as she tried to catch her breath. She look down at Jameson, who was still unconscious.

“Wow, this unbelievable”
“I can’t believe this is Candy’s mother on the screen”
“Wrong, it’s step mother. She is too cruel. Gosh! How could she kill her own husband for her own benefit?”
“I know right. This is really what she deserve. But wait, don’t you think Candy had someone backing her up? I mean, how could she have executed the plans without anyone’s help”
“Maybe an old friend of her father”
“Or her boyfriend?”
“Nah, Candy doesn’t seems to be like that. Wait, could it be she be dating Mr. Jameson?”
“Tssk.. stop overthinking things. Mr. James is mine”
“You wish”
One of the two gossiping workers looked up and spot Aiden working his @$$ off with a lot of files before him.
“Urgh.. I feel for him. Ever since he rejected Alexa’s request. She has been giving him so many tasks to do in one day..”
They both keep shut when Alexa appeared at the scene with a calm look. He sighted Aiden and walked towards him.
“Let’s go out for lunch” She requested. Aiden looked up at her and cleared his throat.
“You’ve been requesting the same thing everyday”
“That’s because I badly wanna do it” Alexa said folding her arms, with her facing dropping cold.
“It’s still the same. I can’t go out for lunch with you” He replied politely.
“Why?” Alexa asked in a cold voice, leaning closer. “Do you have a girlfriend?”
“No, but I have a girl I’m after” He replied, still having the smile on his handsome face. This only upset Alexa the more. She placed more files on his table.
“Do all of these before evening” She instructed and left.
Aiden gaze down the file and sighed. Another hectic day for him.
Yazmine pass by at the moment and his mood lighten again.

Candy switched off the television after watching the news. Natalie’s deed spread across the whole country and was arrested by the military in a strict surveillance.
Her torture and wishes for death will definitely happen. The military are never going to go easy on Natalie since she killed one of their own.
Not just anyone but one of the most respected man in the military.. oh her punishment won’t be soft.
Just yesterday, Candy had tried making things out with her father’s company.
It turns out Natalie was just there doing nothing while the workers work their @$$ off.

“She is incompetent. Right from the start she never bought good into the company. All she does is to spend the company’s money”
“I was about to quit seeing how useless she was. Sorry about my harsh word but that is the truth”
“She is always bossy, giving the wrong orders. If not for the shareholders here who really respect your father Candy, this company would have fallen a long time ago”
“We can see the spirit in you Candy, you’re just like your father. I can’t wait to see you on the seat”
“I’ll take care of the party plans. My daughter is really good at them”
“Anything for you Mrs. President”

Candy smiled ear to ear remembering each and every words if the shareholders in the company. She is glad her father have the right people around him.. well except Natalie.
“Mrs. President. I like the sound of that” She mumbled and stood up to her feet.
It’s almost evening, time to prepare dinner. She is ready to pour out her appreciation into the meal.

Jameson’s eyes fluttered open and his eyes met with Jackie staring at him without blinking.
“You scared me”
“How grumpy, I would have died because of you” Jackie utter, her eyes throwing daggers. Jameson swallowed.
“I’m sorry. I never expected what happened. I must be tired from all the works”
“That weird guy called Einstein said you’re sick. How bad is it?” Jackie asked.
“Weird?” Einstein’s voice sounded behind. He was a tall, handsome young guy with a calm around him. His words mostly sounds like that of the old. He is doctor, fashion designer and a data analyst.
“Yeah, you’re weird. Some how I think, he’s not human” Jackie said.
“Cutting that mouth of yours won’t be a bad idea” Jameson remarked.
“Look who’s talking. By the way answer me. How serious is it?” She asked.
“I’ll be fine soon. Don’t just tell anyone about this okay?” Jameson said.
“For the millionth times James. Tell Diego” Einstein said from a distance as he feeds his little cat.
“Diego? That name sounds familiar” Jackie thought for a while and her eyes slowly widened.
“Diego Gonzalez!!!!!”
“Yeah right” Einstein muttered.
“The boss you were talking about is President Diego??!! He was the one who helped my sister?! No Fuçking way.. this is happening. I must be dreaming”
“He has a lot at hand. I can’t add to his burden” Jameson said.
“You’ll regret this soon James” Einstein said.
“I know. You’ve told me many time” Jameson closed his eyes, placing the back of his hand on his face.
“Who is Diego to my sister?” Jackie asked.
“I wanna sleep, you should go” Jameson said.
“C’mon tell me” Jackie said but the man shifted and face the other side of the bed.
“Mr. James!! C’mon!” Jackie said.

Diego stepped into the room, as usual he perceive the sweet aroma coming from the kitchen. Pulling down his jacket, he stepped towards the dinning table.
Candy was staring at him with a smile in which he didn’t return.
He picked up the fork and started eating.
“Uhm.. Mr. President?” She called lightly as she watch him eat.
“What?”
“Thanks once again” she said and got no reply from him. Is he in a bad mood? She asked herself.
Candy decided to say what has been bothering her. She wish to know him. Jameson’s word about Diego still linger in her mind.
“You’ve known a lot about me so I was just wondering if you can tell me a little bit about you” She said and the room turn silent for a while.
“Like what?” His deep voice made her think twice about what she is about to say.
“Like your past and parents” Candy said almost as a whisper. Jameson made it clear Diego is sensitive about a topic like this.
Diego stopped eating hearing those words. He looked up to her and slowly drop the fork.
“You’re still going to keep working for me” He stated.
“What?” Candy frowned. “But my dad’s compa..”
“I’ll take care of that. You don’t have to worry about it”
“But why?”
“I want to have you whenever I want and wherever I want. That’s my request. You’re mine after all” He said. Candy didn’t know what to think.
“What? Are you planning on going back to your word?” He asked.
“No” She whispered and watch Diego stood up from his seat and head to his room.
Getting into her room, Candy shut the door. Is this right? What a deep mess she is into? What will people think of her? She actually thought he would ask for a rough sëx or something else but he didn’t.

On the next day, a function was held for Candy, the company welcomed her with warm hands. All these while she have a bright smile on her face which sometimes disappears whenever she thinks of Diego’s words.
“Let’s welcome Mrs. Candy Jefferson on stage”
Candy woke up from her thought and went to stand before them.
“You look beautiful Candy!” Jackie yelled from a distance. Candy gave her a smile.
After a short speech. Candy mentioned she won’t be active for a while due to some personal reason but she promised to run the company nevertheless.
The shareholders didn’t feel bad about it. They were ready to support her.
“Aren’t you still going to tell me who Diego is to you? And what personal issues?” Jackie asked as they both ate dinner together.
“You’re still this curious girl you know” Candy shook her head.
“Everything about you makes me curious. And the fact that you know this Billionaire Devil Diego? That made me even more curious”
“Hey Candy”
A deep familiar voice made Candy look up. Jackie did the same and her face turn paled.
“C.. candy? I think I’m.. seeing things right now” Jackie mumbled. Candy let out a shaky breath as Diego shifted his gaze to Jackie.
Jackie lean close to Candy and whispered.
“Is President Diego, right here? You can see him too?”
“Stop overreacting. Yes he’s really here” Candy answered and Jackie gasped.
“Let’s go home” Diego said shocking Jackie and she gasped again watching the man leaving. Candy stood up immediately.
“I’ll explain everything to you when we meet again” Candy quickly said and left too.
“I think I’m drunk, but I never had a drink” Jackie mumbled.

“You can let your close ones know about us” Diego said as he drives them home.
“I’ll tell them when the time is right” She replied, her voice not as soft as usual. He gave her a look and saw no smile on her face.
“Are you upset about what I said last night?” He asked.
“No” She answered short.
“What is wrong then?” He asked.
“Nothing” Candy replied. ‘Why does he even care when he loves acting bossy’ she thought to herself.
The car made a sudden stop creating a loud creak sound. Candy gasped at the sudden action and looked up to Diego’s face. He was staring forward.
“Get down Candy” He ordered.
Candy traced his gaze up and her eyes widened in terror. A armed man has two big guns pointing towards them in the dark empty street. His face was covered in black. The hell?!!
“What is he…” Before Candy could finish her words, the man began to shoot insanely, the loud gunshots penetrating through her ear. Candy immediately bow her head holding both sides of head.
“Sh|t!!” She exclaimed.
Every bullets hit the car, as Candy yelled on top of her voice.
“Make it stop!!!!!!”
Diego didn’t flinch one bit, the car was bullet proof so he only observed the man shooting at them. He was waiting for him to reset his gun.
The gunshots suddenly halts, another gunshot immediately follows and that was it, the place turn silent. With fast beating heart and trembling body, Candy slowly look up to check what happened.
The man standing before their car, guns fell to the floor. He slowly went to his knees and died in the spot.
Candy look back and Diego who has a gun bringing out smoke. He had shot the man from the window after he wanted to reset his gun.
“What the Fuçk is that?!” Candy exclaimed.
“One of my enemies found out you’re my bride” He answered.
Candy’s eyes widened as she look forward to the guy laying dead
“You’ve got to be kidding me”
