She took her hands off his and made to leave but Dylan grabbed her back. He held her by her waist and without wasting much time, his lip met with hers
Beauty’s eyes widened. She pushed him off immediately but it was too late….he already kissed her
“Dylan!!!”She screamed. She didn’t even know why she wasn’t angry
“I…. I’m sorry” Dylan apologized scratching his hair
“I couldn’t control myself” he added
“Don’t talk to me” she yelled at him and another hurtful look fell on his face
He couldn’t hide it either
“Beauty please…”Dylan muttered. He made to grab her hands again but she didn’t let him
Just then, Emerald made himself visible to them. He has seen what happened earlier and pretended but now, he couldn’t just hide the fact that he h@tëd when Dylan kissed her
He walked in between then, his eyes not leaving Beauty who swallowed.
“Do you intend to sleep in my school because you two are acting all lovely? It irks me” he said and walked away
Beauty ran after him leaving Dylan who only watched. A smile formed on his lip. He had earlier seen Emerald that’s why he kissed her

Beauty ran after Emerald who was about to enter his car. She was panting with beads of sweat on her face
“Hey!”
“Emerald not hey!”Emerald replied coldly. He didn’t look at her either
“It’s not what you’re thinking. I didn’t mean to…..”
“Why are you trying to explain to me? Do I care?”Emerald cuts in
Beauty sighed out
“Seriously? He was acting jealous minutes ago!” She scoff inwardly
“Miss fire, can you step aside if you’ve got nothing to say?”
“I…thought….you were angry” Beauty stuttered
“Angry? Of course I’m angry and it’s obvious so, is there any other thing you need to know?”Emerald replied sternly
Beauty swallowed again
“I want to thank you for taking me home that night” she said
“Don’t thank me yet. He kissed you, your lip irks me. You have to wash what he did away in order to thank me and also, thank me again!”Emerald said. He entered his car and zoomed off leaving Beauty standing
“What? My lip…..” Beauty frowned touching her lip

Emerald walked out of the bathroom with a bottle of whiskey on his hand. He was yet to take off the image of Dylan kissing Beauty off his head
“Why do I care. Not even as if I’m close to her” he groan seating on a chair. His phone chimed, he checked and it was a message from Rover

Emerald replied and almost immediately another message entered. It was from Hilda
✉️ I’ll be coming over for our project. I guess fate brought us back
✉️ Wake up from your delulu. Don’t come close to my house or the dogs will feast on your skinny legs
He replied back and hissed out loud.
He wore a simple black shirt and walked out of his room. Climbing down the stairs to the sitting room, he met Dylan
He ignored him then went to the wine cellar. He threw the whiskey into the bin and this time, grabbed a brandy
“Bobby!”Dylan called and Emerald frowned
“Emerald not Bobby. That name should escape from your mouth” Emerald replied keeping a straight face
“Who let him into my house?”Emerald yelled and a guard ran in
“I’m sorry sir!”the guard replied shivering
“Rule number 36…don’t ignore my questions. You’re fired” Emerald said without sparing the guard a glance
“Sir…..”
“Rule 82, don’t beg. Double fired. Get out!!”he yelled and the guard ran out
He faced Dylan
“Wow!”Dylan smiled
“Get lost too!”
“Why will I? I’m your cousin remember?” Dylan smirked
“You disowned me remember?”Emerald smirked back
“Wow….brave fellow”
“If you don’t have anything to say then get lost. Don’t forget to lock the door” Emerald began to walk away
“I want you to remain the same. I don’t want you to do anything, just be like this” Dylan stood up
Emerald halt on his track
“As far as it doesn’t have to do with me….why would I care?”Emerald walked away while Dylan smiled hard

“It’s really cold outside” Amour said as she walked along with Cora
They were both carrying goodies bag
“I already told you to call the driver”Cora said again
“Nope sissy” Amour pout.
“Now I get the reason why you’re always outside” Amour said again
“What?”
“Are you in any way seeing a guy I don’t know?” Amour asked and Cora flicked her forehead
“Ouuu!”
“Stop thinking of such things and focus on healing. At least if I see a guy it’s better. Your ghost boyfriend turned out to be your ex crush” Cora flicked her forehead again
“That hurts”Amour pout
“I guess it’s time you forgive him”
“Nahhh!!!! I suffered heartbreak from him so he should do the same” Amour hissed
“Awwnnn. Does it mean that you still love him? Huh? Huh?”Cora smile
Amour hid her face
“Yes! I’ve gotten the answer. You love him” Cora jumped happily
“Stop! You’re making me feel somehow!” Amour said trying to hold Cora
Mistakenly, Cora stepped on a stone and they both fell. In the process, Amour sprained her ankle
“Ahhhh!!!!”
“Amour!!!”Cora called frightened while Amour kept on screaming
“My ankle hurts!!”
Outside the Store, Rover walked out together with Range. They both stood for waiting for a taxi when Rover sighted Cora. He smiled.
“That girl” he muttered while Range stare at him ….puzzled.
“I like that girl” Rover blurted pointing at Cora while Range rolled his eyes
“Are you sick? You like a random girl?”Range snapped at him
“She needs help. I’m going to her” Rover said. Range had no option than to follow him
“Beautiful, can I help?”River offered immediately he got to Cora
Immediately Amour looked up, her gaze met with Range
They both gasped!!.
