The doctor was inquiring about the one who brought rehana
“Are you looking for me?”
The doctor whirled to see joron
“But..” the doctor was looking skeptical
“Just take me to her” he said as the doctor nodded

Rehana’s Room
“Well she’s stable sir, and her life is out of danger, she had injuries in her cells but it’s all good now” The doctor said as joron smiled heartily
“Thanks” He said as the doctor left , joron moved across the room and sat beside rehana
“She looks so beautiful even in her sleep” Joron was drooling over he as he attempted pecking her just then her eyes threatened to open,. As they slowly opened up
“You’re awake” Joron said amidst smiles as she reciprocated the smiles
“Jake is that you?” She said as joron gave a frown
“T… thanks for….”
“She…” Joron cuts her off
“Just you don’t say anything okay?you regain, completely besides uhmm…. it’s joron” He said as rehana gained full sight
“Where’s Jake” She asked
“Forget him for now the good thing’s that you’re finally awake I was really worried about you, you know?” He said slowly holding her palms as she gave a little smile
“I still can’t understand why he’d just leave” She muttered
“Besides why did you do that?” Joron asked as rehana gave a confused look
“I mean why did you take the stab for him, regardless of all what he did to you,you still chose to protect him” Joron asked in curiosity and unseen jealousy
Rehana only smiled
“Not everyone that does bad to you deserve the worst, being wicked to me doesn’t make him my enemy either” Rehana muttered in her low voice as joron formed a smile
“You really have a heart of gold” He complimented as she suddenly gave a frown
“Uhmm is anything the problem”
“Which hospital are we?”
“Spark hospital” Rehana eyes almost popped out just at hearing it
“Is there something wrong?” Joron asked in confusion
Suddenly the door went open as a middle aged man in blue suites, his outfits could tell the position he occupies in the hospital as he was accompanied by two other doctors
“Rehana ” the man called all of a suddenly as he rushed to her
“Is it true of what I’m hearing?” The man’s words expressed worries
“Dad!” Rehana made to sit up ,but was laid back by the pains that scowled her body
“What happened to you” His voice shivered, as he sent a sharp glance to joron with killer eyes
“Who are you and why did my daughter get hurt” He asked in a cold voice
“Dad he’s not…” She was abruptly cut off by joron
“Yes sir it’s my fault” He muttered as he slowly stood to his feet with dropped chins as he spoke
“I…it’s because of me rehana got stabbed” Mr octavier’s nose flared at hearing that
“I’d called her to my class to review some projects paper works when a sudden fight broke out in my class, I was among the fighters as amidst the ruckus rehana mistakenly got stabbed, so I’m to be blamed for it sir, if I didn’t call up rehana then none of this would have happened” joron said his head in a bow as Mr octavier moved closer to him
“I do not joke around with my daughter and I Wouldn’t tolerate someone else putting her life in danger, I’ll only spare you cause of one thing, and that’s for you bringing her here but don’t be counting yourself lucky next time” He spoke in a rageful voice and then turned to one of the doctors
“Get her to the vip room immediately” He commanded and walked out as rehana and joron exchanged glances…
