“Can I kiss you… hard?” He asked with lots of emotion in his eyes.
Molly Moon said no words to him. The only thing she did was to look at his eyes as if a soap opera was being performed in his eyes.
Assuming that Molly Moon might want the kiss, he lean toward her lips, and just when his lips were about touching hers, Molly Moon resisted the kiss, by taking her head sideways, and Clayton took in his lips, feeling sad.
“Your food is getting cold, you should eat” She said beaming a smile like him. She is so beautiful when she smile and Clayton couldn’t resist it, so he smiled back at her.
“Thanks for coming, Molly” He said as Molly Moon feeds him.
“It’s nothing Clayton. What matters more is for you to get healed quickly”
“Why? You don’t want to be by my side?”
“That’s not it, Clayton. Seeing you saddens my heart, because you’re in this mess because of me”
“I don’t regret saving you, Molly. Hayden is to be blamed, I think he did it intentionally”
“He didn’t, Clayton” Molly Moon said.
“How sure are you?” He asked.
“I met up with him, and he came clean saying it wasn’t intentional. Hayden isn’t capable of hurting someone, so let’s focus more on your recovery, okay?”
Clayton didn’t want to argue with Molly Moon about Hayden, so he nodded his head even if it wasn’t from his heart.
“Thanks for understanding, Clayton” Molly Moon said, and that when she noticed the locket on his neck.
“Your locket is beautiful” Molly Moon said, trying to touch the locket, but Clayton held her hand.
“Is it something I can’t touch? I have always been with you, but this is the first time I have seen you with it”
“Because I always hide it from the human eyes” Clayton said, caressing his locket.
“Then put it inside your shirt, I believe it something you don’t want to talk about, right?”
Clayton looked at her for a while, before taking it off from his neck and he gave it to her.
“You said it’s invisible to the human eyes, why do you want me to see it?”
“Because I feel like disclosing my secrets to you will reduce the burden on my shoulders”
“What do you mean by that, Clayton?” She asked.
“Open the locket”
Molly licked her bottom lip before opening the locket and she gasped when she saw a picture of Nicholas, who happens to be Clayton’s dad.
After he was arrested for smuggling drugs, almost everyone knew him, because he was pasted in the newspapers , radios and televisions.
“This is Nicholas Aniston, who was arrested for smuggling drugs, right?” Molly Moon asked and Clayton nod his head.
“What is he doing inside a locket with you? Is he related to you?”
“Yes. He is my father” Clayton dropped the bombshell and Molly Moon eyes widened.
“Your…. Your father?” She asked and Clayton nod his head.
“But I thought he didn’t have a son? That’s what he said when he was arrested, so how come you’re his son”
“I didn’t live with my family while growing up. While they were in Chile, I was in Germany. My dad was a politician, and I wasn’t included in any pictures taken by the public, because I was staying in Germany, that’s why everyone believed he didn’t have a son”
“I still don’t follow Clayton”
“My real name is Miguel Aniston and not Clayton Simpsons. After I saw the news that my dad was arrested for smuggling drugs, I came back to Chile, and that’s when my dad told me to change my identity in order to live a peaceful life. I didn’t want to do it, but my dad begged me to, because I’d be arrested too, if they find out that I’m his son”
“Why will they arrest you? You’re not the one who smuggled drugs”
“Because I’m his son, Molly, and they believe I’m partners with him in terms of his illegal business. The main reason why I chose to have a different identity was because I want to find the culprit that framed my father”
“You believe your dad is innocent?”
“He is innocent. I might not have been with him 24,7, but I know what he’s capable of doing and that’s why I won’t stop until I find him non-guilty of the crime laid against him. Even if every lawyer has turn their back on him, I won’t give up” He said, sniffling.
“Then how do you manage to go to crescent college. Everything Nicholas Aniston own was taking by the government”
“I’m a scholarship student”
“You’re joking right?” Molly Moon asked with unbelievable eyes.
“I know it sounds like a joke to you, but it’s true. At first I didn’t want to go to crescent college, because I feel like my whole life has been shattered, then someone approached me and gave me a scholarship to crescent college”
“Do you know who it was?”
“No I didn’t, but it was the voice of a lady”
“A woman?” Molly Moon asked again.
“Yes Molly. Even if I couldn’t see her face, I could tell it was the voice of a lady. She said she was going to give a scholarship to crescent college and that she was going to hide the fact that I am on scholarship from the students. She was the founder of crescent college”
“Did you on why she gave you a scholarship?”
“No I didn’t, but I think she knew about my real identity, and choose to keep it a secret”
“This is strange”
“Huh?”
“I promise to keep your identity a secret, but I have to go now”
“Where are you going, Molly?” Clayton asked.
“Somewhere important, but I will be back” Molly Moon said and leaves the ward.
“Did I make a mistake disclosing my identity to her?” Clayton muttered, resting his head on the white wall.

LOUNGE
Freddie barged inside the lounge and sees Dawson sitting alone drinking.
He grabbed the glass of tequila from Dawson and gulped it down his throat.
“What’s going on Freddie? You’re not the type to drink, so why are you drinking all of a sudden?” Dawson asked. Even if he was sad about the whole Ava’s issues, he managed to put on a smile.
This is how he is, he always put his friends and love ones before himself.
“I’m going crazy, and it’s all your fault!” Freddie shouted at him.
“What did I do?”
“Because of your stupid words about love, I’m going insane and my heart is about to explode!”
“I don’t grab what you’re talking about, Freddie”
“You know Hannah, right?”
“I haven’t met her in person, but you always talk about her. What did she do this time around?”
“She is a high school student!”
“What! I thought she was a college graduate and four years older”
“That’s what I thought too. But she’s a high school student. She is sixteen and not twenty four”
“Sixteen? How come you didn’t notice she’s a teenager?”
“How was I supposed to know, Dawson? She acts so mature for her age!”
“Then you should have confirmed from her stature”
“Nowadays people look younger than their age. Take me for example, I’m twenty but people mistake to be eighteen, so how am I supposed to know that Hannah lied to me!”
“Why are you taking it out on me? I wasn’t the one who lied to you. You should be taking it out on Hannah and not me” Dawson said.
“Because it’s all your fault! If you haven’t puked out bullSh|ts from your mouth, I won’t be feeling this way!” Freddie shouted at Dawson.
“I still don’t understand, Freddie”
“This stupid heart of mine is going insane. Every stupid thing you said about falling in love with someone happened to me few minutes ago. For the first time since I was born my heart developed a beat for someone!” Freddie whines, demonstrating with his body.
Dawson smiled and said. “Are you in love with Hannah?”
Freddie took the pillow from the couch and threw it at Dawson.
“I’m not in love with Hannah, my heart is just faulty, I’m going to repair it. I’m not in love with Hannah Never!!!. I’m going to kill you once I’m done repairing my heart!” Freddie said, and run out of the lounge.
Dawson laughed, but his laughter subside when he remembered Ava.
“I hope she gives me a chance to talk to her. I want to know why she’s avoiding me all of a sudden”

MOLLY MOON’S MANSION
“Clayton is a scholarship student?” Blake asked.
“Yes, but that’s not the problem here, the big problem is the founder of crescent college. According to Clayton, he said the owner of crescent approach him, and offered him a scholarship”
“Why did she do that?”
“I don’t know, I’m sure she has a good reason for it. Thanks to Clayton, I now have a clue that the founder of crescent college is a lady”
“This is getting more suspicious. She also approached Molly Moon and offered her a scholarship, right?” Candace asked.
“Yes she did, Candace. I’m sure she has something to do with what happened to Molly Moon” Blake said.
“What are you going to do Molly Moon?” Candace asked, looking at Molly Moon.
Molly Moon sighed and sat on the couch, with her fingers in her mouth.
“I’m sure she has a definite reason why she’s doing this, and she gave the scholarship on purpose. I also met someone who called me boss. He looked like a gangster”
“Why will he call you boss? You’re not a leader of a criminal organization” Candace said.
Molly Moon looked at Candace and signed.

SOME DAYS LATER ~ CRESCENT COLLEGE
“Jesse! Jesse!! Jesse!!!” Ivan called his name as he went after him, when Jesse didn’t stop, he ran to him blocking his path.
“Jesse”
“What do you want?” Jesse asked, rudely.
“Why are you giving me cold shoulder? Did I do something wrong?”
“No you didn’t” Jesse asked, looking at him.
“Then why are you acting like this? It all started after I told you about my girlfriend”
“Because I… I…”
“Because you what, Jesse? Tell me what’s going on and wh@tëver it’s, I’m ready to listen. We’re childhood friends” Ivan said.
Jesse desperately wanted to tell Ivan about his feelings, but knowing it’s going to ruined their friendship, he chose not to tell him. He can’t let Ivan know that he’s gay.
“Jesse” Ivan called his name, eager to know what was going on with Jesse.
“I am sorry if I gave you cold shoulders, I wasn’t in the mood to talk to anyone” He lied.
“That’s a relief Jesse. I thought I did something wrong. How’s your health”
“I’m on my way to the hospital, so you want to come with me?” He asked, smiling.
“Sure I will”
They were about leaving when Ivan got a call from Iris, and he smiled before answering his phone.
“Hello Iris” He said, and Jesse frowned on hearing her name.
“You want me to come over? Sure I be there, wait for me ok” Ivan ended the call and looked at Jesse.
“Jesse….”
“Don’t tell me you’re going to ditch me for your girlfriend?” He asked jealously.
“She’s sick, and as her boyfriend I need to be there for her” Ivan explained.
“I’m also sick too, Ivan. Do you think is easy to live with a weak heart? Just because of a girl you’re going to ditch me!”
“I don’t understand why you’re angry, Iris is my girlfriend. I have always been there whenever you are sick or need surgery, so why can’t you understand? I did make you have a weak heart!” Ivan said and he regretted it afterwards.
“Jesse, I’m sorry” He tried apologizing, but Jesse jerked his hand off.
“You don’t have to rub it on my face, Ivan. I didn’t wish for a weak heart neither did I wish for this stupid feelings”
“What feelings are you talking about?” Ivan asked.
Jesse ignored Ivan’s question and walked away, leaving Ivan speechless.

Dawson patiently waited for Ava to come out from her classroom. He hasn’t talk to her for days and gave her time just like how her uncle has advised him to.
All the students were coming out from the classroom, but there was no sign of Ava coming out too, and it got him worried.
“Dawson!” Lydia excitedly called his name, approaching him.
“Where’s Ava?” He asked.
“I’m not that mute girl’s mother”
“You both are classmates, so I’m sure you must know if she’s in school or not”
“Well I haven’t seen Ava for days now”
“You mean she hasn’t been in school”
“Yes. Maybe she finally know where she belongs” Lydia said and scoffed.
“I shouldn’t have stayed away from her” Dawson muttered and took to his heels.
“Dawson! Where are you going?” Lydia asked and stamped her feet on the ground, angrily.

Dawson rushed inside the bookshop and sees Ava’s uncle, packing.
“Where’s Ava?” He asked, trying to catch his breath. He forgot to use his car, because he was so worried about Ava.
“I thought I told you Ava needs time?”
“I don’t care! She hasn’t been in school for days, and I’m sure something might have happened to her. Tell me where she’s is because I’m about to go nut!” Dawson said as his eyes became glassy. He’s about to cry.
Ava’s uncle sighed and gave Dawson a sign to look behind him.
Dawson did as he was told and he saw Ava standing a little bit far from him.
He let out a sigh of relief before walking up to her.
“I thought something happened to you, why weren’t you in school?”
Ava tried to walk away, but Dawson held her hand. She tried freeing herself from him, but Dawson held her tightly.
“I’m madly in love with Ava. I love you a lot”
He said and slammed his lips on hers, not caring if her uncle was there.

THE PEREZ’S MANSION
Mrs. Perez was about leaving the house, when Freddie rushed to him.
“Mom”
“Do you need something?”
“Not really. Did you have Hannah fired?”
“Why? You want her to resign?”
“Not really? I’m just anxious to know why she’s no longer tutoring me. She always takes her work seriously, but now she hasn’t come here for some days now” Freddie asked.
“She’s sick”
“Hannah is sick!!!” He exclaimed.
“Yes, but what’s with the reaction for? You don’t even care about her”
“Is not like I care, but do you know where she lives?” He asked, and Mrs. Perez blinked her eyes.

Freddie hits his head the moment he arrived at Hannah’s house.
“What did heck are you doing here, Freddie? Who cares if she’s sick? Don’t listen to your heart but your head” He opened his car to leave, but he closed it and sighed.
“What if she is sick? It’s going to break my heart if….” Freddie stopped halfway and hits his head.
“Are you under a spell or something? Why will it break your heart if something happens to her, come to think of it, she’s just a minor who lied to you” Freddie said.
“Just admit it Freddie, you’re in love with me”
Freddie looked sideways and he sees Hannah smiling at him.
He shakes his head and Hannah’s reflection disappeared.
“What did heck is wrong with me? I’m I seeing things now?” He asked himself rubbing his eyes.
“No you’re not. You have been enchanted by my beauty. You have fallen for me” Her reflection said smiling at him and Freddie shakes it.
“Stop appearing to me! I don’t love you! I’m not in love with you!” Freddie said, shaking his head and at the same time covering his eyes so he will no longer imagine that Hannah is in front of him.
“Freddie? What are you doing here?” The real Hannah asked, and thinking he was still imagining Hannah’s face, he walks backwards, shaking his head.
“Stay away from me! I don’t love you! Don’t come closer! I’m not in love with you!!!”Freddie yells at Hannah.
“Are you going insane? I didn’t tell you that you love me. What’s going on with you?” Hannah asked, going close to him.
“Don’t come near me!!!”
Freddie screamed and took to his heels, and in the process of the run, he fell and landed his face in a horse’s poo.
