Chapter 31&32
They sat down in the restaurant eating while martin just keep glaring at andy who seem very uncomfortable right now.
For the fact that he tries to flirt with his woman is making him go crazy.
His face shows angry, jealousy and a sudden h@tëred for Andy. He has promised evelyn to change and he is trying to if not Andy wouldn’t be here anymore.
“Hey stop glaring at him, everyone is staring at you suspiciously,” Haris whispered in martin ear.
“I know but seriously I wish like punching his face right now,” martin whispered back and Haris just shake his head as he drank from his wine.
“Why don’t you just fire him,” Haris whispered in his ear and the both men Bursted into laughter making everyone turn their attention towards them, wondering why they were laughing.
Evelyn stare at them and he she couldn’t help but smile. She was happy they were close and she always wants them to be together like that.
They stop laughing when everyone was staring at them especially Martin. It was surprising to see their boss laugh and they could swear he looks so cute.
Haris sigh as he focused his gaze on elizabeth who was drinking juice and martin noticed it. He smirk and lean on haris ear.
“Do you by any chace like Elizabeth?” Martin whispered in his ear and he just smile and continue staring at the damsel eating not noticing the hottie staring at her or maybe she noticed it but she just ignore it.
“So Elizabeth is her name?” He muttered to himself still staring at Elizabeth.
“I think lunch break is over,” Martin Said standing up and eve did the same.

Evelyn was seen writing on her notepad when the door open revealing her boyfriend.
“Geez martin what?”
“You know evelyn am d@mn so angry with you,” He said as he sat on the desk and evelyn scoffs not understanding what he meant.
“Why the hell are you angry with me, I mean I did nothing wrong,” She said and martin huff.
“Yeah but you allow that Fuçking Sh|tty boy hold you,” He yells and evelyn frown staring at him angrily.
“Am sorry,” He suddenly said when he realized he just yell at her.
“Seriously martin, you promised to change,” Evelyn said and martin sigh.
“Yeah, am trying to…..else he would be in the hospital now,” He muttered the last part and evelyn chuckle as she stare at him.
“I heard that,”Evelyn said and martin just rolled his eyes before walking to her.
“Evelyn we just have to let everyone know that we are dating so he can Fuçking back off…..I can see that he is trying to flirt with you,” Martin said.
“You are just being jealous,” Evelyn said and Martin hiss.
Evelyn phone rang and her expression suddenly change when she saw the name “Light wood prison,” but she picked up the call anyway.
“Hmmm please excuse me,” She said and quickly walk out of the office and martin frown.
He knows something suspicious was going on and he quickly walk behind her.
(In the restroom)
“Dad,” She called softly and the man on the other end of the phone sigh in relief.
“Are you okay?” He ask in a concern tone.
“Yeah dad and you?”
“Am fine princess but I just want you and Ava to be save.” Mr Jackson said.
“Dad you are sounding weird. Of course we are save but just that we miss the warmth of a father and a husband,” Evelyn said tears building up in her eyes already and the man just sigh and clean the trace of tears in his eyes.
“I know you didn’t kill that man dad. I am your daughter and I know you didn’t so why can’t you just admit you didn’t instead spending your entire life in jail,” Evelyn said the man sigh.
Only him know the reason why he did what he did and telling anyone about it Is like putting their lives in danger and he was not ready to do that.
“Princess I am seriously fine,” Mr Jackson said and evelyn scoffs.
“Time out,” A police officer coming toward him.
“Bye sweetie, farewell to my little prin…..” He was not able to complete the word when the police officer drag the phone from him.
“Dad,” Evelyn called but there was no reply and she sigh sadly Allowing the tears to flow down from her eyes.
She clean her tears and walk out only to meet face to face with Martin. Her eyes widened when she sees him and she quickly fake a smile.
“Martin?” She called and he just raise his eyebrows staring at her weirdly.
“You mind telling me what is going on, I mean who were you talking to on the phone?” He ask and one could tell he was d@mn serious.
“Oh I was talking to my mom,” She quickly replied as that was the first words she could think of.
Why don’t she wanna tell martin about her father being in prison? She is scared that martin is going to h@të her for being a criminal daughter and break up with her and she really don’t want that.
“Are you gonna keep lying to my face or what because I can tell that was your not your mum,” Martin said, his voice showed he was getting annoyed already. Evelyn just kept staring at him not knowing what to say anymore. Tears were already building up in her eyes.
“Evelyn we are dating, and we need to know each other secret, worries. I mean I might be able to solve them,” He said and evelyn just sigh and gave him a fake smile.
“Seriously martin it is nothing,” She replied him and walk out of him. Martin sigh as he stare at her. He didn’t hear what she was saying but he knows she was talking her dad due to the fact that she was calling that person dad.
He really has not ask much about her dad and he was going to do that.
He stood at the glass staring at evelyn as she write something but he could tell something was wrong.
He didn’t like his girlfriend this way. Something was eating her up and he h@tës she didn’t tell him.
He gently walk into the office and evelyn didn’t bother Looking who it is since she already know who it is.
Martin fold his hand focusing his gaze on her but evelyn didn’t want to look at him. She didn’t want him to notice the sadness inside of her, he didn’t want him to see her inner tears.
Suddenly she placed her hand on her forehead, groaning in pain.
“Are you okay sweetheart?” Martin ask rushing towards her side.
“Yeah but I think I have an headache,” She said groaning and martin carried her up in a bridal style immediately.
He enter his office, open a door and there was a beautiful room in display and evelyn couple hell but stare at the room.
“You have a room in your office? I didn’t even notice,” Evelyn said and martin just rolled his eyes and laid her on the small bed.
The room was beautifully design. It was painted in black with a touch blue at the center of the small room.
There was a small bed, a Plasma television at the center of the room making it look perfect.
“Get some rest evelyn, you seems stressed alot,” Martin suggested and evelyn nodded closing her eyes slowly.
