“How dare you kiss my fiance?” Martin yells angrily and another blow landed on alexander face.
“Martin stop,” Evelyn tried to move closer to him but the look martin gave her, made her stop on her track.
She was scared. She was really afraid of him right now and what he is going to do to alexander. Those memories of him beating Alex up in college suddenly came back to her and fear overcome her.
She was so scared of what he is going to do right now.
Alexander stood up and tried to punch martin but martin hold him and landed a heavy punch on his face which created a cut on his lip. He sat on his body and started punching him heavily. Blood started gushing out of alexander face.
“Martin Fuçking leave him alone,” Evelyn yells and rush toward him trying to pull him away from him but martin push her away harshly making her fall on the ground.
This is the reason why she had break up with him.
The door open revealing three guards and they quickly hold martin while he struggle to get out of their grip.
“You are gonna regret ever kissing her,” Martin yell angrily.
“Alexander,” Evelyn rush towards alexander who was finding it hard to breathe.
“Fuçking get away from him eve,” Martin shouted trying to get out of their grip but the guards know better than letting him go.
The door open and Mr tom walk in. His eyes widened immediately he saw the scences.
“What the Fuçk! Call the ambulance.”

The couple sat down inside the car silently, each angry with each other especially Martin who would not stop cursing and hitting the glass window while evelyn just stare out of the window enjoying the cool breeze and in deep taught at the same time.
This was the reason why she had break up with him then. He had anger issue, he is over possessive. She know what alexander might have done was wrong but that was not enough to beat up someone to death.
“I can’t believe you allow him kiss you,” Martin said, anger visible in his voice but evelyn just kept quiet. She was also d@mn angry and she didn’t want to say anything that would cause more problem.
“I am talking to you eve,” He yells turning her to look at him.
“Seriously martin, please let me be. You should know that I didn’t allow him kiss me and what if I did? Martin you almost killed alexander,” Evelyn fired at him and he just strugged his shoulder like it mean nothing to him.
“He kiss you eve,”
“Martin for once accept your mistakes. What he did was wrong no doubt but beating him like that was not necessary. Am starting to wonder if you were once a gangster,” Evelyn said and martin scoffs, rolling his eyes at the same time.
“Eve I am trying to change for you because you said you didn’t like my character. You should be supporting me and not that fool,” Martin yell and evelyn huff. She stare at him and turn to the window.
“You know alexander was going to be there and that was why you never allowed me to come with you,” Martin said, his face visible with anger and evelyn just stare at him tears flowing out of her eyes already.
She h@tës it when she is accuse of something she know nothing about and he is just doing that to her.
Martin face softing as he saw her tears. Her tears was one of his weakness. He h@të seeing her tears so much.
He sigh and turn sideways, looking away from her.
It was raining already, the weather seem to be unhappy as the couple stare out of the window silently each not ready to talk to each other.
“We are here….” The driver could not complete the word when evelyn rush out of the car running inside her small apartment, not minding the rain falling on her and martin just sigh roughing his hair furstratedly.
“Let go,” He simply said and the driver took off again.

Evelyn rush inside the apartment in tears. She couldn’t stop crying. The words Martin said to her really hurt her so much and she can’t just endure the fact that martin was the one who said those words to her.
She sat down on the chair in the sitting room and pour out her tears crying so loudly. It hasn’t even gotten to a month already and they have started quarreling.
Martin might be right. She didn’t support him but she didn’t like the fact that martin has to beat alexander up.
“Why did alex have to be in there,” She muttered crying.
Haris walk out of the kitchen with a glass cup filled with water and he frown immediately he saw evelyn crying. He quickly rush toward her.
“Are you okay bestie,” He ask worriedly and evelyn just hug him tightly.
“We had a fight,” She muttered to his hearing crying on his chest and Haris just hug her tightly.
He h@tës it so much to see her best friend cry. Most people might think he has feeling for her but nope. He don’t.
His love for her is that of friendship and every best friend h@tës to see his friends cry.
“What happen?” He ask but she couldn’t reply as she kept on crying.
“Come on evelyn talk to me, what happened?” He ask but she still couldn’t answer him.
He sigh and made her lie on the couch.
He would have taken her upstairs but he wouldn’t want ava to worry so much. At her young age she worries alot.
After making sure Evelyn had fallen asleep, he walk towards the kitchen and dial martin number.
