Immediately Alex left, Miss Karen released a
wicked grin,
“Such audacity! you guys should thank your
God that you didn’t
side her else all of you would have been dead,
Olivia Smith you just digged your grave by
yourself
so when I get home I’ll go buy your casket for
your time of living has expired! for trying to tell
on me I’ll kill you with my bare hands! ” Miss
Karen uttered with a devilish smile.
Some of the students glared at Olivia, pitifully.

When Alex got back to their private class, Adrian
who had went with him to Olivia’s class but he
was outside trailed behind Alex,
“How did it go? did you teach her a lesson? “
Aden asked, coolly.
Alex sat down on his seat without a word,
“But Alex… what if what she was saying was the
truth? Olivia is a smart girl so how could her
grades be Low? ” Adrian stated, calmly.
“Oh! our Prince Charming is falling for the
newbie haha! ” Adam uttered with a tone of
mockery and laughed.
“Didn’t you see the students faces they had
fear written all over their faces” Adrian stated,
seriously.
Alex stopped typing on his phone and glared at
Adrian,
” And so what? why telling me and how does it
affect me?” Alex uttered, coldly with an eye roll.
“But you’re the owner of the school, sometimes I
would see bruises on her body but she would try
to cover up–
“Bruises or no bruises, I don’t give a Fuçk!” Alex
muttered, lazily.
Adrian clenched his fist, tight and felt like
punching Alex,
“Alex…that girl is a human being like you so
stop using your past to judge the present “
Adrian muttered coldly.
Alex sprang up from his seat, his face was hard
as a rock and his fists were clenched, tight.
“Says the guy who wanted to play with a lady’s
heart but now he’s falling, isn’t that thrilling? “
Alex uttered, coldly and chuckled.
“Whoah! whoah! that’s enough, you guys are
taking this thing too far” Adam uttered, seriously
and held Alex.
“Adrian why are you acting this way? is it
because of that ugly duckling you call Olivia?

all he’s the owner of this school!” Aden uttered
and scoffed.
Adrian chuckled, darkly.
“Because am not as wicked and heartless as
you guys, like I said stop using your past to
judge the present Alex. ” Adrian uttered coldly
and left.
“Geez ever since he became friends with Olivia
he has been acting weird ” Aden mumbled,
lowly.
Alex took his phone and smashed it on the wall,
angrily.
Aden and Adam smashed theirs too….

It was almost school over as loud sobs,
whimpers and sniffles could be heard in a
deserted part of the school,
“Why do you love crying huh? look at your eyes
and your cheeks they’re now swollen and puffy”
Olivia heard a voice behind her and glanced at
the person,
“Oh…good afternoon…Adrian ” Olivia stuttered
and wiped her tears.
Adrian smiled, he took a handkerchief from his
pocket,
He bent down to her level and used it to clean
her tears,
Olivia stiffened as she glared at him, stunned.
She lowered her head, shyly.
“Your face is red…why? ” Adrian asked, softly.
“No… nothing… ” Olivia stammered.
“Hmm” Adrian hummed and put the
handkerchief in her hand.
“Sir… I mean Adrian…what about the L3’s?”
Olivia asked, softly.
“They traveled, they will be back in two months
time, you should be happy about it” Adrian
uttered with a small smile, he touched her
blonde hair and her cheek as he stared at her,
immensely.
Truth be told, she was a beauty thrown down
straight from heaven to earth, her lashes were
long as though it was fixed but it
was natural, her lips was pink and plump, her
round ocean blue eyes were so enchanting, the
only thing
which made her look odd was her blonde wig
and her nerdy glasses.
Olivia swallowed, nervously and wondered why
Adrian was staring at her like that,
“Erm!” Olivia coughed, awkwardly.
Adrian shifted back and roughed her hair,
“You look more prettier when you smile ” Adrian
blurted out with a charming smile.
“R… really..? thank you” Olivia muttered with a
small smile.
“You don’t need to h@të Alex, he’s like this
because of what happened to him years ago”
Adrian uttered, calmly.
Olivia gazed at him, surprised.
“What happened to him..? ” Olivia asked,
eagerly.
Adrian smiled and pinched her cheek,
“Can we go out today, I mean when you close
from work, let’s go visit anywhere of your
choice” Adrian uttered, coolly.
“Yay!” Olivia screeched, excitedly.
“I have so many places in mind, the park, the
sea shore, the cinema, the museum, the zoo,
the–
“Don’t worry you’ll eventually visit there, so when
you close from your work I’ll come pick you up”
Adrian muttered, happily.
“But my closing time isn’t steady, sometimes I
normally close late but today I’ll try to close
early ” Olivia uttered, excitedly.
“Alright call me when you’re through ” Adrian
muttered and turned to go when Olivia called
him,
“I… I.. don’t have a.. ” Olivia stuttered and itched
her nape, embarrassed.
“Oh..? sorry about that I didn’t remember, don’t
worry I’ll come pick you up at five” Adrian
uttered, softly.
“Bye crybaby ” Adrian mumbled, pinched her
cheek and strolled off.
Olivia touched her cheek and smiled, shyly…..
<ESTELLA’S BAR & CLUB>
Olivia glared at the wall clock and saw that it
was four in the evening, she sighed tiredly and
sat down beside the bartender.
“You look stressed out, everything’s alright ? “
Lucas the bartender asked, coolly as he mixed
some varieties of drinks together.
Olivia scrunched up her face in disgust,
“Yuck that’s disgusting, I can’t even drink that”
Olivia uttered in disgust.
Lucas chuckled
“But they’re people out there drinking it, alcohol
is sweet though ” Lucas muttered.
Olivia rolled her eyes,
“Well I don’t drink alcohol “Olivia retorted.
When it was school over, she had searched for
Charlotte but didn’t see her,
Olivia sighed, sadly.
“Do you have any drink with zero alcohol? “
Olivia heard a manly voice and raised her head
up,
“A… Adrian? ” Olivia called, surprised.
“Oh.. Olivia, I was even searching around for you
with my eyes ” Adrian uttered, calmly.
“Ah..there’s nothing much to do that’s why I had
to sit down ” Olivia mumbled, softly.
“Let’s go now” Adrian took Olivia’s hand into his,
“Sir it’s not yet my closing time and they won’t
let me leave–
“Hello? Adrian Jones speaking” Adrian uttered,
coolly.
“Oh! good evening sir, do you want to reserve a
room? ” Estella’s, flirtatious voice emerged from
the phone.
“Am taking one of your workers out, Olivia Smith
” Adrian muttered and the other end was silent
for a while,
“Erm! no problem ” Estella’s voice emerged from
the phone and the line went dead.
Adrian glared at Olivia with a faint smirk and
they left the bar with Olivia.

<THE A4’S MANSION>
“Adrian is almost there, I really feel for Olivia “
Adam uttered, sarcastically.
“Where did he went to? ” Alex asked as he typed
on his phone.
“He took Olivia out, I bet he wants to do the
deed, you know get inbetween her legs and
dump her haha!” Aden retorted, ÇOçkily and
laughed.
Alex glared at Aden, sharply.
How could Olivia fall for Adrian’s charms?
would she just let Adrian have his way with her
or Adrian would drug her and do it?

Alex thought and scoffed
“Phew! I can’t wait to hear the juicy gist! would
she be sweet? is she a virgin?” Aden retorted
and giggled.
“I bet she would be pretty considering how
pretty she is! ” Adam stated, excitedly.
Alex stood up and marched out, angrily.
“What happened? why is he angry? ” Adam
asked, surprised.
“Hmm that’s his business ” Aden mumbled and
they continued their discussion.

“Wow this place is so nice! ” Olivia uttered,
excitedly as she checked out the environment
with her eyes.
“Of course it is, this is my artificial island. Come
on let me show you around ” Adrian uttered and
grabbed Olivia’s hand,
Olivia smiled, widely and happily followed him,
After visiting the artificial island, Adrian took
Olivia to the cinema.
Olivia smiled happily as they walked out of the
cinema happily,
“Don’t worry next time I’ll take you to the park
and to our music concert ” Adrian muttered and
took Olivia’s hand into his, Olivia glared at their
entwined hands and smiled, awkwardly.
“When is you guys music concert? I would love
to be there! ” Olivia uttered with a pout.
“It’s next week Saturday” Adrian muttered,
coolly.
Olivia smiled, shyly.
Of course she would eventually go there as long
as her Alex would be there!
“Oh look! an ice-cream, I want one! ” Olivia
uttered, excitedly as she ran towards the ice-
cream shop,
Adrian chuckled and glanced at the ice-cream
shop Olivia ran off to,
she was putting on a black flared shirt and a big
white polo as she
tucked in some part of the polo into the skirt, her
blonde wig was packed into a loose ponytail
and
she wasn’t wearing her nerdy glasses since he
had asked her to remove it.
She was looking so pretty as she smiled at the
ice-cream seller.
Adrian smiled and strolled to where Olivia was,
“But sir I only have one dollar with me, you
would’ve told me before hand that it was more
than one dollar before mixing the ice-cream…. “
Olivia muttered with a frown.
“That’s none of my business miss, how can a
poor girl like you come out here to buy an ice-
cream from my shop, please look
for my money and give it to me else I’ll disgrace
you publicly! ” The ice-cream seller snapped at
Olivia rudely.
“A poor looking girl like her you say, you selling
out here with your beards which looks like a
bush and your tattered, dirty clothes then what
are you? you should be happy that people are
buying your sales even with how dirty you look”
Adrian uttered, coldly.
When the ice-cream seller saw Adrian he
shivered, fearfully.
Adrian took out some cash and dropped it on
the counter, harshly.
He grabbed Olivia’s hand and they left.
When they got to where Adrian’s car was
parked, Olivia licked her ice-cream, slowly.
“Hey don’t feel bad about what he said Olivia “
Adrian muttered, coolly.
“Haha! am not thinking about that, am just
grateful…. ” Olivia uttered softly.
Adrian halted his steps and glared at her,
seriously.
“For what? ” He asked,
Olivia stood on her toes and ruffled his hair with
a broad smile,
“Am grateful for having a lovely friend like you “
Olivia uttered, excitedly.
“Let’s go home” Olivia mouthed and ran into the
car.
Adrian touched his hair and what she said
earlier resounded in his head again,
he smiled, sweetly, went into his car, and drove
off,
Soon, he stopped the car at Olivia’s house,
Olivia stepped down and he also stepped down.
“Aish! am sure my mom must be waiting
outside for me, she doesn’t like it when i stay
out too late” Olivia muttered with a sigh.
“Maybe she’s just being careful because you’re
her only child ” Adrian mumbled, softly.
Olivia glanced at Adrian,
“Thank you so much for today Adrian, you really
made my day! ” Olivia uttered, excitedly.
Adrian smiled and shrugged,
“What are friends for huh.. ” He muttered, coolly.
“Alright bye” Olivia said and turned to go when
he grabbed her hand and her other hands
landed on his hard chest, she glared at him,
surprised.
he pushed some strands of her blonde hair
behind her ear and placed a light kiss on her
forehead.
“Goodnight ” He muttered with a sweet smile
and dashed towards his car, he got in and drove
off.
Olivia stood frozen on her spot as she touched
her forehead, slowly.
She smiled shyly and went into her house,
All this while in a dark alley, a black sedan was
parked somewhere not too far away from
Olivia’s house, his black hair
covered half of his face and his lips was red as
though it was stained with blood, his jawline
was sharp as though it was a
knife and his ocean blue eyes were dark and
dangerous, in short the aura around him
screamed danger!!
He had seen everything, since when Adrian had
took Olivia to his personal artificial island, he
was there, even the cinema’s part
he was also there, he had watched how Adrian
behaved with Olivia and it didn’t seem as
though he wanted to play her, it seemed as
though Adrian was already falling for her.
he even held her hand, kissed her forehead
while the little naive girl was even blushing like
a fool…?
The cold man inside the car chuckled, coldly.
The chauffeur felt a cold shiver ran down his
spine.
“Interesting ” The cold man mumbled, ÇOçkily.
“Drive” He retorted, authoritatively, the driver
hurriedly roared the engine to life and drove off.
