All eyes widened,Murmurs filled up every corner of the court room,the reporters did their Job’s,their fingers dancing on the keyboard of their laptops,writing every d@mn word Ryan said
Jennie was confused,Kingsley smiled at Ryan,Ryan saw him and returned the smile,
“Defendant,are you sure of what you are saying?”,the Judge asked
Ryan looked at his mom,she was glaring at him,he looked at Hareton,he was giving him signs to say No,he looked at Jennie,she said nothing but from her expression,she was pleading him to say yes,he looked at Kingsley,he only smiled at him,then lastly,he looked at Isabella,she was sobbing,tears flowing down her cheeks,from her looks she was thankful to him,
“I asked again,Defendant,are you–”
“Yes,your honour”,Ryan cut the Judge off and the murmurs increased
“Are you going to take full responsibility for what you just said?”,The Judge asked
“Yes,your honour”,Ryan replied
“Defendant counsel,do you have anything to say?”,The Judge asked
“What’s there to say when he said it all”,Hareton said inwardly,
“I have nothing to say,your honour”,Hareton replied
“Ryan helped us,please reduce his punishment”,Kingsley whispered to Jennie and she nodded,
“I have something to say”,Jennie stood up
“Go on”,The Judge said
“The defendant here,confessed to his crimes and is remorseful for what he did,so I plead with you to put him on probation”,Jennie said
“Defendant,are you remorseful?”,the Judge asked
“Yes,I am”,Ryan replied
“Okay,this is the ruling”,the Judge said
“Ryan Rodgiro,charged with sëxual assault,feeled remorseful of his crime,he confessed to his crimes even though he was at the edge of winning and is pleading for mercy is thereby sentenced to Probation or pay a fine $100 million to Isabella Godson the victim of his crime”,The Judge said
“Yes!”,Jennie said happily
“Are you that happy you won?”,Kingsley asked
“Yes,so happy”,Jennie said
“The Judge is leaving,all rise!”,a voice said in a loud tone,
After the Judge left,others started leaving one by one,
“Which one Probation or paying of fine?”,Jennie said to Hareton who made to walk away in a mockery tone
Hareton sighed
“I will talk to my client”,Hareton said
“I told you I will win the case,didn’t I?”,Jennie said
“You won the case because Ryan betrayed us”,Hareton said,
“I almost won the case,so don’t be full of yourself”,Hareton added,
“You said I won because Ryan betrayed you?”,Jennie scoffed
“That’s crap,you almost win because Gabriel betrayed us”,Jennie fired back,Hareton left angrily
Jennie turned to see Kingsley talking to Ryan
“Why did you confessed to your crime?,if I may ask”,Jennie said
“Because of her”,Ryan pointed at Isabella who was standing a little far away from them
[FLASHBACK>>27TH JUNE>>FRIDAY]
The first trial just ended,Ryan dragged Kingsley to a corner where they won’t be noticed,
“Am tired of all this,just tell me how?,how the hell will end this?,am tormented by her tears,anytime I see those tears,I feel my heart shattering into million of pieces,just tell how to end this”,Ryan said in tears
“Then confess your crimes”,Kingsley said
“How?”,Ryan asked
“At the end of the next trial when the ruling would be announced,confess to your crimes”,Kingsley said and Ryan nodded,
“You can do it,do it so you won’t remain guilty for the rest of your life,do it so her tears won’t torment you in your dreams”,Kingsley said and patted his shoulder twice before leaving

“You are really lucky you confessed,you would have being tormented by her tears,even in your dreams”,Jenine said when Ryan was through telling the story,Ryan smiled dryly
“Thanks for helping me”,Isabella said in tears,but this time it’s was tears of joy,
Ryan looked away trying to hold back the tears threatening to flow but still they made their way out little by little,
“Am sorry,….I…..I.. Caused you alot… For abusing you….you don’t need to.. Forgive me,just….don’t h@të me too much…am….am–“,Isabella ran into his arms,filling the space in between them
She hugged him!
“Am sorry”,Ryan said
“Don’t be sorry,because of you,I won the case,because of you,I now know the one I called my father could betrayed me”,Isabella cried
Jennie and Kingsley smiled at each other as Ryan and Isabella hugged themselves tightly
[FLORIDA CITY>>GABRIEL’S PLACE]
Isabella was seen in her room packing her things into a medium size bag,when Gabriel stormed in,
“What the hell are you doing?”,Gabriel asked,seems he was drunk,caused he was staggering,he couldn’t walk well
“Am leaving your house”,Isabella glared at him
“Put your eyes down!”,he yelled and slapped her hard,but she was still glaring at him
“I said put your eyes down!”,Gabriel yelled again and slapped her,still she was still glaring,
She finished packing her things and made to leave but Gabriel tried stopping her,she pushed him away and he landed his head on a table

[EDGAR’S APARTMENT>>GYM]
Edgar was on the treadmill while Thomas was lifting the barbell,
“Do you love weightlifting that much?”,Edgar asked Thomas,
“That’s the secret of my hotness”,Thomas winked at him,
Edgar’s phone rang interrupting their conversation
“Kimberly?”,Thomas asked
“No,Charlotte”,Edgar replied and pick up the call
Thomas frowned somehow he became jealous,
“Why does she have to call Edgar,why not him??,I mean we are co stars”,Thomas thought
“And they’re neighbors”,his subconscious said,but he waved it for,
“Hi Edgar,sorry for leaving without saying thank you,my parents forced me to and now am like a hostage in my own house”,Charlotte said
“It’s fine,Thomas told me”,Edgar replied

“Forget about it”,she said
“Nope,curiosity has took the best of me”,Edgar said and he could imagine her smiling,
Thomas was frowning while staring at Edgar

“What did she say?”,Thomas asked

Charlotte quickly hid the phone but it’s was too late,her father who was coming in already saw her
“Dad!”,Charlotte called
“Calls are not allowed”,Clifford said

“You might call someone who would help you escape and you know it’s dangerous if you leave this mansion,Byram would kidnap you”,Clifford said

“Dad!,this prison!,am twenty six for Füçk sake!”,Charlotte said
“You are still my baby”,Clifford said and Charlotte fell on the bed,
“Wondering how many phones you have,this the 27th one am collecting”,Clifford said
“I have hundred of them”,Charlotte replied

“Get ready,you gonna start school tomorrow,you should be in school”,Grandma Kate said and Isabella smiled

The fourth game,soccer was already going on,Francisco’s team is winning against Andrew team,

Meanwhile,Isabella was through with her registration,she came into the classroom,but she found no one in the classroom,
“What’s happening?,I heard oxford Highschool has a quite population”,she said to herself as she dropped her bag on one of the seat
Shirley ran into the class,she earlier forgot her sports wear in her locker,
“Hey,what are you doing here?, when others are enjoying the game”,Shirley said when her eyes spotted Isabella,
“Am a new student”,Isabella smiled
“Okay”,Shirley brought out her sports wear,she pulled off her school uniform (her shirt only),her bra didn’t cover her B@@bs so the upper part of her B@@bs were exposed
“AHH!”,Isabella screamed,covering her eyes with her palms,
“What?”,Shirley asked,but when she saw Isabella covering her eyes,she got it!
She’s a shy type!
“Don’t be shy,we are both girls”,Shirley smiled
“You should have tell me you wanna change,Anyways,tell me when you are done”,Isabella said,her palms still on her eyes
“Am done”,Shirley said after some minutes,Isabella uncoverd her eyes,truly she was done changing,
Shirley made to leave put Isabella made her stop,
“Can I come with you?”,Isabella asked
“Sure,besides you are already on your sports wear”,Shirley said
“That’s because I was told,sports wears are worn on Friday”,Isabella said
“Mm..that’s true”,Shirley said and made to leave again,
“Which sports is going on,right now”,Isabella asked
“Lately,two popular guys in our school are competing theirslves in different games”,Shirley said
“The fourth game is going on and that is soccer”,Shirley added
“Popular guys?”,Isabella looked confused
“Yes,in oxford highschool,we have three popular guys,firstly, Andrew,his cute but not that hot and sëxy,girls go crazy for his pink,tempting lips,his a book worm too,he is nicknamed NEON,secondly,Francisco,he Is the school gangster and a bully,currently,he dropped his bully atitude,he is called the RED DEVIL because,look for his trouble and he would welcome you to his Hell,lastly,Ryan,don’t have much to say about him,just he is very rebellious,he is called the TRIPLE R”,Shirley concluded
“Ryan?”,Isabella said
“You know him?”,Shirley asked
“It’s can’t be the Ryan I know,the Ryan I know schools at steamy hour”,Isabella said in her mind
“I don’t know him”,Isabella said
“C’mon,let’s go before the game ends”,Shirley said

The game was still going on with the same score,but not until,Francisco’s team scored another goal,

Andrew was very angry,he was already loosing hope winning the game,
“Don’t loose hope”,One of Andrew’s teammates patted his shoulder,but he wasn’t listening
Andrew started dribbling immediately Ryan blew the whistle,he refused to pass the ball,even when his teammates were asking him to,
He kept dribbling and he was so perfect at it,he was now more closer to the post,without thinking twice,with the anger and fear of loosing in him,he kicked the ball very hard and it flew into the net
? GOAL!!
Andrew smiled
“That’s was a selfish act”,one his teammates complained
“But I scored a goal”,Andrew said
“Does that even matters”,the guy scoffed and walked away,
As Ryan blew the whistle the ball started again
“Go Francisco!”,Shirley cheered
“Who is Ryan?”,Isabella asked beside her and she pointed at Ryan,
“There, the one in a white Jersey”,Shirley said
“I can’t see his face clearly”,Isabella said
“Why are you curious about Ryan,you like him?”,Isabella smiled
“No,I want to confirm something”,Isabella said
The ball ended,Andrew ended up winning again,they scored two extra goal,making it 3-2

Ryan said and Isabella found the voice familiar that she ran into the pitch since the game has ended,
“Isabella!”,Shirley called but she didn’t turn
“Next game?”,they asked
“Table tennis”,Ryan replied,but then he felt a hand on his back,he turned,Isabella saw his face

She almost tripped and fell due to how shock she was but Ryan was quick to hold her waist before she falls,
“Ryan/Isabella”,they both said at the same time

The sky gave an ominous sign that’s it’s gonna rain soon,and like that the student started running in,Shirley catch a flu easily and it always turns out badly,so she has no other Choice than to leave the place before it’s start raining,
Right now,it’s remaining those two fingers in the middle of the pitch,in the same position
It’s started raining,but still they didn’t change their position,they were lost staring at each other

Meanwhile,Charlotte was running through the roads of Florida,she sneak out of the house and went to her apartment but she couldn’t find Edgar,so she assumed he must be in school,
It’s just three days but she missed him so badly,she couldn’t bear it any longer,she just wanted to say those three words to him,

Edgar was in the staffroom,he was marking the class test he gave his student,other teachers where there too,everyone busy in one way or the other,
It’s raining,no one would learn or teach in a cold weather like this,
Some privileged teachers wore their hoodie,while,the other less privilleged,who didn’t come to school with their hoodie,managed themselves
Edgar was among the less privileged,but wasn’t a bother to him,since he wasn’t human like others
Charlotte stormed into the staffroom,Edgar’s eyes widened when he saw her,
She started walking to him,when she spotted him,Edgar stood up,the other teachers turned to look at them,
Charlotte was soaked with water,the rain drenched her badly,that her lips was trembling,not only her lips but her whole body,
It’s would be a miracle if she don’t catch a flu,after this
“What are you doing here?”,Edgar finally asked
“I miss you,Edgar”,she muttered and passed out,but he super sped to her and she fell directly into his arms
The other teacher’s eyes buldge out
