A figure suddenly hid herself when she saw Jordan coming towards her direction, immediately he left, she came out and smirked and it turned out to be Lexi.
Arielle continued crying badly, she doesn’t even know why she’s crying, is it because she hurt him badly, but that does not even warrant any cry from her, she has never cried for a guy before but it’s falling freely just because he’s mad at her, her phone was on silent, so when the message entered, it didn’t make any sound to notify her, she knows she’s the one at fault here, if only he can just allow her to apologise, she wouldn’t mind crawling on her knees.
Her eyes were red already but she didn’t mind it, minutes later, she stopped crying and started walking to the restroom, she switched on the tap immediately she got there, then she washed her face, she looked at the mirror and sighed seeing how red her face was, she’s surely gonna get a lot of questions from everyone.
She walked out of the bathroom, she gasped seeing who it was
“Are you okay?” Mikaela asked and she nodded
“Lexi just came running telling me you are crying in the hallway and I had to rush here, what happened?” Mikaela asked
“Where’s Lexi?” Arielle asked
“She said she needed to be somewhere” Mikaela replied
“So will you tell me what happened now?” Mikaela asked worriedly and she sighed before explaining everything to her without leaving any details out
“Oopps!!” Mikaela breathed in
“I don’t know why I forgot, I don’t even have any excuse, I just completely forgot” Arielle said and Mikaela moved closer to her
“It’s okay, I understand you are at fault here but I’m sure he will get over it if he knows you are truly sorry, so don’t stop apologizing okay?” Mikaela said giving her a little smile and helping her arrange her hair
“I won’t, thanks Mikky” Arielle smiled and Mikaela blushed
“Woah, I love that nickname, but you can actually sugarcoat it a little, for example, Baddass Mikky, sounds cool right” Mikaela giggled and Arielle bursted into laughter
“I will think about it maybe when you get a boyfriend” Arielle said
“Ohh please, love is not for me, I would rather choose food over love” Mikaela swinged her hair to the back.
“I will remind you about this when you finally get a boyfriend” Arielle said
“You don’t even have a boyfriend and you are telling me to get one” Mikaela snapped
“At least I will still get one because I believe in love, I’m not like someone who has decided that she’s gonna be a nun for the rest of her life” Arielle said and snathched herself from Mikaela grip immediately, she ran away
“Stop there Ari, can’t believe you insulted me indirectly” Mikaela shouted after her and everyone stared at them wondering what’s wrong with them.

“Thanks for choosing our company, I promise we will do our best” Angelo said
“I know, you have always been the best so far” Mr Chris, the investor from France said and Angelo smiled
“Okay, I think that’s all right? I still have to be somewhere” Mr Chris stood up but the noise from outside suddenly stopped him
“Is something going on outside?” he asked
“I will check it out” Angelo replied and grabbed his phone
“What’s happening?” Angelo asked
“It’s your brother boss, he’s trying to get in but we told him you are having a meeting with someone inside but he’s not listening” Alex replied
“I’m coming” Angelo said and cut the call
“I will escort you out Mr Chris, let’s go” Angelo stood up and he stepped out with Mr Chris.
Immediately Waylon saw them, he stopped struggling with Adrian and straightened his suit, he walked towards Angelo and raised a punch at his face making everyone gasp but Angelo held his fist, Angelo twisted his wrist a little making him groan, he moved his face closer
“Don’t do this here brother” Angelo whispered only to his hearing before releasing his hands, Waylon wriggled his wrist to ease of the pain
“How dare you steal my client?” Waylon suddenly asked
“Your client?” Angelo chuckled
“I was so supposed to be the one he’s partnering with but you went behind my back and stole him from me
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to interfere but it looks like I’m the one been talked about here” Mr Chris said and they all turned their eyes towards him
“Did he threaten you to sign a deal with him, don’t worry about it, he can’t do anything, let’s go, so you can partner with my company” Waylon said senselessly and Angelo chuckled
“Excuse me? But I think you have the wrong person, he didn’t threaten me and I also didn’t say I’m going to partner with you Mr Waylon” Mr Chris said
“But you told me you were going to partner with me at the airport that day” Waylon said
“I didn’t say that, I only said I was left with two companies, your company and his company and you told me to choose yours but I said that will be my decision to make and I made my decision already, so let’s get that clear Mr Waylon, I just didn’t want to disrespect you at the airport that day, it mustn’t happen again else my guards will be the one to throw you out” Mr Chris said leaving Waylon speechless before turning to Angelo
“See you some other time Mr Angelo” He said and walked away with his guards, everyone started dispersing leaving Waylon with Angelo, Alex and Adrian
“Oopps, dear brother, that must have hurt a lot right?” Angelo smirked before patting his back and walked away with his guards also. Waylon suddenly punched the wall beside him and his knuckles started bleeding immediately, he straightened his suit and smirked before leaving also.

Jordan was seated on the bench staring at nowhere in particular, he started humming a song and tapping his legs on the ground when he suddenly felt hands covering his eyes
“Arielle, I need time please” he muttered and the person frowned, he removed the hands from his eyes only to meet the raging eyes of Lexi
“Arielle this, Arielle that, can’t you just stop talking about her for a second?” She asked angrily and he stared at her weirdly
“Excuse me, are you okay?” Jordan asked and she composed herself immediately
“Ohhh, I’m so sorry, that wasn’t for you, it’s just a slip of tongue, ignore it” she stammered and he raised one of his eyebrows up
“What are you doing here?” Jordan asked, she walked closer to him and sat down beside him on the bench
“I didn’t ask you to sit” Jordan said
“I’m not disturbing you okay? I came to enjoy the view also” She muttered and he sighed before moving to the extreme end of the bench, everywhere was silent, only the sounds of birds humming and twigs rustling due to the wind could be heard
“What happened between you and Arielle?” Lexi suddenly asked and he looked at her
“I don’t think that’s any of your business” he replied
“She’s my sister, so when something is wrong with her, you are the only person I can ask since she was last seen with you” she said again
“I don’t know what caused you two to fight though but don’t you think that means you both are not meant to be” She said and Jordan looked at her
“Your friendship isn’t even up to two weeks and you fought already, it makes no sense, I know you both were supposed to go on a date together yesterday but I will tell you one secret, she forgot because she was with kingston” Lexi smirked after seeing his expression
“I think I know that already” Jordan suddenly said and her smile dropped
“What…do..do..you mean?” she stuttered and he chuckled
“I and Arielle are not fighting and we will never fight and one thing you should know is that jealously leads someone to do evil things, I don’t know why you will call her your sister and you spoil her in front of others, get a life girl” Jordan said before standing up and he walked out of the garden immediately.
Lexi gulped after he left, she looked around before standing up to leave also.

“Thermometer and Thermometry” Mr Daniel, the lecturer said
“How many of you have read about it?” He asked but no one raised their hand
“I’m gonna have to call since no one is answering” he said and some started hiding their face immediately making him chuckle
“If you hide, that’s when I’m gonna call you” he said and they all stopped. His eyes moved around and it landed on Denise, Alaina’s rival
”Denise Bolt, what is a thermometer? Mr Daniel asked and she stood up reluctantly
“A thermometer is a device” she answered
“And?” he asked again
“That’s all I know” she replied and a few students chuckled
“Sit” he shaked his head but she cared less
“Alaina Jenkins?” Mr Daniel called and everyone turned their direction towards her.
“A thermometer is a device that measures temperature or temperature gradient” Alaina answered and he nodded
“Any other questions?” She asked
“What is thermometry?” Mr Daniel asked again
“Thermometry is the branch of physics concerned with the measurement of temperature, the design and use of thermometers and pyrometers” Alaina answered again and Denise secretly glared at her
“Types of thermometer?”
“Digital Thermometer, Ear Thermometer, strip Thermometer and infrared Thermometers” Alaina replied
“Principle of Thermometry?”
“A thermometer works on the principle that solids and liquids tend to expand with temperature” Alaina answered again
“S.I unit for Thermometer?
“The kelvin” she replied.
“A round of applause” Mr Daniel smiled and claps filled the air, Alaina looked at Denise and raised two fingers to her head muttering ”Sense” and Denise glared at her angrily before storming out of the classroom

“That was good, I didn’t know you have read on that topic, the details are too long that’s why I haven’t started reading it yet” Piper said
“Its actually a nice topic, you will enjoy it when you start reading it” Alaina smiled
“Are you still bent on not talking to Leslie?” Piper asked
“Piper please” Alaina muttered and Piper sighed
“I want to use the restroom” Alaina said and dropped her cutleries before grabbing her phone from the table, she stood up but was stopped by a student
“Hi Alaina, Mr Daniel asked you to come to his office” The girl said and Alaina smiled at her before walking out of the cafeteria

Alaina grabbed her phone from her back pockets to call Matty but she suddenly saw him walking to a classroom, she smiled and decided to just follow him without alerting him, she quietly followed him until he stopped at a classroom and she hid when she saw that he was about turning back, he entered the classroom and Alaina came out of her hiding place , she walked towards the door silently and decided to just barge in to surprise him
“Matty!!” she called with all smiles and opened the door only to meet a dreadful scene, her smile dropped, she dropped her phone absentmindedly on the ground. Matty’s pants were off and he was giving backth-ru_st to a girl
“M…Matt!!” Alaina muttered and and they both turned to look at her, Alaina staggered when she saw the girl,
“Denise!!” Alaina muttered and slumped on the floor.
