” Ryan..” she called jumping on him and he held her in place so she wouldn’t fall
” I don’t care if this is a dream but I never wish to wake up from it..” she cried
” Do you still cry like a baby?” He asked and she sniffed
” I know you’re just my illusion..” she pouted while he flicked her forehead
” Ouch.. ” she winced and quickly looked up at him
” Is really you? You didn’t die?” She asked while he nodded with a smile but the smile immediately left his face when she landed him a slap
She slapped his both cheeks repeatedly, still, he didn’t stop her
She punched his stomach hard and he winced..
” Ouch..” he held his stomach
Mimi had taught her some self defense skills
” I h@të you, I h@të you for leaving me all alone!!! I h@të you for making me wait four years!! Why didn’t you call me you ape.. why? You’re pathetic, I ha…. He quickly hugged her as she cried
” Let me go you motherFüçker ” she hit him continuously but he still didn’t let go

” I’ve missed you so much” he said but all she did was cry
” Hope you like the second gift?”.. Mrs Zhan asked
She tilted her head to her mom’s direction
” You knew about it?” She asked and her mom nodded slowly
” I h@të you mom, I really do h@të you. I h@të both of you!! ” she cried while Ryan wiped her tears
” C’mon love, the feeling isn’t mutual..” Mrs Zhan pouted
Austin just watched them like he was watching some kind of movie
” I’m sorry okay?, I’ll never leave you again ” he said
” Promise?” She asked looking up at him
” I cross my heart. I’m sorry for making you wait Star-shine” He stroke her hair gently as she hugged him
” Who is he?” He pointed at Austin
” Oh.. a friend ” she smiled
” I’ve told you to stop smiling like that in front of other guys..” he whispered to her while she giggled.
” I’ll talk to him..” Violet said and walk up to Austin. They took few steps away from Mrs Zhan and Ryan who were now chitchatting
” I….
” I understand.. your long lost boyfriend is back and I lost already even before getting accepted..” Austin forced a smile
” I’m sorry..” Violet pouted
” It’s okay.. ” Austin said, a hint of disappoinment in his voice but she hugged him instead
” Thanks for being a good friend..” she said in the hug while Austin patted her back.
Someone suddenly pulled them away from each other and stood between them
” Ryan? I thought you were talking with Mom just now?” She asked but he just smiled
” Aren’t you gonna introduce me to your Friend ?” He asked, emphasizing on the ” FRIEND ”
” Austin meet my boyfriend Ryan and Ryan, meet my friend Austin.. ” Violet said
Ryan flashed her a wide smile before leaning closer to Austin
” Let’s not make this an issue, Stay away from my girl if you don’t want trouble.. I’m not nice ” he whispered while Austin scoffed
” Don’t worry.. I’m not a troublemaker..” Austin laughed
” Wise decision. Nice meeting you though ” he shook hands with Austin
” You’ve been to the states?” Austin asked
” Yeah.. Chicago to be precise but many people don’t know my real name over there, so they call me sugar kiss ” Ryan replied while Austin gasped
” What? You’re suger kiss? The famous soloist in Chicago?” He asked and Ryan shook his head
” You’re too loud, I h@të people that talk too much..” he replied which made Austin laugh
” You’re funny dude..” Austin laughed
” That wasn’t meant to be funny but thanks for the compliment though ” Ryan grimaced
” I’ll be waiting for you at home so we could visit Leyan together along with his son.. no one knows of his arrival yet..” Mrs zhan told Violet and she nodded
” Alright mom.. ” she waved at her mom who kissed her cheek before walking to her car.
She turned to see Ryan and Austin talking
” They’re getting along?” She wondered, walking to them
” Talk to you some other time Audrey ” Ryan said
” It’s Austin ” Austin corrected
” Right, Austin!!! ” He corrected himself before turning to Violet
” Shall we? ” He asked, holding her hands and she nodded as they made their way into the hall

The students said loudly which caught Remy’s attention
He turned slowly to the direction of the noise and his eyes almost left their sockets
” Ryan? ” Remy called unbelievably but not withstanding, he ran to him for a hug
” You’re alive motherFüçker..” he said still hugging him
” Get off me Sh|thair, men don’t hug.. ” Ryan said and Remy let go, tears already leaving his eyes.
” You punk, I thought you died” Remy sniffed, punching him slightly
” You look good..” Claire hugged him too
” I see Remy did a great job.. you aren’t looking like an abandoned puppy like you use to” Ryan laughed
” Did you just insult me?” Claire glared at him
” Did I? ” He smirked
” I think your brain is affected ”
” Yeah.. with Violet’s love..” he replied and the others laughed.
In no time, the whole school was aware of his arrival
The news got to Xue who was at the hospital but he couldn’t even go. He couldn’t face his son.
” I need to see my mom..” Ryan finally said after spending some time with the students.

∆∆ HOSPITAL
They all alighted from the car staring at the hospital. Ryan inhale deeply before proceeding to the ward at which his mom was along with Remy and the others
Li Xue almost choked on his saliva when he saw him.. he looked different that he couldn’t believe his son was truly alive
Ryan just stared at his dad for a while, before smiling
” Have you been well dad? ” He asked as he walk up to him
” Your son isn’t angry with you any longer so stop blaming yourself..” he said, hugging his dad briefly before turning to his unconscious mom
She’s been like that for four years
” Mom.. ” he called, holding her hands. ” Your son is here.. your son has finally become what he wanted to be. So can you please wake up and take a look at me? I’m here to take you home..” Ryan said, tears leaving his eyes already and as if Leyan could hear him, her fingers moved slightly
” Mom?” Ryan called, after feeling the movement and this time, she opened her eyes
” My son….. ” she said, struggling to stand with great difficulty
” Mom..” he cried, helping her up while she hugged him
” I’ll get the doctor.. ” Violet ran out of the ward and came back seconds later with doctor Ben
Ryan gave him space as he did some checkup on Leyan
” Wow, she’s very fine now but she’ll need to stay here for two more days” the doctor said
He turned to Ryan and a gasped escaped his out
” Wait? I thought… ”
” I died right?” Ryan completed and the doctor swallowed hard not wanting to believe
” How did you survive when you died right in front of my eyes?” Doctor Ben asked while Mrs. Zhan laugh
” I asked someone to steal his body then wiped the footage cos I wanted it to be a surprise to my daughter.
” Before Leyan went into coma, I saw the clothes used in covering his dead body moved as if he he took a breath. My eyes were on him the whole time. I wasn’t gonna believe it until I saw his hands move out of the cloth then i knew he was still around. I asked my doctor to get his body from the morgue and We sent it to the states where he was treated ”
” I sponsored his music career too and that’s how his life became simple. It wasn’t easy keeping the truth away from my daughter who won’t eat because of him..
” You’re a godsent ” Leyan cried, hugging her son again
” Thank you for saving my son..” Xue said and she laughed
” Just be yourself and let your kids do wh@tëver they want, stop deciding for them and you will surely have a good home..” she smiled
Violet walked up to Leyan and hugged her
” My girlfriend..” Ryan said to his mom
” Oh really?, You’re cute..” Leyan said pulling Violet’s cheek slightly
” My girlfriend too.. ” Remy said too and the others in the ward laughed
” Come here..” Leyan signalled to Claire who also came in for a hug
” Thanks for being there for my sons..” she said and the two girls only smiled.
” I’ll make payments for your discharge.. ” Ryan said
” Of course not, I will do that. I can’t let you spend your money on my wife..” Xue said
” Your wife? I doubt that..” Leyan said and everyone laughed
” I’m serious.. ” she said
” We’ll talk about that when we get home..” Xue smiled at her but she just rolled her eyes as she watch him leave the ward
” Thanks for staying alive..” Ryan faced his mom..
” Thanks for not leaving me.. ” she hugged him and Remy joined in the hug too.
★★ Epilogue ★★
Everything seem to have gone back to normal and a Party was thrown at the Li’s mansion for Leyan’s recovery and everyone came to celebrate the family.
Li Shu’s grave was the first place they visited after Leyan’s discharge
Shao wouldn’t stop bothering Carina too and after much pleading from Violet, she decided to forgive Shao after all.
The house was filled with different people that even the maids were present
Brown couldn’t help but cry anytime he saw Ryan
” Stop it already, you’re making me feel bad ” Ryan teased
” Young master..” he wept again and Ryan gave him a side hug for the first time..
Music was played and everyone took his partner as they danced in pairs. After a long dance, the music stopped and Xue addressed the crowd
” I wanna apologise to my sons and wife.. I know I haven’t been a good father and husband but I promise to change and support your dreams..” he said and the crowd cheered.
Ryan walked to Violet and pulled her out of the crowd to his room
” What are we doing here ”
” We couldn’t talk out there.. you look beautiful ” he told her
” You look cute too…” She said and he captured her lips immediately, Kissing her hungrily since it’s been four years he last kissed her
” I miss you Violet..” he said after breaking the kiss..
” I miss you too Ryan.. I miss you so much that I thought I was gonna die..”
He captured her lips again and she responded to it immediately
He decided to do the unthinkable as they kissed. He caressed her body and she mo@ned sweetly to his touch
Oh, how she has missed his touch
Her hands travelled under his shirt, caressing his bare skin as they kiss. He let out a throaty groan as her hands moved against his body
She helped him with his shirt since she was getting impatient already
He zipped down her strapless top and her B@@b’s came to view since she wasn’t putting on a bra
” I see you came prepared ” He smiled naughtily, squeezing her B@@bs gently sending shivers down her spin. He placed her gently on his bed and hovered over her, staring at her face
” You’re pretty star-shine ”
” You’ve said that before, Just f*ck me already ” she said, impatiently and he smiled at her before taking off her P@ntiës..
His hands went into his boxers bringing out his already hard veiny rod
” You’ve gotten even bigger over the years ” She bit her lips, her eyes on his d_1ck and he chuckled softly before sliding into her deeply
” Oh, F*ck “. she Mõ@ned loudly enjoying every bit of his th-ru_st

” Hey..” Reece stood next to Mimi who was outside the house
” Hi..” she responded
” Urmm.. about what we discu.. ” he didn’t complete his statement when she pecked him unexpectedly and he blinked
” Is that a yes?” He asked
” Well, Violet told me you’re a change person so I decided to give you a chance ” she said and Reece lifted her up at once..
” Ahem.. ” Mrs Zhan cleared her throat, drawing their attention
” Mom..” Mimi walked to her
” Who are you?” Mrs Zhan turned to Reece
” I’m sorry ma’am I know I was supposed to asked for your permission to.. he didn’t complete his statement when she laughed
” I’m not here for that ” she laughed again before turning to Mimi..
” I’ll be heading home now.. I think Violet will be staying with Ryan tonight, so you shouldn’t come home late..”
” Can I just stay out for today? ” she held her mom’s hands
” Fine but..
” Thanks Mom..” she cut in before pulling Reece into the house
” That silly brat.. ” Mrs Zhan spat
” Peace at last..” she smiled and Shao Walk up to her
” Let’s start afresh again Carina ” he said going on his knees
” Please Shao.. I’m not interested..” she said and made to enter her car
” You should give him another chance cos he told me he is the father of Violet. You need to forget all his wrong doings Carina.. ” Leyan chipped in
” I support that ” Xue appeared
” See who is supporting him.. birds of the same feathers..” Mrs Zhan rolled her eyes
” I will think about it.. ” She said and with that she drove out of the compound while Shao sigh

∆ NEXT MORNING
Ryan left the room with Violet who was fully dressed already since she was preparing to go home.
” Good morning mom.. ” They both greeted and Leyan smiled them
Xue walked to her and held her hands.. ” I’m sorry for everything I did to you ” he said almost in tears
” It’s fine dad ” She smiled and he hugged her
” You shouldn’t be hugging my wife to be that way..” Ryan said pulling Violet off his dad and his dad laughed
” Bye dad..” They both said as they left the house..
Mrs Zhan had invited them to her home and everyone was present. The students especially except for Austin who went back to the States
Shao was invited too since Carina had decided to give him another chance
” Violet, Your dad.. ” she faced her daughter who looked shock
” You should at least give him a hug ” Ryan whispered but she hesitated
She stared at him and he nodded. Reluctantly, she went to him and hug him which made Shao shed tears
” How do you feel after knowing he’s you Dad?” Ryan asked
” I don’t know, I’ve never had a father ” she replied
” It’s fine, I’ll always be there for you ” he said and she smiled
” Well, I have something for you ” he said, going down on one knee
” What are you doing ?” She asked, looking around
He brought out a diamond ring from his pocket
” Marry me Violet….. He trailed off
” I don’t know what to say next but I know I wanna spend the rest of my life with you ” he said and she blushed
She nodded with a smile as he slipped the ring into her index finger..
He stood up and pull her into a hug.
“I love you star-shine” he said
“I love you more”.. she kîssed him while everyone clapped, cheering for them
