AVERY’S POV
I woke up, noticing Rex’s arm hugging my waist, right under my B@@bs, snuggling with me tightly.
I smiled as I moved closer to him and closed my eyes back, he cuddled me tighter and kissed my forehead.
“I love you, Avery.” He said softly.
“I…”
Wait? Aren’t pillow wall supposed to be between us? Where are they? Rex took them away. That pervert!!
I sat up, took a big pillow and started beating the stupid jerk!
“Ow! Stop it!” He winced as I was beating him.
“You f*cking jerk!” I yelled beating him with pillow till it started tearing up.
Rex pulled me to lie down and closer to him, then he hugged me tightly.
“What’s the problem?” He smiled.
Gosh, he has an amazing and irresistible smile.
I pushed him and stood up “I have a boyfriend. Remember? And you have a girlfriend so…”
“Forget about them.” He groaned grapping .
“You know you’re a f*cking monster! You destroyed a very beautiful friendship just because of your selfishness.” I said angrily.
Rex stood up glaring at me “Beautiful relationship? That Bîtch is just using you to get what she wants. You and I fell in love with each other right before I even look at her, we would have been together if it wasn’t her stupid selfishness.”
I shrugged “First of all, don’t call her Bîtch. I’mma hurt you if you say anything against her, also…”
The door was knocked “Avery?” Adelaide called.
My eyes went wide, feeling scared “Oh no! What if she see us?”
Rex hugged my waist and smirked “Let her see us. She’ll know that we’re…”
I pushed him away “Rex, stop it and hide.”
“But…”
“Hide!!” I grunted.
Rex raised his hands in surrender as he hide in my wardrobe.
I took a deep breath as I opened the door and saw Yolanda and Adelaide. I thought it was only Adelaide.
“Who are you talking to?” Adelaide asked, looking suspicious.
“Uh… No one, I’m just calling my brother.” I lied.
“Okay. Anyway, get ready for the party tonight?!” Yolanda squealed.
“Tonight? I thought it’s on Saturday.” I said.
“Well, it is Saturday.” Adelaide said.
Seriously? A lot has been going on in my head, I don’t even know what day is today.
“So, are you going be there?” Yolanda asked.
I grinned sheepishly feeling uncomfortable “Well…”
“It’s okay, if you don’t want come, It’s just that we’ve never seen you going to any parties.” Yolanda shrugged.
“Yeah. It’s just sad because Hillary is gonna be there.” Adelaide said.
My jaw dropped “Hillary? As in Hillary Greg, who everyone think she’s the best gamer in SunLake, just because she has the highest score in Pixel gun 3D?”
“Yeah, she’s the one throwing the party. There’s even gonna be gamer fest.” Yolanda said.
“I’m so gonna be there and beat her high score.” I scoffed.
“Okay, just get ready. We’re gonna be late for class. We’ll be waiting for you at lobby, by the way study well because there’s a pop quiz coming up in social studies class.” Adelaide smiled as they walked away.
I nodded “Okay. I’ll meet you there.”
I closed the door and heaved a sigh of relief.
Rex came out of the wardrobe “What good friends you have. Unlike Gina.”
“It’s Gianna, and don’t talk about her that way.” I frowned.
“Wh@tëver. Let’s get ready for the pop quiz.” He smirked evilly stepping forward.
I was stepping backwards “Don’t you have things to do?”
“Yeah, with you.” He said as he pulled my hand and threw me on the bed and went on top of me.
“Rex! Stop it! I’m gonna be late for class.” I yelled.
“Just a quickie. Alright?” He said “Ow!” He cried as I kneed him in his nuts and he fell on the floor.
I stood up, l ran into the bathroom, locked the door and sighed of relief.
I allowed him last time because I fell into his trap and I couldn’t resist the temptation, but not this time.
I brushed my teeth, flossed, got undressed and took my bath in the bath tub, after that I wore my black robe.
I sighed thinking Rex might still be in the room. Thank God, I’m wearing my black oversized robe.
I came out of the bathroom and saw that Rex’s gone.
I sighed of relief as I sat at my dressing desk, applied lotions on my skin, stood up and wore my black turtleneck sleeveless crop top with black long sleeves, my baggy ripped jeans, Fendi white sneakers, butterfly earrings and diamond choker.
I applied some makeup on my face and I fixed my hair in long wavy ponytail with gel edges.
I wore my black backpack and walked out of the bedroom, out of the hostel and headed straight to the lobby, I met Adelaide and Yolanda.
“Hey girls.” I greeted.
“Sup”
“Yo.”
“Hey baddie.” Marcus approached and hugged my waist.
I smiled “Hey baby.”
We kissed each other passionately. I opened my eyes and noticed Rex’s starring at us and he doesn’t look happy about it.
I feel guilty but it’s for the best. Sometimes, you have to move on separately even though you love each other.
REX’S POV
Wow, she’s not lying that she has a boyfriend. Did she really move on or she just wants to use it to push me away?
They pulled away and stared at each other in the eyes. They really love each other?
I threw my book angrily and stormed off.
I can’t believe she moved on easily when I’m trying to make it right for us. I don’t think she even love that dude.
AVERY’S POV
“Are you ready for the party tonight?” He said.
I nodded “Yes.”
He smirked as he caressed my face and I smiled.
“Okay!” Yolanda interrupted.
“We’re sorry but I guess we should leave you two alone. See you in class, Vivi.” Adelaide said as they left me and Marcus alone in the lobby.
Marcus smirked at me “I’m saying, are you ready for tonight?”
“What?” I scoffed feeling confused.
He wrapped his arms around me, romancing my back, making me uncomfortable.
“I said, are you ready?” He asked.
I scoffed again knowing what he meant, removing his arms “No.”
“Then when will you be ready?” He asked, looking annoyed.
I shrugged “I don’t know, whenever I wanna be ready but not now okay? Please try to understand.”
“Really? I understand you’re a virgin but I’ve been waiting for months from sëx, can’t you at least understand me?” Marcus complained.
My heart started beating as he said ‘I understand you’re a virgin’ I’m not a virgin. Rex deflowered me in prom night.
I didn’t say anything to Marcus because I know he’ll break up with me. Just because I kept denying him, that’s why he thinks I’m a virgin.
“I’m sorry, I just wanted us to finish school, have a good job, nice house before we have sëx.” I said, holding his hands.
“Wh@tëver, I’m going to class.” He said as he walked away angrily.
“Marcus! Marcus!” I called but he didn’t answer.
I sighed feeling bad. I’m not ready for any sëx. I’m not ready for now.
I have to make it before I have time for rubbish.
I sighed as I left the lobby and went to class.
I saw Adelaide and Yolanda sitting and chatting together.
I sat beside them “Yo.”
“Did you know lesbian Sophie got expelled for having sëx with Mr Mart’s wife yesterday?” Yolanda whispered.
“Gurl, how did you know all this?” I asked.
Yolanda shrugged and smirked “I have my ways.”
Adelaide scoffed “Well, you need to stop that ways because when you get caught…”
“People will do the same for you.” I completed.
Yolanda rolled her eyes “Wh@tëver.”
“Morning students.” Mr Mart, our accounting lecturer greeted as he walked in.
All of us settled down and we begin to snicker because of what Yolanda told us.
“Why are you people laughing?” He asked.
“Sorry about your sad complicated life, sir!!” A girl shouted and all of us burst into laughter.
Mr Mart became sad “Class dismissed!!” He cried as he ran out.
All of us laughed loudly. I feel bad for the sad man but it’s kinda hilarious.
My smile went down as I saw Rex coming in with Gianna, his arms around her and clingy Gianna hugging him.
Seriously? I even thought that jerk has broken up with Gianna and I don’t wanna care.
I noticed Rex smirking at me as he pecked Gianna.
I rolled my eyes and minded my business.
“Why do we even have class on Saturday? That doesn’t make sense!” Yolanda snapped me out.
“Because of our stupid upcoming test.” Adelaide replied.
“Ohhhh!!!!” Everyone wooed as Rex and Gianna kissed each other.
I squeezed my book angrily, starring at them. That Rex is such a f*ckin d@mn player and a crasher. I h@të him.
I saw Marcus coming in, holding a flower.
I grinned happily as I stood up “Marcus!” I shouted as I ran to him and kissed his lips then smiled at Rex whose glaring at me.
