^^ Flash Back ~Two Days Earlier ^^
Connor was in his office thinking of how to save the company when the door open revealing his secretary who told him of Clarissa’s arrival.
“Worried on how to save the company?” Clarissa asked as she took her seat on the chair.
“I am and so have got no time to…”
“I know of a way to help you” Clarissa said cutting him off.
“Help me?”
“When I heard about the embezzling, I took it as a mission to find the accountant who stole the money and luckily he’s been found at Rome. He was questioned by my men and he ended up telling us who ordered him to do it” Clarissa stated.
“Who?” Connor asked looking all serious.
” Edward. Edward is the master mind behind all this” Clarissa said which got Connor feeling so annoyed.
“Am going to kill him!” He said wanting to leave but Clarissa stopped him.
“If you leave now, you will ruin everything. So sit down while I tell you of his plan” Clarissa quickly said.
“His plan? How do you know about that?”
“Cause Edward, Blair and I are accomplice”
“Accomplice?”
“It’s been our goal to pull you and Tessa apart but then I realised that all am doing is only destroying me which is why am here to help you stop Edward and Blair from winning” Clarissa replied.
“Tell me about his plan” Connor asked which got Clarissa telling him about Edward plan to marry Tessa right after he divorces her.
“That scvmbag!” Connor let out in anger.
“He is a scvmbag but you will have to play along to his plan”
“You want me to give Tessa a divorce? Never!”
“It’s the only way to beat Edward. Listen to me and just do as I say, I promise you that you will end up winning this battle”
“And what if I fail? What should I do to you?” Connor asked glaring at her.
“Delete me out of your life for good” Clarissa told him in return.
“The thought of breaking things off with Tessa really…”
“It will only be for a while. At least you need to make him believe that you’ve done as he said, so he won’t suspect a thing. Ask Tessa for a divorce tonight and finalize everything tomorrow, once Edward begins his plan of marrying Tessa, that’s when I will step in” Clarissa told him.
” What will you do?” Connor asked
“Get him a fake judge and witness” Clarissa replied, a mischievous smile on her face.

^^ Later that day ~ Night ^^
“I was thinking of how to bring this topic up but then…am glad you overheard our conversation last night” Connor said starring at Tessa.
“Dont look at me like that” a teary Tessa cried out.
“I told him that you won’t say yes…I told him that you will stick by my side and am right. Tell me that am right!” She added as the tears continued to pour.
“Am sorry Tessa… But have got to save the company” Connor said following Clarissa plan.
His heart breaks seeing Tessa tears but he has no choice since Edward can’t know about his plan.
Turning his back on her, he walk out of the room but knowing that Tessa was alone, crying didn’t make him feel good.
Quickly, he retrace his steps heading back to Tessa.
“Am sorry my love! Forgive me for telling you such thing and for breaking your heart” Connor said as he pulled her into a tight embrace.
A while later, Tessa let out a sigh after listening to the plan of Clarissa and Connor.
“Can we really trust Clarissa? She was also one of them” Tessa spoke.
“I still doubt her but then am willing to give her a chance. If there’s a way to save the company and also to stop Edward from getting his way then am willing to go along with it. Will you join me?” Connor asked and immediately she nodded.
“Though I h@të the thought of us being divorced but then, I will play along until everything is over” Tessa answered and he gave her a kiss in return before explaining the plan to her.

^^ Present Time ~ Edward’s yatch^^
“So everything was a lie? You all fooled me!” Edward yelled just as the police held onto him.
“Let go of me! You can’t arrest me” He yelled as he tried to pull away but Clarissa walked into the cabin.
“They can after all the man you hired to embezzle the money is now in jail and soon you will be joining him ” Clarissa said.
“You Bîtch! If I had knew you were going to betray me, I would have killed you” Edward threatened just as the police officer dragged him out of the cabin leaving Tessa, Connor, Clarissa and the fake judge and Witness.
“Thanks for everything. Like I said I added an extra since you nailed the job perfectly” Clarissa said to the fake witness and Judge and also they left the cabin.
“So, did I do well?” Clarissa asked slowly.
“All I can say is thanks” Connor replied while holding onto Tessa’s hand.
“Am sorry for everything Tessa. I was blinded by love and tried my best to steal Connor away from you but then…I finally realise that you and Connor belong to each other. Sorry for all the trouble” Clarissa said as she held onto Tessa’s hand.
Tessa couldn’t hold back and ended up giving her a hug.
“I should be thanking you for choosing to help us” Tessa said as they both let go of each other and surprisingly Connor gave her a hug too.
“I hope you meet a man who will love you back someday” he whispered to her and that got her teary.
“Have got to go. My flight will be taking off this evening, see you whenever I come back” She said as she wave at the couple before leaving the cabin.
“She’s awesome” Tessa muttered.
“Aren’t I awesome too? ” A pouting Connor asked.
“You are and we better start thinking about our wedding cause we are no longer married”
“You are right! How do you want us to get married?” Connor asked as they both happily left the room.

^^ Hanks Family Home ^^
“Stop pacing around. There will be news from them soon” Nicole said to an agitated Melody.
“But it’s been over an hour since Connor went after them. What if something bad happens to Tessa?” Melody said and just at that moment Nicole got a call from Connor.
“What did he say?” Melody asked as soon as he end the call.
“Tessa is fine and they are heading home” Nicole replied and immediately Melody got onto his laps giving him a tight hug.
“Am so relieved ” she let out while a startled Nicole stayed rigid at first before tightening his hold on her.
Moving back to stare at him, Melody kissed him on the lips.
“I love you” she confess sweetly and for a while Nicole kept starring at her before bracing himself.
“You shouldn’t be saying that….”
“But I want to since you are the man I love”
“I don’t love you Melody and I don’t think I ever will”
“Am willing to wait till you…”
“Don’t wait cause it will never happen”
“You know I don’t give up Nicole, I intend to show you how much I love…”
“Stop it Melody!” Nicole yelled startling her. ” Just stop with your fantasies and wake up to reality. Am a cripple and I don’t know if I will ever be able to walk again. So I suggest you keep your love for someone who isn’t a handicap like me” Nicole said and slowly she got off his laps to kneel in front of him.
“I don’t care if you are an handicap Nicole, I love you. I fell in love with you even knowing about your condition, you might think of it as childish but I know what I want and it’s you. I want you in my life as my companion and the man I will only love” she said but his scoff got her heart crumpling.
” I don’t feel the same way for you Melody. Forget about me and find someone else and before I forget. I will be travelling to New Zealand tomorrow and I don’t intend on coming back” he said before wheeling himself out of the room.

“You did what?” Blair cried out in shock just as Clarissa told her everything that happened.
“How could you? Edward and I trusted you that was why we told you about it and our aim was to separate Tessa and Connor, I though it was yours too?” Blair yelled at her angrily.
“That was before, I don’t want to keep on living like that again and I suggest you do the same. Let Connor and Tessa be, I already did that and you don’t know the amount of peace I feel right…”
“Peace? After snitching on me to my brother, you expect me to feel peace! Don’t you know that Connor will h@të me!”
“You can ask for his forgiveness. Connor isn’t that heartless ” Clarissa said trying to make her see reason but Blair wouldn’t.
“I h@të you” Blair said slowly.
“I was expecting that and your h@të won’t make me regret my decision. I did what was right and it’s time you do the same. Am leaving for Florida tonight, I don’t expect you to come but I hope you will come visit me someday. Good bye Blair” Clarissa said and turned to leave.
Taking hold of an antique statue which weighed a lot, she hit on Clarissa’s head and immediately Clarissa fell on the floor unconcious with blood oozing from her head.
“No one betrays me and goes scot free” Blair muttered while starring at the unconscious Clarissa.

As soon as Cynthia walk into the school premises, she knew something was wrong since the students kept starring at her weirdly.
What’s with them? Cynthia thought as she tried to ignore the looks being sent her way.
Just then three female students approach her.
“Miss Cynthia is it true that the main reason for studying here is solely to seduce the male students?” One of the students asked making the others laugh.
“What sort of nonsense is that?” Cynthia question in return.
“It actually isn’t nonsense since we have our proof. Care to explain this?” Another student said as she showed Cynthia a video of her and Chris kissing In her office.
“Where on earth did you get this?” A stricken Cynthia asked….
