CHAPTER 77&78.
“Ahhh” Eva screamed and sat up, she was swearing heavily, her breath became heavier by the second..
She touched her chest in fright.
Dan was still sleeping.
“What if he kills me?” She patted her chest.
She reduced her tone and sneakily came down from the bed.
She exhaled and inhaled, she almost thought it was real because she was presently losing her breath.
She walked stealthily to the wardrobe, she brought out a few of her clothes, shoes and belongings.
She took her passport, visa along, credit card, and cheque with her.
She didn’t mind that she was wearing a night dress, so she took the smaller suitcase and put everything in it.
She sighed, she’s not superstitious or believes in the manifestation of dreams but one day she had a bad dream and it came to pass.
She had to trust her instinct and leave.
Eva flung her hair backwards and tied into a messy bun.
She sighed again and raised up her suitcase.
“Goodbye Dan, I can’t go down with you” Eva muttered and moved towards the door.
“Eva” He called as he opened his eyes.
She hastily opened the door and ran out.
Dan took his car key and ran after her; he was still wearing casual clothes.
“Eva!!” Dan yelled, he forgot to close the door.
He ran after her calling her name like a mad person.
Eva entered a cab which sped off…
He rushed to his own car and chased after it.
“Drive faster” Eva yelled impatiently, she looked back to see Dan’s car chasing the cab.
Her heart was beating so fast out of fear.
“Drive faster please” Eva urged the driver.
“You can’t run from me Bîtch!!” Dan yelled and hit the steering wheel in frustration.
“Drive fast please”
“Ma’am, I am doing my best, I can’t pass 120 metre unless you are ready for us to die” The driver said.
” I will double the fare no I will triple it, in fact, I will quadruple it, please move faster” Eva urged.
“As you wish ma’am”
“Thank you,” Eva muttered.
The driver increased the speed of the car, the road was free, just few cars on the road.
The cab sped off fast.
Dan increased the speed of the car, he suddenly saw a trailer coming from the route at the side, The cab Eva was in, had already passed.
Dan’s eyes widened in fright.
He marched the brakes but they failed that very minute.
“No, no, work, darn it” He yelled desperately stepping on the brakes.
The car was approaching the trailer and it would turn out to be a fatal collision.
Dan turned the steering wheel to the side.
He immediately lost control of the car and the car ran to the railings of the bridge and it flew off the bridge because of the speed he was driving with.
It sank into the water immediately as it flew off.

ALESSANDRO’S MANSION
“Why do you want to leave?” Rosa asked sadly.
“This isn’t my home, my mission is finished here, so I am going back. No need for me to be here” Ivan replied.
“But what about me?” Rosa pouted.
“You are a bad girl” Ivan pushed her forehead.
“Is that why you don’t want to stay?” Rosa muttered.
“Partly because of that”
Rosa lowered her gaze sadly.
“I was just kidding but you should stop these things you are doing, you are sixteen, keep yourself for the right guy, abstain” Ivan muttered.
“I can’t, I love my life like this” Rosa disapproved.
“They won’t respect you, if you keep sleeping with every guy you like”
“I’m not a v*rgin, I can’t take my pride back, what’s done is done, I can’t get it back” Rosa said.
“Well you can make amends, do better things, be a good girl, concentrate on your studies and tell yourself that no matter how tempted I am, I won’t give my body to anyone except my husband” Ivan advised.
“Thanks, bro,” Rosa smiled.
“I’m leaving now, good bye” Ivan smiled and stood up from the bed.
“I will miss you,” Rosa chuckled.
“I will miss you too” Ivan smiled and stroked her hair.
“Are you really leaving?”
Ivan burst into laughter.
“No I’m not, I was pulling your legs” Ivan laughed.
“Meaning?”
“Meaning I am no longer worth going back to heaven, I kissed you and disobeyed a senior angel for killing Jade” Ivan explained and sat back on the bed.
He removed the glove on his hand and there was a mark on his wrist.
“Say I am an angel”
“You are an angel” She repeated and the mark on his wrist glowed.
“I am to stay one year on earth, so I can become fully human”
“Really you are staying”
“Yes, I disobeyed him and that is my punishment. Jade was the best then and he liked her but when she became evil, it hurt him a lot, so when I killed her he found out. He was angry about it” Ivan explained.
“I’m sorry about that,” Rosa smiled.
“Can I kiss you now?” She asked and the glowing light disappeared.
“No. You can’t kiss me”
“You are such a v*rgin” Rosa chuckled.
“Mind if we read?”
“Read what?”
“Read anything.
” Are you sure you want to read anything? “She smirked.
” Yah, just to keep us busy ”

” What sort of a book is that? “Ivan asked.
” You will know soon “She chuckled, knowing fully well its an erotic book.

” I miss you “Roxana smiled.
” I miss you more, Ro “Axel smiled, they were having a video call.
” How is your mom? ”
” She’s fine now, enjoying Costa Rica a lot “Axel smiled.
.”Are there really dogs there?” Roxana asked excitedly.
“Yes, almost everywhere,” Axel laughed.
“Mom adopted one, she said she loved the dog but now she’s confused seeing many dogs which are as exciting as her adopted dog” Axel smiled.
“Where is he?”
“He is in the sitting room with mom watching a television show, his name is Harry” Axel said while
smiling.
“That’s nice, how is her health now?”
“Much better, she’s free from stress”
“What about your dad?”
“He is dead and forgotten, since the day he left us”
“Can you please not talk about him?”
“I won’t, I’m sorry” She smiled.
“I miss being with you” Axel smiled and touched the screen.
“I love you, Axel” She kissed her screen.
“I love you Axel” Rosa mimicked her from behind.
Roxana didn’t notice when she entered.
“Axel, how is Costa Rica?”Rosa smiled.
” Fine, enjoying this place a lot “He smiled.
” Okay I will see you later, bye “Roxana blew a kiss and disconnected the video call.
” Are you ready to watch that movie? ”
” What movie? ”
” Oh yes I remember, let’s go “Roxana giggled.
Both of them left the room for the sitting room.
