CHAPTER 89&90.
“Boss not here” Fernando stopped Tyson by holding his hand.
That was extremely audacious of him.
“Why should I stop?” Tyson jerked off his hand while holding the pistol carefully.
“You want to make her suffer right, then don’t give them an easy death, make them cry and beg for death to come, make their death slow and painful, make her feel a thousand times the pain, she made you go through when your daughter got shot” Fernando smirked.
“You are becoming more like me, more wise and sensible, well I’m not going to kill anyone now, let them enjoy their happiness while it lasts” Tyson said with a smirk…
Marcello pecked Ocean on the head and bade Rhett goodbye, he just came to visit them nothing more.
He walked to his car, reversed and sped off.
“Why did you come back?” Ocean asked and Rhett smiled broadly.
“I came back for my phone” Rhett smiled.
“You are such a birdbrain, always forgetful” She pushed his head playfully.
Rhett held her waist and kissed her lips.
She placed her hands on her waist as well.
“I love you, Bella” He said.
“I love you more, pink lips”
“Long time since you called me that” He eyed her jokingly.
“Yes I know right, but you said you didn’t like it” Ocean laughed.
“Nay, I was just being a big boy” He raised his eyebrows and she giggled.
Seeing them so happy Tyson laid hold on his gun again but heaved a sigh and released it.
He placed it on Fernando’s lap to prevent him from blowing their brains out.
“Move” Tyson said to the driver and the driver began moving.
He was looking at Ocean and Rhett through the open car window, Ocean coincidentally faced the car as well and saw him.
Her eyes widened like saucers.
They almost popped out of their sockets, Rhett was busy kissing the nape of her neck not noticing anything.
His face flashed in her memory the last times she saw him, it wasn’t her imagination, it was really him.
Tyson’a lips formed into a smile and Ocean almost fainted on the spot.
The car sped off, she pushed Rhett away and began running as far as her legs could take her.
“Bella, Bella” Rhett called in surprise.
He ran after her and held her back.
She was breathing heavily and her face was blanched like she had seen a ghost.
She looked pale.
“Bella, Bella” He cupped her cheeks.
“I saw him, I saw him” Ocean burst into tears.
“Saw who?” Rhett asked bemused by her words.
“I saw… I saw”Ocean stuttered pointing at the direction the car went.
” Saw who exactly? ”
” Tyson “She finally said.
” What… ”
Recognition of the name dawned on him.
” How could you see him? ”
” Rhett, I swear I saw him in a car “Ocean muttered in tears.
” Bella, there was no car here, Marcello just left, we are here, how could you see him?, its not possible “Rhett argued.
” Believe me, I’m not lying, I saw him, he smi… smiled at me… “Ocean mumbled tearfully.
” It’s just your mind playing tricks on you “Rhett tried to convince her.
Ocean shoved his hand angrily off her face.
“It’s not my imagination “Ocean yelled.
” Bella listen to me, it’s just your mind… “Rhett said but she was already walking out on him.
” Bella, Bella “He called and went after her.
She stormed into the house and he followed her in.
” Bella, you didn’t see him,you’ve having these nightmares and I think what you was just an illusion nothing other than that “Rhett said.
Ocean slapped her head in disappointment.
” Are you saying I am crazy?”She turned to him and asked.
” I never said that “Rhett retorted.
” So, what are you insinuating? “She raised her voice.
“You are saying that I’m going crazy, I am seeing things, the pregnant woman who is slowly becoming a psycho, is that what you are trying to say!!!” She yelled almost screaming her head off.
“That’s not what I am saying, it’s not possible for you to see him after years have passed, Bella come off it” Rhett yelled back.
“You are imagining things, I was standing there with you and I didn’t see anything” Rhett yelled.
“You skip therapy too, you aren’t willing to go, you’ve gone only one this month, you expect the nightmares to disappear like magic huh?, You don’t take the pills given to you by the doctor, you aren’t helping yourself, you don’t listen to me, you say what you want and say wh@tëver rubbish you feel like saying “Rhett yelled already pissed off.
Ocean felt worse, half way of him shouting at her, tears were dropping from her eyes like a downpour, she kept wiping her watery eyes with her hands repeatedly.
“You are making this tough for me too, you hardly get any sleep these days because you are scared of seeing him and now you you are seeing him in broad daylight, oh God” He ranted.
“I don’t care what you say, I saw him and I’m not imagining things, I’m not crazy either” Ocean yelled with more tears flooding her cheeks.
“Leave, I don’t want to see you” Ocean muttered.
“Ocean like seriously” Rhett said in disbelief.
He hears Tyson’s name almost every day, he can’t touch her without her flinching, screaming or being scared, he’s getting sick of it.
Ocean tears increased now that he’s calling Ocean.
“Infact you know what? I’m leaving” Rhett said and walked to the door.
He remembered his purpose of coming back and went to the their room.
Ocean sighed, she wiped all the tears on her face away with her hands but more were threatening to fall.
Rhett came out with his phone in his hand and left without sparing her a glance.
Ocean walked to their room and took her phone from her bag.
She opened her message inbox and texted Quincy.
“Babe I need your help” Ocean texted.
