As Gabriella kept crying and talking over the phone, the door to her room suddenly opened and Jax walked in.
The phone fell out of her hand in fear and she climbed hastily on the bed, to escape from him. She felt so scared.
Jax saw her reaction and he didn’t know why he found it uncomfortable that she feared him. He always enjoyed the fear of others but not from her.
“I’m not here to hurt you,” Jax muttered, stepping close to the bed.
“Stay away from me, please,” Gabriella cried; the horrific image of his eyes darkening and fangs showing still scared her very much.
“Stay away!” She screamed as he got to close.
She attempted running away but Jax used his werewolf speed and was able to grab her in time.
“Ahhh!!!” She screamed in horror. “Let go of me, please don’t hurt me. I won’t say anything again,” She thrashed her hands reckless around.
“Gabriella, calm down!” Jax shunned and held her tightly. “I didnt mean to do what I did,” He said, feeling guilty.
Jax had never felt guilty for anything but when he got out of the mansion, he realized that he was too hard on her.
She wasn’t the cause of his problems.
“It’s quite difficult for me to control my anger and…and that’s how I killed my mom,” Jax said.
Gabriella heard his words and her sob became less loud.
“I would have killed you there,” Jax said, truthfully.
Anytime he got very angry, it was hard for him to control that animalistic side of him. He didn’t want to care about Gabriella and he planned on killing her later but she was his mate and he couldn’t stop his wolf or himself from feeling bad.
” I am…I am…” Jax had never apologized for anything, so instead of giving an apology, he pulled her into a tight hug.
Gabriella’s wet eyes widened when he hugged her.
“I heard everything over the phone,” Jax said.
“You want to leave and I don’t blame you…”
“I can hardly stay with my own self, so I understand you,” He whispered and gently caressed her hair.
Gabriella sniffed, not knowing if he was being sincere or not.
“Don’t make me angry again, I seriously can’t control it” Jax warned.
Gabriella didn’t know how to react. He didn’t apologize but he seemed remorseful, should she stay or return to her boyfriend?
Jax parted the hug and took his fingers to her neck. She tried stepping back but he grabbed her by the waist.
“That looks deep,” He commented but received a glare from her. “I will get something and treat it,”
“Have a seat on the bed and don’t try running way. The rogues in the woods will have you for lunch,” Jax cautioned.
He left the room and few minutes later, he returned with a first aid box and he sat beside her on the bed.
“I can do it myself,” Gabriella argued.
“You can’t” Jax replied and began treating her wounds.
As he treated her wounds, she kept Mõ@ning and wincing in pain. Everything about her was so alluring, he couldn’t stop himself from feeling aroused.
“Can you stop Mõ@ning?” Jax requested.
“It hurts, how do you expect me to react,” Gabriella pouted her lips at him. “Aren’t you the one that did this to me?” She asked, glaring at him again.
Jax sighed and applied more of the disinfectant and her neck.
“Aaah!!!” Gabriella Mõ@ned more loudly than before.
“Ahhh…Ouch!” She faked another Mõ@n to annoy him. “Ouch! Take it easy…”
Jax stopped what he was doing and stiffened his gaze at her.
“If you continue Mõ@ning like, I’m gonna put my dîčk in you and I’m gonna fûck you hard!”
Gabriella’s eyes widened at his words and she quickly stopped Mõ@ning.
Once Jax was done with treating her wounds, he covered them with band aids.
“It will heal soon. I will come tomorrow to disinfect it again,” Jax muttered and went to dispose the things he used.
‘He must be pretending, I will not stay with him. I will leave and never return,’ Gabriella said inwardly.

Jack’s cabin.
Jack was in his cabin drinking with his friend name Damien.
“So, your twin brother and you are sharing the same mate?” Damien gasped.
“Yes and she’s so beautiful,” Jack replied as he recalled Gabriella’s face.
“Are you that attracted to her?” Damien asked in unbelief.
“She’s beautiful, has a nice voice and smile…”
“And she’s pregnant!” Damien reminded.
“I don’t care…” Jack gulped down his drink.
“What do you mean by that?”
“I’m going after her, I want her all to myself. Jax can’t have everything that is mine,” Jack replied with determination in his voice.

At night, Gabriella succeeded in escaping the pack. It wasn’t surprising because all she had to use was the GPS in her phone and she was able to find her way out of the woods.
As she got to the streets, she called Hunter and he came to pick her up.
“Hunter,” She smiled as she entered the cab. “I’m so happy to see you,”
“I’m happy to see you too,” Hunter smirked and instantly pressed a handkerchief against her nostrils.
Gabriella struggled, hitting his hand and trying to fight back but she failed and slept off.
“Good, sleep tight,” Hunter chuckled and brought out his phone. He made a call and the person answered immediately.
‘I have your goods,’ Hunter smiled.
He was going take Gabriella to people that would kîll her and sěľĺ her orgãns and body parts.
‘Bring her immediately,’ the person said at the other end of the phone.
‘Yes sir’ Hunter smiled and hung up.
“15 million dollars, here I come!”
