The slaves as usual were working hardly on the field. Prince Ampah was out with an umbrella over his head to prevent the scotching sun.
He sighted Alessia and signalled her to come. She nodded and dropped her tools and was about going when the slave’s commander whipped her back with his horse whip.
“Arghh” She winced.
“You lazy bone work!!” The commander yelled lifting his hands up to flog again but prince Ampah froze his hand on the air.
“My prince” He bowed his head when he sighted the prince.
Ampah used supernatural forces to push him,he fell and dislocated his knee.
Alessia ran to him and bowed her head.
“Follow me” He said to her.
They walked for sometime before settling in the garden. They say under a tree branch and butterflies made it look blissful.
“My prince I’m honored” Alessia said.
“For what?come on don’t be silly” Ampah replied.
She smiled.
“Thanks for healing me”
“No it’s nothing don’t thank me please” She said fearfully.
He laughed.
“I haven’t seen you among the slaves before,are you new?”He asked.
“No I’ve here for the past seventeen years” She said.
“Oops such a long time. How come the queen hasn’t sold you out?”
“Because I’m the only healer among the slaves” she replied playing with her fingers.
“Your name… I never got to know your name?”
“I’m Alessia” She said and he smiled.
“Such a lovely name”
“Thank you my prince” She blushed secretly.
He kept staring at her till the wind began blowing,they both got up and left the garden.

Fenuku’s Residence
Fenuku faced his mirror shirtless looking at his bruised and red back. His skin were peeled up and irritating.
He used a white towel to wipe the face of the bruises gently.
He combed his hair and wore his sweatband. He picked his phone and called Fransisco.
“Hey bro” Fransisco said over the phone.
“Hi Fransisco how are you doing” Fenuku asked.
“Cool,you?”
“Not too fine” Fenuku replied.
“What happened?”
“My dad hurt my mom again and when I interfered he burnt my back with a pressing iron”
“Sh|t!! Is he sane or not. What sought of a man do you have as a father?. Listen here Fenuku you need to get this man jailed before he kills you and your mom” Fransisco said.
“But my mom is so much with this beast. I’ve brought up this same idea but she turned it down saying he was gonna change. She’s just so blind to see the beast in him” Fenuku enunciated sadly.
“It’s okay friend I got you covered. Let’s meet at the Junks Fast-food, I’ll call Adjo to join us too” Fransisco said.
“Thank you so much Francisco for been a brother to me. I’ll be there in thirty minutes”
“Catch you”
He ended the call.
He looked at his face and then his back. He almost fainted.
“What the Sh|t! Holy Mary” He muttered staring closely at his flawless back.
“Is this a dream or magic?” He gasped.
His back was clear,fair and smooth. His injuries were all gone in a twinkle of an eye.
“Mommmm” He squealed happily running to the master’s bedroom.
