“Hey” I called her when I sighted her with her two other friends
This is so hard to do
“What do you want?” She asked

“Uhm….well… I just wanna say sorry for all the things I’ve done to you, I’m so sorry Marisa and I wanna ask if we can be friends, I mean, I wanna make it up to you” I said almost breaking up
“Uhm…I” she said but I cut her off
“I know, I don’t deserve it, I’ve done many things to you, it’s okay, I’ll leave now” I said and turned to go but her voice stopped me
“Wait” she said and started walking towards me
I expected a slap but she did what I least expected
She pulled me into a tight hug
“So does that mean….” I asked after we broke the hug but she cut me off
“Yes, we’re friends now” she replied smiling
“Yeh!! Finally” I shouted and hugged her
“What about karen?” She asked
“Well, I just found out he’ll never love me,so I decided to forget about him, life goes on anyways” I said truthfully
“That must be so hard, sorry” luna said
“It’s no big deal” I replied nonchalantly and we all started walking to the garage
“Who’s this girl?” I said pointing at the girl who has been with them since I came here
“I’m nora, Marisa and luna’s friend” the girl replied
“Oh, I see, nice to meet you” I said
“Same here” she replied
Just then, madison and her bodyguards walked up to us
“So, the school queen has become friends with this lowlifes, that’s quite interesting” she said and chuckled with jane and ava
“And the school slut appeared out of nowhere with her bodyguards and started spitting nonsense out of the pit she calls a mouth, that’s quite funny” Marisa said sarcastically from my back and we all burst into laughter
“You know, you guys should find something meaningful to do with your lives and stop following a slutty Bîtch around like bodyguards” I said referring to jane and ava
Madison was fuming already
“You’ll pay for this Isabella, and Marisa, get ready for your doom, let’s go girls” she said stomping her feet on the ground and jane and ava trailed behind her

We watched their retreating figure and burst into another round of laughter
We walked to the school garage and Isabella’s driver was already there
“See you guys tomorrow, bye” she shouted and waved at us when she entered the car
Her driver drove out of the school premises
“I don’t trust her a bit, she may be acting nice just to hurt you” luna said
“Yeah, that’s true, she’s acting nice all of a sudden” nora said
“Come on guys, I don’t think she has any ill intentions against me and it really looks like she has changed” I said truthfully
“Wh@tëver, but I still don’t trust her” luna said rolling her eyes
Luna and nora’s driver arrived and picked the both of them
They both waved at me and their drivers drove outta the compound
“Where’s doofus anyways?” I thought then I felt a hand on my shoulder and I almost jumped out of my skin
I turned to see who it was and it’s doofus
“What do you want?” I said and he just stared at me
Then he started moving closer to me
“What.t..a..re yo..u doing” I asked stammering as I started moving back and he keeps coming closer till my back hit the wall
My breath hitched and my heart started hammering in my chest as he started moving his face close to mine
I tried to punch his face but stupid hands ceased to move
His face became closer to mine as I started shaking my head vigorously
He suddenly removed the necklace on my neck and stepped back
“That’s the payback for eating my chips” he said and started walking away
I released the breath I didn’t realize I’ve been holding for some seconds now
“Wait, can you please give me a ride” I shouted, running after him
“Nope, you’ll be walking all the way home, that’s the punishment for not waking me up this morning” he said, entered the car and drove off
“Such a heartless jerk” I muttered and started walking home

“Ahh” I shouted and stomped my feet on the ground
“Why must I be out of cash at this moment?” I asked no one in particular
I continued walking when a car rushed towards me carelessly
I immediately recognized the car as doofus’s car and walked past it
“Aren’t you gonna come in?” Doofus said and I decided to act like I didn’t hear him and continue walking
“Okay then” he said and entered the car
He was about to zoom off when I shouted
“Wait” I said and started running towards the car
I entered the car and shut the door
“Are you really gonna leave me there?” I said
“I thought you’re angry” he said
“Just shut up and drive” I said glaring at him
“You wanted me to talk” he said
“Just shut up” I shouted and he just smiled

I jumped on my bed, already in my nightwear and I started thinking about everything that happened today
My mind flashed back to what happened at the school garage
I thought he was going to kiss me
And why am I even scared?
“Is it because he wanted to kiss me or it’s just because he’s so close to me?”
“Argh” I shouted in confusion
I’m gonna get to the root of that
I’m gonna move close to him whenever I see him and see if my heart will beat fast like today
That’s what I’m gonna do

I rolled on my bed and landed on the floor
I groaned and jumped back on my bed
I glanced at the necklace in the opened drawer and sighed
“Why do I wanna kiss her?” I asked myself
“Because you like her idiot” my subconscious mind told me
“No, I don’t like her, she’s just one poor girl with a loud mouth” I shouted back

I opened my bag to bring out a pack of chocolate when my eyes caught a cellphone
It’s Isa’s cellphone
I wonder why I picked it up though
I’m gonna return it to her tomorrow

I jumped on my bed and put a call across jane and ava
“Madison” ava smiled when she saw my face
I’m actually doing a video call with them
“Wow, I love your nightwear” jane complimented
“Thanks” I said with a smile
“But there’s something I need to tell you guys” I said seriously
“I’m listening” ava said
“Marisa is really growing some wings and I fear that karen may fall for her” I said
“Yeah, she really is a beauty” ava said and I glared at her
“Sorry” she said
“So, how about we go through with our plan tomorrow?” I asked
“Yeah, and that luna girl is also getting close to Evans” jane said through gritted teeth
“Let’s go through with the plan” jane said
“Yeah, let’s do it” ava agreed
“Alright guys, goodnight” I said and ended the call
“You’ll wish you never met me Marisa”
“I promise” I said to myself and smirked
