{Once A Mafia, Always A Mafia}
♣ 2 MONTHS LATER ∞ AUBREY HOSPITAL, ITALY
She found herself in a dark space again, drenched terribly in sweat and fear. She could see herself dying again, suffering in pain as she breathed her last.
She was replaying that same memory, where she was dying in Felix’s arms. She was lying still on the hospital bed when her index started lifting repeatedly.
She suddenly woke up with a sharp gasp. Her noise attracted everybody around her, and they couldn’t believe their eyes.
” Sylvia?” Wendy first exclaimed, standing a short distance from her.
Sylvia looked at her closely, then she finally remembered her. She was the woman who switched her at birth and destroyed her life.
She saw Black standing in front of her and Felix sitting right on her bed. She creased her brows in confusion.
” What happened? Why are we here?” She asked, and Felix held her hand softly.
” You fell into coma after you passed out in that ice room two months ago. I thought I lost you.” He said affectionately, kissing the back of that hand deeply.
It’s obvious that he missed her so much with the look she saw on his face. She smiled at him when he left her palm and didn’t waste time before she knelt down on the bed and held his face, kissing him fondly.
Wendy smiled both happily and sadly, allowing tears roll down her face. She still felt guilty from what she did.
She let their tongues roll upon each other and tasted his sweet mouth addictively. Her hands kept caressing his face so romantically, and his hands went to her round waist.
He raised her up and made her sit on his laps without breaking the kiss. She broke it and looked him deeply in the eyes, with a lovely smile on her lips.
” I missed you too, Felix. I thought I was gone forever, and it was so scary.” She said, hugging him tightly which he responded to.
” What happened while I was gone? Where is father?” She asked when she broke the hug, and they all looked down sadly.
” Thorn… He died immediately you passed out in that room. We did his funeral some weeks after.” Black exclaimed, and Sylvia palmed her mouth.
She has promised herself to be strong and to never shed a single tear in her life again, but it seems impossible with all this tragic events happening around her constantly.
She just discovered who her real father was, only for him to die on that same day? When would life ever be fair to her?!
She couldn’t feel her mind as the wet drops escaped from her eyes and she started crying.
Felix hugged her tightly without a word. She held on to him as well, burying her face in his shoulder for comfort.
” I’m so sorry for everything. It’d have never happened if I discovered you on time.” He apologized.
” No, don’t blame yourself. I’m the one who should be apologizing. This is all my fault.” Wendy said instead, and Sylvia sniffed before turning to her.
She went on her knees immediately.
” Sylvia… I know that I’ve been a bad mother. I rejected you as my own child… And I was very stupid back then. If I knew everything would turn out this way, I’d have never done what I did. I know I don’t deserve forgiveness, but please… In any way that you can… Find a place in your heart to forgive me!” She wept bitterly and held Sylvia’s feet. Sylvia shaked her head pitifully.
” Mother… It should’ve never have been you. If it were someone else, I’d have easily forgiven that person. But you… You don’t even deserve me as your daughter. You should just go burn in hell.” Sylvia said mercilessly, then she kicked Wendy away from her, making her roll on the ground.
” I’m sorry! Forgive me, please!!!” She begged, but Sylvia stood from the bed and separated herself from everything she was connected to.
” I don’t wanna see your ugly face ever again. I regret having you as my mother. I just wished you aborted me in the first place. I don’t even wanna think about you, I might just die.” Sylvia cried and stormed out of the ward, then Black followed her out.
He met her standing outside with her back turned at him, and he sighed.
” Don’t ask me to forgive her. I know what’s on your mind.” Sylvia said without turning back.
” I wasn’t gonna ask you to forgive her. I just want you to place yourself in her shoes first. If you did what she did, you’d want forgiveness too, right?” He said.
” I’ll never be like her. She’s a monster. She made me have blood on my hands for nothing. I’d never be who I am today if it wasn’t for her.” She replied angrily.
” That’s exactly the point. If it wasn’t for her, you wouldn’t be a strong and smart girl that you are. If it wasn’t for her, you’d have never discovered your real potential. If it wasn’t for that woman, you’d still be living without a purpose.” Black said, and those words seemed to stir up her countenance.
He stepped forward and stood in front of her, she looked up into his eyes.
” She offended both of us… But it’s never too late to do the right thing. I know you’ll do the right thing.” He said, and tears began building up in her eyes again.
” But…”
” Please?” He begged again, and she bursted into tears completely.
She hugged him completely and fell on his body, letting everything all out on him. Felix came out of the ward and watched them from the door.
” You’re gonna be okay. I love you so much.” Black said caringly, then he kissed the top of her hair and stroked it.
” I wanna see Dad’s grave & talk to him.” She requested.
” It’s done. We’ll go there very soon.” He spoke like a big brother, and she smiled on him.
♣ CLASSY RESTAURANT ∞ MEXICAN CITY ♣
Foster was waiting on a table with the menu covering her face, dressed in an starry black gown and black heels.
She lowered the menu, revealing her exquisitely rare and beautiful face. She had gorgeous makeup on with expensive diamond earrings, and had her hair styled in the most beautiful bun ever. She was to die for.
The person she was waiting for walked in through the door, and a smile greeted her face. It turned out to be Eagle, dressed in a fiery tuxedo, looking hot & smokey.
They were on a date.
He sat right in front of her with a dashing smile, and she bit her lips. She couldn’t deny that she fell more for him.
” You look radiant.” He complimented, and she blushed.
” Not as cute as you look in that tuxedo. I love the cologne you used.” She replied, inhaling the fresh lemon scent from him addictively.
They ordered for their meals immediately, and the waiter went to get their order. Eagle decided to pay for everything.
Every since Agony died, it has been hard forgetting about him and the last memorable kiss they shared. However, Eagle helped her a lot and stayed by her throughout, till she was finally able to forget completely about Agony and move on.
Now, they’re both on a romantic date in the perfect area. There’s possibly nothing that could ruin their date.
♣ AN ABANDONED TUNNEL IN GREECE ♣
The air was blinded with thick smoke, and in the middle of all that smoke was Storm himself, standing in the middle of the dark tunnel.
His left hand was in his pocket, and a cigarette was in-between his two fingers on the right. His face was down the entire time.
” Storm?” He heard his name being called, and turned back to see Lucy. She looked different, even more prettier and nice-looking unlike the total Bîtch she was before.
” Lucy? What are you doing here?” He voiced out, and she came closer to him.
” I wasn’t a fan of the idea that you were alone here, so I decided to keep you company.” She replied genuinely.
Storm pretended like he didn’t hear what she said and turned back on her. She bit her lower lip painfully.
” Storm… I’m sorry for the way I toyed with your feelings then. I’ve always loved you too, but I thought you were just teasing with me. I didn’t think you loved me that deeply.” She confessed, but he still didn’t look back at her.
” When I fainted in the empire while it got attacked, I woke up and found myself in a hospital, but you weren’t there. I really wished you were beside me, then they locked me up in jail. My cousin had to bail me out, then I was told that you were released as well, before I found you here.” She added further, but he didn’t budge.
” I’m sorry, I really am. I love you, and if you still have any feelings left for me… Please forgive me and let’s be together.” She said, but as usual… He kept quiet.
She blinked away the tears that threatened to fall and turned back dejectedly. Before she could start walking away, his hand grabbed hers and turned her back, then she felt him place his lips on hers.
She smiled, then she closed her eyes and held his face properly, delving deeper into the enjoyable kiss.
He broke the kiss with manly pants, staring at her in a manner that sent butterflies fluttering about in her tummy.
” I might not be the first man that tasted your lips, but I wanna be the last.” He said, and she nodded obediently.
He claimed her lips again.
♣ KIRIKIRI PRISON ∞ ABUJA, NIGERIA ♣
Acid and his partners were all transferred to a prison in Nigeria because all the prisons in Italy were full. They were accepted into the Nigerian prison with the approval of President Tinubu.
Scarlett came with Smoke, and they both strided into the prison, both looking new and hot. They requested to see Acid, and were immediately taken to his cell.
They arrived at his cell and were taken aback by his appearance.
He was together with all his partners in the same cell. His body was emaciated and dried that you could see his delicate ribs and skull. He looked so starved and was suffering immensely, and his associates looked the same too.
As the Nigerians would say, they’ve been caught by sapa.
” Smoke… Scarlett… Take me out of here. I’m not feeling well, please.. tell them to give me food.” He begged in a cracky voice.
” You deserve everything that happened to you. I don’t see myself having anything to do with you.” She said spitefully.
” If you come back in the next life, you’ll think twice before living a life of crime. We only stopped by to say hi to you.” Smoke added.
” Please… I’ll do anything. Just help me beg the authorities to release me. I’m in pains.” He cried out.
” I don’t think anything’s wrong with you, you seem to be doing quite fine.” Scarlet smirked.
” I agree with her. You don’t deserve a single iota of mercy.” Smoke supported her.
They had an emergency afterwards and left Acid to his depreciated self.
” No! Smoke, Scarlet, come back! No!!! Come back!!! Just kill me instead!!!” He shouted, but his voice wasn’t loud enough to reach them.
♣ MONTHS LATER ∞ PARADISE HOTEL > SUBURBAN PARTS OF ITALY ♣
Sylvia and Shadow were at the top floor of a hotel, sitting on their bed and viewing the sunset together through the window.
Her head and hand was on his chest, and his hand was on her head. They had glasses of grape wine in their other hands.
” It’s such a beautiful sunset, isn’t it?” She asked.
” It is, just like you.” He replied, stroking her hair fondly.
She sat up and suddenly gave him a long, deep stare. He returned it without blinking.
” What’s the matter?” He asked, and she smiled.
” You have the most beautiful eyes, so I wanted to see them again.” She said.
” Instead of looking at my eyes, you should be staring at my lips instead.” He whispered seductively, and she bit the corner of her lips as her eyes landed on his lips.
She took their glass cups and carelessly threw them away. They crashed, then she locked his shirt in front before snatching his lips possessively, pushing his back down to the bed.
Their wet kisses kept their lips smashing and their tongues rolling. They could feel the crazy desires burning in them, the yearning and wanting they had for each other.
They were tossing over each other constantly as they embraced insanely in the kiss. It was the most exciting time of their lives.
Felix came on top of Sylvia, then he pulled out something from his pocket and inserted it on Sylvia’s finger. Sylvia broke the kiss to look at the finger, and her eyes widened to see a beautiful diamond ring standing galantly on it.
She was taken breathless and at a loss for words. She palmed her mouth excitedly.
” Sylvia Shadow, the strong female mafia boss who stole my heart, the smart woman who made my mind go crazy… I want to seize this golden opportunity to propose to you. We’ve had many obstacles in our way, but we survived through it all because we did it together. We’re perfect for each other, so please don’t say no and accept my proposal. Will you marry me?” He proposed, and she squealed excitedly.
” Yes baby, yes!” She screamed, hugging him so tightly.
They broke it and returned to their erotic kiss. They just couldn’t seem to get tired of each other’s lips.
They were still on it when they heard a crash downstairs. They stopped the kiss abruptly and heard screaming, then loud gunshots followed next.
They exchanged concerned glances. It seemed that some gunmen were in the building.
” Should we take care of this ourselves, or wait till the policemen arrive?” She asked, and his face turned serious.
” Are you seriously asking me this? Let’s go beat up some dunceheads.” He replied with a naughty smirk, then they both got off the bed.
After some seconds, they were with their guns.
” Once a mafia…” She uttered.
” Always a mafia.” He completed.
” After this, our honeymoon is surely going to be epic.” She added, and he replied by kissing her.
She put on her mask, then he put on some shades to hide his face. They both exited the room in cool slow motion.
