CHAPTER 25 & 26
✧ YOUR HEART IS BEATING FAST ✧
“I want to kiss you..Aiden” He said staring deeply at her and she hippcupped once clearly taken aback by his sudden, absurd request. Ash’l watch her closely studying her expression and before she knew it, he burst out laughing.
“Jesus Newbie you should really see your face right now!”
“What…what was that about?”
“I was only joking around…don’t tell me you fell for that jeez!! That was so funny….” He replied amidst laughter. Addison calmed down but somehow she was a little pissed off. Why would he plays such a silly game with her confusing her. She hits his arms lightly before standing up.
“I’m off to my room…don’t play around like that anymore. For a while I thought you were serious”
“If I were would you have done it?” He joked.
“Jerk” Addison muttered running out of there. Ash’s laughter subsides.
“I wasn’t playing though…” He sighs picking up the bottle of drink. Just as he was about drinking. He heard a loud ring and held his ear.
“Sh|t not again” He grunts.
Addison keeps fanning herself as she ran back inside the house.
“Ouch!” She winced when her head collided with something hard.
“You okay?” Finn asked holding her.
“Uh…huhh…i am” She replied stepping away.
Finn watch her as she rubs her forehead pouting her lips at the same time. He couldn’t help smiling.
“Where are you rushing to? Is something wrong?”
“Uh…it’s nothing…” She looks up at him and strangely he had this peaceful expression on.
“Why are your cheeks so red?” He touches her reddened cheek and she stepped back a little.
“I’m…I’m fine” Addison couldn’t help but wonder why he looked rather fine for someone who was beaten up.
He even has this smiley face on. Is he really okay? She thought.
“You must be shocked last night?” He impeded her thought.
“Uh?”
“Last night i_”
“No!” She stopped him. He raised his brow.
“Don’t say anything it…it was nothing. I know you didn’t meant to do that…let’s just forget it” She said and he just stares at her.
“Finn…?” She called when he wouldn’t say anything.
“Uhh…I’m sorry I must have inconvenient you a lot right?”
“Not like that but…”
“I don’t usually get drunk but last night was just…it must have really been hard on you taking me to my room. I understand how heavy I must have been…”
“Uh?”
Finn stepped closer and pull her to himself. Her eyes grew big.
“Nevertheless thank you for listening to my rubbish and for lending a hand. Hope I wasn’t that tough on you last night?”
“What did you remember?” She asked carefully.
“You pulling me into the room with all your might?”
“That’s all?”
He withdrew.
“Is there more?”
“Uh? Ohh…no no…there’s nothing…nothing” She chuckled nervously. He smiles cutely at her and ruffle her hair before leaving. Addison sighs holding her chest.
“Thank goodness. It’d have been a disaster if he had remember. Phew…that was close” she touches her already disheveled hair and smiles walking away also.

The room was silent by the time she got back inside.
“Why is he sleeping there?” She muttered looking at Robin who was already asleep with his head on the piano. She walks closer to him and tap him lightly.
“Robin…” She called in a hush tone but he only groans.
Addison sighs.
“I wonder if he’s teeth ever hurts” She muttered. She dipped her hand into her pocket and brought out the mouth guard she bought earlier. She leans close to insert it in his mouth, but instead she finds herself studying his face. He looks peaceful and calm and that added to his handsomeness except for how funny he looks when gritting his teeth.
Suddenly his eyes flew wide open shocking her to the bone.
“Robin!” She gasped sharply her eyeballs daliating in its sockets as it stay glued with his.
He quirked a brow and Addison hurriedly rose away from him but then she slips losing her balance. Robin held her back quick and instead her butt landed on his laps. Her hands on his chest. She looks at him with her lips a little parted in shock. They stare at each other with her heart vibrating.
She could feel his heart beating hard also cause her hand on his chest. She spread her palm flat on it listening to his intermittent heartbeats and a silly smile spread on her lips.
“Your heart is beating fast” She said and swiftly, he pushed her away.
“Ow!”
“What do you think you are doing?” Robin furrows his brow at her and she smile coyly.
“I asked what you were doing?” He questioned stiffly again with a displease look on.
“Oh…this” Addison showed him the mouth guard in her hand.
His brows furrows more.
“I was only tryna put this in your mouth I thought it might help” She bit her lips.
“Stay away from me” He glared and went towards the bed.
“I want to also but…hey I can’t sleep cause of you. You keep talking from your sleep…clattering your teeth and it really gets on my nerves. are you sick? I can’t understand why you do that seriously. Do you perhaps have some trouble…like a terrible illness that makes you do that or what?”
“If my sleeping habits gets on your nerves then get out of my room”
“I’m not saying_”
“If not then shut up and stay away. Stop jumping on me at every chances you get”
“Jump? Who? Me? I wasn’t…I was only trying to_”
“Just because I let stay here doesn’t mean I’m gonna watch you do however you like. If you do this again then I wouldn’t hesitate to throw you out” He warned getting on the bed.
“What?” Addison scoffs where she stood.
“What’s suddenly wrong with him? Did he hit his head on something or what?”
“Turn off the light” His irritated voice boomed out.
She scoffs again marching to the switch. She turned it off then march back to the couch puffing.
SPRING STUDIO.
Addison keep making floppy sounds as she drank her coffee with a straw. Her eyes stayed glued to Viola and Robin who are currently taking some photoshoot.
She sat along with Finn who rested his head back on the chair he’s sitting with his eyes closed and Ash who is busy on his phone.
They had actually had their own shoot and right now Viola and Robin are having theirs together. As a couple.
“Great work so far! Wow Robin, I think you two are really a match made from heaven how could you look so perfect together! In my forty years of working I’ve never snap couples as cute as you guys”The director exaggerated.
“As if…”Addison scoffs.
“Thank you director” Viola smiles linking hands with Robin who maintained a straight face.
“Is he blind or what? One could clearly tell they’re faking it” Addison rolled her eyes but it met with that of Robin’s. She froze for a while staring at him but Robin only looks away.
Addison scoffs again.
“What’s with him seriously? How annoying”
“Hey you okay?” Ash asked noticing her acting weird.
“What? Me? I’m fine…perfect” She gave him a fake smile. Ash nodded going back to what he’s doing and Addison took her eyes back to Robin.
“Oh…where are they going?” Her eyes followed Robin who took Viola out of there.
“It isn’t my business…I’m not concerned at all. Not at all” She crossed her legs folding her arms also.
“Are you really sure you’re okay?” Ash asked again.
“Oh my Ash you kept asking me that. Is there something wrong? Don’t I look okay?” She asked dramatically gesturing her hands in the air.
“No…you look okay…don’t mind me” Ash replied and she huffed.
“PM wants us to stop over” Finn announced
“I think we’re done here so let’s get going” Ash stood up.
“Where’s Bin?” Finn asked.
“I…I’ll go get him. He went out just now. Wait for me I’ll be back with him swiftly” Addison leaped up and dash out of there not giving them a chance to utter a reply.

Robin’s phone rang out. He checked the caller ID but ignored it and insert the phone back to his pocket.
“Continue” He said to Viola who was standing right before him.
“I’m sorry for doing this without discussing it you first” Viola apologize with her head down.
“You should be” He pocketed his hands.
“But Bin…I had no other way. This was my last resort”
“Why did you do it? If you don’t give me a reasonable excuse then I’m ending this right away” He blurted out.
“No you can’t!”
“Believe me I can. Now tell me. What was the reason?”
“I wanted him back. I wanted him to come back to me” She sniff. Bin furrows his brow.
“He left suddenly like that…without no message or anything. I was left stranded Bin. You think I’m okay? No I’m not. I’m angry, sad, devastated, frustrated and also helpless. I miss him so much but…he won’t even get back to me till now.”
“You’re doing this because of Rush?”
“It may seems foolish but at least I thought maybe this could help in a way. Where ever he is…maybe if he sees the news…maybe he’ll come back to me…” She cracked, pains visible in her voice.
“How can you be so foolish to_”
“It’s better than nothing. You don’t know the pain I go through every d@mn time Bin. Ever since he left without a word. How do you think I’ve been coping? He left me suddenly, you h@të me for no reason and even the guys don’t wanna see a sight of me…tell me do you think I’m happy with all that. You guys are all so cruel to me you don’t even care what I’m going through. Especially you! You were the closest to us…you should be by my side telling me everything would be alright but all I get from you every freaking time is nothing but hatred” She purred hitting his chest.
“Do you really think I’m okay with all that do you?” She dropped to her knees with tears streaming down her face.
Robin watched her sobs and sighs before squatting beside her.
“You should have told me if you were going through a lot”
“You wouldn’t even talk to me. You h@të me” She whimpered.
“I don’t h@të you Viola…it’s not like I can ever. I was just angry he spends most time with you…forgetting about our relationship. That pisses me off a lot. I’m sorry…I transferred all my aggressions on you” He pulled her to himself while she rest her head on her chest weeping slowly.
“Where the F is he?” Addison mutters dialing Robin’s number again.
She stopped when she heard it ringing from a corner. Slowly she walks towards the direction it’s coming from but had to stop on seeing the scene that behold her. Strangely, at that moment something in her died down. She couldn’t explain the feeling she got seeing them together like that but one thing she was sure of. She was disappointed.
“I guess he’s busy…” She muttered feeling a little downcasted then walked out of there.
“Listen Viola the reason you stated isn’t enough for you to do this and I’m still not comfortable with the idea”
“Why? Because of your real girlfriend? Who is she really?”
“You don’t need to know”
“Bin please…just. Just till the next album. After the release I’ll end everything and I promise to take all the blames. So just give me till then uh?” She held his hand looking at him pleadingly.
“If you want I can talk to her” she added.
“No…you don’t need to do that.” He sighs and stood up helping her up also.
“We’ll talk about this again after the album release”
“Then…you’re helping me?” Her face lit up. He nodded.
“Thank you Robin. Thank you so much” She hugged him tightly grinning at the same time.
Robin also wrapped his arms around her, stroking her hair. A smile display on his lips. He couldn’t dispute the fact that he’s happy they’re back together.
Viola and Robin has always been the closest doing the time they were still in training. They do literally everything together. Rehearse together, eat together there wasn’t a day they won’t meet up. Robin undoubtedly developed feelings for her. Back then what he wanted was to become successful then he would ask her out. He was gonna do that after their debut but unfortunately Rush beat him to it. It happened on the night of their debut. His initial plan was to confess to her at the congratulatory party, but maybe because he was too excited, he got wasted and missed his chance. The next day he thought he was finally gonna confess to her, Viola shocked him with another news entirely.
“I slept with Rush last night” Were her words like dagger piercing his fragile heart.
“What? Did he_”
“No…he didn’t force himself on me.”
“Then…it’s because you guys were wasted right? It was a mistake right?” He asked with a glint of hope in his eyes. She nodded and he sighs out in relieve. Not all hope is lost after all it seems.
“But Robin…it’s strange”
“What’s strange?”
“It’s strange cause…. I love it” she bit her lower lip.
“It’s understandable…it’s normal for you to like it…yeah” He replied trying to just conclude it’s nothing but a simple one night stand.
“You’ll probably forget about it soon…don’t worry” He wanted to say but those words got stuck in his throat when she said the next words.
“He told me he likes me”
“Wha…?”
“I’m telling you. He suddenly grabbed me last night and poured out his feelings. Gosh! I never knew he had such a thing in him. He got me total off guard! That jerk…”
“What…did you tell him?” He asked slowly and she squealed.
“I told you earlier….I slept with him”
“He told you that he likes you and you slept with him in return”
“Stop sayng it like that you’re making me shy”
“Viola…”
“Ugh! How frustrating. Don’t you get it already. Of course I like him too” She blushed.
“Since…since when?” He asked with his heart shattered.
“Don’t know. You don’t probably know when your heart started misbehaving do you?” She replied rather freely breaking all hopes in him.
He felt down, shattered, betrayed and stupid.
He had always told Rush about his feelings for her. But he just had to go ahead and do that behind him. He just had to do that to him.
Ever since, he stayed away. He became distant from Viola. He was angry and also included her in his anger. He had always thought she knew how he felt about her. He gave her sighs many times already. What was left was to say it out but she had to break him like that.
They dated for two years and he continues loving and longing for her secretly, for whole two years whenever they path cross, he’s always angry at her for no reason. This went on till Rush disappeared like a smoke in the air. And now she’s back and he finds himself embracing her warmly into his arms again.
CAR GARAGE.
Addison entered the van looking rather solemn.
“Where is Bin?” Finn asked seeing her alone.
“Ohh…I couldn’t find him. I’m sure he’ll meet us there” She gave him a small smile.
NB ENTERTAINMENT (STUDIO)
“Let’s try one more time!” The director said. Addison sighs. She has been doing this for over thirty minutes now but she keeps getting it all wrong. What’s wrong with her suddenly? Her mood went down the moment she saw Robin and Viola earlier. She feels so bothered and wouldn’t stop thinking about it.
“Hey newbie get yourself together! What’s with you!” Finn scolded through the mic.
“Are you really gonna continue like this? Is this a joke to you?” He further scolded.
“I’m sorry” Addison apologize and sighs.
“Then let’s go one more time. Are you ready?” The director asked and she nodded adjusting the headphone over her head.
“Ok…cue!”

“Stop” The director said to the mic and she stopped singing. He signal for her to come out which she did.
“We’ll just end it here for today. Good work” The director pats her shoulder while she sighs.
“Don’t push yourself…take it slowly. How is the new song going?” PM asked.
“I…” She sighs again.
“Keep working hard” PM pats her also and walks over to the director.
“Hey it’s okay. Let’s go” Ash put his arms around her and together they left the studio.
“Should we go have fun? Do you want ice cream? I can get you one” Ash said to her as they left the studio. Finn linger behind.
“Come on cheer up! I know about a really fancy restaurant. Let’s go there. You’ll really love their food” He grins holding her hand.
“Ash i_”
“Ow!” Ash stopped suddenly holding his right ear.
“What’s wrong?” Addison asked.
“Oh…I think a fly just flew inside my ear just now. Stupid fly” He smiles.
“Umm Newbie sorry but I just remembered I have some plans. Let’s go to the restaurant another day. I’ve got to go”
“Uh…but wait i_”
“See you at home!” He waves at her before bouncing out of the place.
Finn walked past her without saying anything.
She sighs yet again.
Just as she got to the car garage, Robin also drove in on his motorcycle. She halted and watch him got alight.
She started walking away ignoring him.
“Hey” Bin walked over and held her hand stopping her.
“Didn’t you see me?” He frowns.
“Let go” She wiggle her wrist from his hold.
“Let’s talk”
“I don’t wanna talk to you…let me go” she glared struggling to set free from his hold.
Robin refused to let her go. He was about saying something but had to stop when he felt a hand holding his. He looks up only to find Finn staring at him blankly.
“The heck!” Bin creased his brow.
“He said you should let go” Finn
“You stay out of it” Bin tried shunning him away but Finn tightened his hold on his wrist.
“Finn” Bin called in a warning tone.
“Let go of him, Robin” Finn also said in a warning tone both glaring hard at each other.
