“I use to say no one will come in between us not even a guy but joelle broke everything she betrayed me….am gonna show her the real definition of suffering” Rana mutterer with hatred all over her face.
“And we are behind you my love since you have realized your real senses “ Melissa grinned and walk out with the other as they threw harsh glare at Joelle.
Joelle gulp down nothing and more tears roll down her cheeks.
Her fingers sank into sam skin…may be this may help…
She inhaled his scent and it’s help her to be calming down.
She won’t lie because she has come to like his scent.
Was it because he was the first guy she fell into his arms or what?.
After what seems like forever she pulled from him and tried walking away but he grabbed her back.
“We need to talk” he said nonchalantly.
Her brows creased and she look at him…immediately their gaze locked… She look away.
They both sat on the table for two… Joelle kept playing with her fingers while sam keep staring at space..
How can he even start to apologize for his stupid behaviors.
Of course he knew he was wrong but apologizing is one thing he don’t know how to do.
But at this point he had to because he had endangered her…now Cassie is tormenting her…if he could remember her best friend just turn her back on her and it all of because of him.
“Um..Jojo right?“ He asked trying to siujdcool but its still came out rude.
“Its joelle” Joelle replied timidly.
“I prefer Jojo..so am sorry for the troubles I have caused…it wasn’t intentional” he blurted as he face somewhere else.
Joelle justs sat there watching him.
According to what she heard..they say sam is rude arrogant, proud and don’t apologize so what is he doing right now?.
“Am really sorry for causing all these…i would try and handle everything…but you are just going to assume you are my girlfriend like I told cassie or she won’t stop hunting you” he said and joelle eyes widened like the size of an orange.
“What…I…I.can’t do that…beside am not worthy of been your girlfriend and I can’t play such game please” she blurted in one breath.
Other girls would galdly take this opportunity but this.. This lady gosh.
Sam just smirk as he stare at her…her naiveness and her cute face expression is making butterfly stir up in his stomach.
What is this stupid feeling?.
The guard drop a drink in her front and she look at the food uninterestingly.
Like right now she don’t have appetite…She has a lot going on in her head.
“i don’t want to date you either…i just want you to pretend after all its gonna help you a lot” he said arrogantly and joelle frown.
God know she is giving him the respect as the president son and also as one of the owners of this school…she just don’t wanna be expelled from here or thrown out of this school or she is not gonna have the means to send her self to school since no one is ready to help her.
“i can’t” she said shaking her head as she run out of the cafeteria heading towards the garden.
Sam just stare at her disappearing back and sighed.
“Tch…she is so stubborn”
“Am gonna leave the girls to deal with her till she come back to me…am sure she will take the offer soon” he muttered and grin wickedly.
Yoel Stand at the garden staring at a particular flower smiling quietly.
That is his kids sis favorite flower before she died.
She was his playmate..the only one that can make him laugh from morning till night..his laughing gas.
But she died after an accident.
“The only lady that he suddenly start getting attach to…remain anonymous to him.
But he found someone else and that’s joelle.
He heard sobs in the garden and then back to check who?.
He begin to search the garden till he saw her squatting in between the flowers with her face buried in her palm
“Hey” he called and she raised her head up as she begin to wipe her face immediately.
“Joelle” he called a smile forming on his face.
He can’t just help it…just a bump and he fell for her already..
“Hi” she said and sniffed in her tears.
“What happened…did anyone bullied you?“ He asked as he move closer to her.
“Nothing…just depressed” she lied and fake a smile.
“Why do I have the feeling that you are lying…is it Melissa and co?“ He asked and she nod positively.
“Mind sharing what’s making you depressed?“ He asked and she kept mute.
She can’t tell him everything..he will support his friend.
After all, birds of same feather flock together.
“Hey I got one advice for you” he said smiling at her.
“Be strong don’t let anyone step on you wh@tëver is it beat it don’t let it take over you….only you can make yourself happy and that is if you are ready..“ He said and joelle paid attention.
He slowly take her hand in his and smile at her.
“Be strong and everything will be a history soon..“ He smiled at her and she nod.
“Friends?“ He asked.
“Friends” she replied.
Now she know he is different from his crew.
Haven kept looking everywhere looking for joelle…she peeked into the garden and her has dropped as her eyes become glassy…
She is with yoel?..
Is her suspicion true?..
Of course it is…he is even holding her hand and he is smiling at her lovingly..
She couldn’t take the scene so she walk out of there in tears.
