“Let’s get this done” Alice mumbled and the dragon behind her roared behind her….

Derek and the others appeared from a distance and saw the scene. Their eyes opened with shock.
“Is that Alice?” Phaedra asked not believing her eyes. She feel the intense power coming from her.
“We have to help her” Derek looked up to the palace. “She needs to get into the palace”
“Phaedra?” A tiny voice sounded and they all turn to see Mirabel coming of from a tree.
“Mirabel” Phaedra lips parted with surprise. Mirabel ran to hug her and began to sob.
“We were attack when Galen went to fetch firewood for his grandma. Baal took I and Alice’s mother.. and… She was killed. I’m scared” Mirabel siad.
“Killed? You mean Ruth?” Saverina eyes widened.
Mirabel explained everything to them. The part where Alice was threatened to say yes, the ritual going on in the palace and Baal’s plan to destroy the kingdom.
Derek frowned hard. That darn demon Azazel was right.
Saverina took a deep breath, she felt unsettled. Kiara turned to the werewolves warriors with them.
“Okay folks! Let’s head out”
Alice grip her both swords hard as they all ran towards her. The dragon behind roared out fire, burning the first few approaching them.
When the fire cleared, Delilah’s eyes search for Alice, but then felt an intense energy coming above her. Alice swung both swords on Delilah’s head. Delilah barely escaped the attack.
Alice’s swords hit the ground instead and when it does, the ground cracked. It was like an explosion. Before Delilah could breath again, Alice was before her swinging her swords dangerously at Delilah. Alice was fast not giving her time to even think.
‘When I get out of this chain, I’ll kill you first’
Delilah remembered her word, when Alice cut both of her hands at once. She then grab Delilah by the neck.
“Go back to your hell” She said coldly.
With this, Alice slashed her by the waist. Parting Delilah’s body into two.
Delilah groan in pain as her body fell into pieces on the ground. Alice looked up to palace and begin to marched there.
“Do you really think I’d be that easy to kill?”
Alice heard Delilah’s voice behind and stopped. Delilah’s body part went back in place and she stood again. She smirked behind her, her eyes glowing red.
Roaring, Derek and the other joined the dragon in killing the other demons. Saverina and her sisters was fighting hard with her their spell.
Ragnar suddenly appeared before Saverina and punched her hard, throwing her to the floor. One of her sister tried attacking Ragnar but was hit too.
Saverina noticed Ragnar was powerful than before. His muscular body was bigger and his aura stronger. She tried fighting with him, but she was a bit exhausted with so many spells she had done. Ragnar hit her again and she hit her back on the nearest tree.
Dragging his huge axe on the floor Ragnar walked slowly towards Saverina but an arrow hit his arm piercing through his flesh.
Galen stood feet away with an arrow, his eyes cold as ice when they met with Ragnar’s. Ragnar smirked.
“It’s you again. Are you still mourning your lover’s death?” He raised his hand to remove the arrow and threw it one side.
Galen removed another arrow and fired at him. The arrow didn’t pierce through this time since he had harden his flesh. Groaning, he swing his axe towards Galen but he dodged and took out his sword.
This time, he is definitely going to kill Ragnar.
The dragon took many of its opponent into its mouth and then burned them all. The whole place was in a mess.
Derek was busy slashing and tearing them apart, same with his fellow men. Phaedra was far away from them. She was with Mirabel.

Delilah sped up towards Alice attacking using her hideous claws. Alice dodged her attack effortlessly, her expression was hard to fathom.
Delilah thought she was winning when she succeeded on hurting Alice on the cheek, it was just a scratch which covered up in the next second. Delilah suddenly something piercing through her neck spine, breaking her demon core.. her weak point.
How did she know where to kill her?
Alice smirked, dipping her sword further, Delilah’s core broke immediately. Black blood came out from Delilah’s lips and her body began to decay..
She was just defeated?!! By Alice!!
“So long Bîtch” Alice mumbled removing her sword. Delilah fell to the floor, her body slowly turn into ashes.
“No!!” She screamed but then completely turn into Alice.
Saverina saw the scene and her mind went wild. The heaven sure gave Alice and impressive power.
Ragnar saw the scene too. Delilah was just defeated? This made let his guard down. Galen immediately took out another arrow, it was a special one.
“Saverina” he called out, Saverina nodded knowing what he wanted. She immediately cast a spell on the arrow and Galen shot it.
The arrow Peirce through Ragnar’s back. Groaning, he stood with a hard look. But his body suddenly felt weird. He went back to his knee, his whole body trembling.
Saverina froze, while Galen smirked.
“What did you do to me?” Ragnar asked.
“It’s a special arrow made by my grandma. The poison will kill you in a minute. It’s going to be a hellish pain for you” Galen said.
“Arghhh!!!!!!” Cane a loud scream of Ragnar. The poison was eating him up. Galen’s face stayed blank.
“That’s right Ragnar. Feel the pain you caused after killing Sarah” He said.
Saverina stood up to her feet. Ragnar’s body begin to decay and slow turn into ashes. Galen smiled.
“Finally” He muttered and Saverina smiled looking at him. Her eyes went back to the war going on, it was on their side, thanks to Alice and the dragon.
But… Will they be able to save the kingdom if the ritual happens??

Fast footsteps could be heard as Alice’s eyes dart around the place fast. She was killing every demons coming her way.
She was trying to sense where Baal is.. but it wasn’t working. Someone must be hiding the energy.
In the large, not so dark room. Baal laid on his back with his eyes close. Red and black fogs could be seen sorrounding his while body.
Seven witches was around him chanting spell while Old Gytha watch with a blank look. She was the one who hid the energy of this place in case Alice manage to get here..
Augustus was trembling on the seat beside her. Delphine, Plato and Julius was on the knee, without clothes.
They are the sacrifices..
“Stop trembling. I can hear you stupid loud heartbeat” Old Gytha said, her tone shows she was upset.
Augustus tried to keep his calm but failed to.
“Why are you so afraid of death? You’ve lived your life to the fullest. Having mistresses and making people bow to your feet. Your wife, do you even know what happened to her?” She asked.
Augustus frowned and looked up to her face.
“I can’t believe, you don’t even recognize her. Well.. she was caught into a tragic fire incident that made her wished for death. I came to her and she made me promise to make you see hell”
“You’re a demon inside my wife body?” Augustus asked.
“The healing of the skin made me look a bit different and older. Like I said, Humans are the most selfish creature I’ve ever come across”
Augustus grip tighten. He immediately regret everything and wish someone could just stop this. He knew once Baal takes over Zameil completely, then it would be over..
Delphine, Plato and Julius felt a strong sensation running through their body. It feels like their body was burning inside. Augustus sat with his fist tightly clinched, he couldn’t do a thing but only watch them cry in pain until their last breath.
Everything played before him like a nightmare…
“It’s almost done” Old Gytha mumbled.
Baal’s body, has some black tattoo slowly appearing on his body. His eyes were still close with black and red fog sorrounding him.
The door suddenly smashed opened, Alice walked in with anger when she saw the scene.
“Stop!” Alice yelled and marched forward but a force threw her out.
Old Gytha stood to face her, her gaze calm but dangerous.
“Give it up Alice, there’s no way out…” Before Old Gytha could finish her word, Alice’s right palm was on her face.
“Shut up” Alice said before hitting Old Gytha hard on the floor. Old Gytha growled and grab Alice by the hand but she was too strong. Bringing her up again, Alice threw her off.
She head back into the room, but found Old Gytha standing before her again. The Fuçk?!
“I won’t let you go in” Old Gytha said.
Alice eyes glowed the more, the streaks of lighten became larger.
“Fine, I’ll kill you first”
The room was filled with the chanting words of the seven witches sorrounding Baal. The ritual was almost done..
Augustus slowly stood and left the place.
Alice finally managed to take Old Gytha out of the way and storm in but then…
“It’s finished” One of the witches spoke.
Alice halt when the word hit her hard. She immediately threw her sword to the Killing the witches. The fog around his body went down completely and she went to check on him.
“No” she muttered. Was she late.
“It’s done my dear. There’s nothing you can do” Old Gytha said in her place.
“Shut up!” Alice snapped at her, with tears br!m-mln in her eyes.
“There’s one more thing you need to know Alice. Baal is the only one that can kill you”
Immediately that word left Old Gytha’s lips, Baal’s eyes flew open. There are no more golden but red.
Alice saw this and her heart shattered. She failed to save him? She fell into the trance of hell when Baal shifted his red eyes to her.
“Alice” His voice sounded even more powerful.
“No! It can’t be” Alice’s swords fell to the floor. Is Zameil gone forever?
“Your strong will is what make me like you the most Alice” Baal slowly got down from the alter. His upper part was bare and has this devilish tattoo screaming danger.
“Don’t worry Zameil is at peace right now. I see you’ve killed my bride, you should become mine. Destroying the kingdom together will be marvelous..”
“Bring him back!!” Alice yelled and lauched towards Baal but that was her mistake cus she found herself pinned to the wall. A black sword appeared on Baal’s hand.
“Be with me or you die by my sword” Baal smirked. He meant those words.
“I’ll n…never join… hands with… you” Alice managed to utter, the man’s powered was incredibly strong, she was helpless.
“So be it” Baal muttered and made to stab her but just when the tip of the sword could touch her, his hand stopped.
Alice whose eyes were closed slowly opened. She saw his face squeezing with struggle. Old Gytha immediately knew what was going on.
“You’ll die Zameil if you try to force yourself out!! Just stop it’s over!!” She yelled and Alice eyes widened.
“Zameil don’t come out!” Alice yelled but she felt the hand loosen.
When he opened his eyes again, they were normal. Breathing hard, he looked up to her teary face.
“Wife” His voice sounded weak and Alice face dropped.
“Zameil?” she muttered but he slowly fell to the floor.
“Zameil!” Alice yelled and immediately draw him close. His breath was hard and unbearable. He was in extreme pain.
“No, no, no, what have you done?” Alice sobbed. “You should have you stayed and I’ll.. Fuçk I’m sorry this is all my fault.. I swear.. I didn’t meant to do this.. this is all my fault..” Alice shook her head.
“Hey wife” He called weakly.
“I’ll take you to Saverina, she’ll treat you..”
“It’s okay wife.. I’m not.. mad at you.. you did well..”
“Stop talking okay” Alice held his cheek. His beautiful blue eyes was now weak and lifeless.
“I’m sorry.. I couldn’t fufill.. the promise I made to you. All my life.. I thought I wouldn’t know.. what love feels like.. but you made it possible..” His words were coming hard.
“We’ll get through this together. Please stay” She plead, with tears.
“I love you.. wife.. and I’ll love to.. be your husband in.. another life..” He lift his hand to her face. “Promise you.. won’t give up..” his eyes was feeling heavy already.
Alice had no choice but to whisper. “I promise”
He let out a painful smile, and his hand slowly went limps.. his eyes closing. Alice shook her head as more tears run down her cheek.
Derek who was busy fighting felt a strange sensation. He knew that feeling. His face dropped and he slowly went to his knee. “Zameil” he muttered.
Alice whole body was trembling. She let out a loud cry as he buried her face to his chest. It hurts so much, she wish to rip her own heart out. The word ‘I’m sorry’ came out repeatedly from her mouth.
Old Gytha scoffed at the scene.. it’s over for her.
His eyes opened again, it was glowing red. Baal look down at the girl sobbing on his chest. He took a deep sigh.
“That bastard just ruin my fun. I’m glad he is gone now”
Alice heard the voice of Baal but didn’t let go. Her jaw clinched.
“B..ring him ba..ck” she whispered, holding him tighter.
“Fuçk” Baal grabbed her by the hair and stared at her face. “It would be fun killing you” Baal said and leaped up with her out of the palace. He hit Alice on the ground. His killing instinct arise!
Alice didn’t move as she let the pain spread into her.. is there even hope?

(21 CENTURY.. CALIFORNIA)
The steady sound of a life supporting machine could heard in the ward as Alice unconscious body stay unmoved on the bed. Her face was paled and beads of sweat could be seen on her body.
Soon, the sound of the machine became unsettled. Alice’s mother who had been taking care of Alice ever since she went into coma, stood up on her feet with fear.
“Alice?” Alice’s mother called. “Help! Doctor help!!” She yelled insanely.
Some doctors rushed in and immediately checked on Alice condition. Alice’s mother was busy panicking.
“What’s going on?” She asked one of the doctor.
“Ma’am please stay out” he said.
“Tell me what’s wrong!!” She yelled. The Doctor took a deep breath. The next word made her world crumbled.
“She’s dying”
