Chapter 31
“Was he supposed to be invisible?” Nirvana wondered aloud
“Nirvana , let’s go” Mr Alex said walking into the garden with Aliya and Loveth
“Alright” she replied and they all left the garden
They walked to the packing lots and drove out of school before Desmond could even see her

“Desmond” Jasmine called
“Hey, you did well out there” Desmond smiled.
“Thanks but that Nirvana girl was great I must admit”
“Were you perhaps a twin?” Desmond asked carefully
“No she’s not” Sandra replied walking towards them
“We’ve been friends since diapers, so that’s impossible ” Sandra added
“Aren’t you going home?” Jenny asked, going to meet them with Min-yung
“We were about leaving” Michael replied
“I wasn’t talking to you.. Jenny snap and Min-yung chuckled Softly
“I wasn’t talking to you either ” Michael retorted
“Anyway, I will be on my way now.. and Jasmine, take care of yourself. I have something to do” Desmond said and started leaving for his car
I can’t believe he hasn’t even ask me out yet. She thought and bit on her lower lip as she watch him leave
“Bye Min-yung” Jenny said. She was suddenly feeling shy
“Take care pretty” he smiled at her and she gulp emptiness
She felt her cheeks becoming hot instantly
“Why are you cheeks red?” Michael raised a brow at her. “Are you blushing?” Michael asked
“Shut it, why would I blush” she snap and left the place hurriedly and Michael burst into laughter before following her
“Jasmine and I will be leaving now” Sandra said and Min-yung nodded
Let’s go.. Sandra said pulling jasmine by the hand as the walk to the parking lot
“You like her? I mean Jenny?” Aspen appeared
” Maybe” Min-yung shrug
“What are you doing here Hyung?”
“I was looking for Nirvana, the girl from diamond musical” Aspen replied
” Are you inLove with her?” Min-yung asked wagging his brow teasingly at him
“What do you know kiddo” Aspen smiled and started to leave
” Oedi-ganeun-de? (Where are you going?)” Min-yung shouted, running after him

★Desmond mansion★
“Desmond, there’s something I need to tell you” Michael said immediately they got home
“What’s that?” Desmond asked facing him
“That girl Nirvana.. Michael pause.
” What’s up with her” Desmond as curiously
” She saw me when I made myself invisible”
“WTF!!! She saw you?” Desmond exclaimed with widdened eyes
“Yeah, she’s strange” Michael said and Desmond started recalling what Albert told him earlier in the hall
★Flashback★
“I didn’t duplicate her, I don’t have such power” Albert said with an annoying smirk
” But here’s a tip….. Albert lean closer . ” One of them doesn’t have a shadow”
“What do you mean” Desmond asked curiously
” Find it out yourself” Albert smile before disappearing into thin air
★End of flashback★
“He said one of them doesn’t have a shadow?” Michael asked shockingly
” Yes, I think Sera’s soul was duplicated, but Albert doesn’t have such power” Desmond replied
“If they were duplicated and one of them doesn’t have a shadow then….. Michael trailed off
“Albert must be behind this” Desmond added
“Will Stone believe it?” Michael asked
“That’s his problem” Desmond said and immediately he heard his name
“We need to go.. Stone is getting impatient, I guess the news already got to him” Desmond said and they both disappeared

“My Lord, I think things aren’t going so well on earth” Mule bow.
Mule was to monitor Desmond’s movements secretly
“I know.. and Desmond will be here to give us an explanation” Stone said and immediately Desmond and Michael appeared
“What step have you taken on this?” Lord stone asked immediately they landed
“Its something I just discovered minutes ago.and I think Albert has something to do with it”. Desmond said and Stone sigh.
“Do you have proof?”
“I’m not sure” he replied
“Then , How dare you accuse someone with no proof?” Lord stone asked angrily
“You know this is what I h@të most. you were never like this Desmond. what has really gotten into you? You’re the type who show proof before jumping in to conclusion..why now? Why?” He yelled thunderously and everyone in the hall flinch back in fear
Albert smiled secretly. For the first time, Lord stone defended him
“Why is he even getting worked up over the matter? Everything needs patience.. Michael thought
“It seems Desmond has thought you how to be rude” Stone said and Michael immediately fell down on his knees
“I’m sorry my Lord” Michael apologize with his head down
” Michael is right and all this is your fault, if you had listened to me from the start, something of such wouldn’t have happened
“Sera’s soul was duplicated and Lucy’s spirit is no where to be found but All you do is see my flaws? Desmond asked
“Have you forgotten? I think you might have, so I will remind you” Desmond sn!gg@ed
“Lord Kono. I guess you remember him, he has the power to do all this and have you ever wondered if he really can’t do such a thing?” Desmond asked, his eyes glistening with tears. That was the first time in a thousand years he found himself vulnerable
“Kono is no where to be found..even if he is, he has no more powers to do anything as stupid as this” Lord stone protested angrily
“That’s what you think, that’s what you believe
“Have you ever thought of him getting his powers back?”
“What if there’s actually a spy in here?”
“What if he had regain his power with the help of a member?”
“What if all this is just part of his plans? What if…..
“Leave my presence” Lord stone thundered and back Desmond
He didn’t wanna do something Bad to him.. “I don’t want to see you” he added
“Fine. I’m leaving but don’t say I didn’t warn you” Desmond said and faced Michael
” Let’s go” he said and Both disappeared
Lord stone breath out. he couldn’t believe he just got into an argument with his favorite disciple
“Everyone’s dismissed” he said before disappearing
“I can’t believe this is really happening” a members said his eyes on Albert who had an evil smirk on.
“See y’all later” Albert smiled mischievously before vanishing

Desmond was confused and his mind wasn’t at ease. He couldn’t believe what just happened up there. It all seemed like a dream
“I really need to proof it to him.. but how?” Desmond groan as he ran his hands through his hair in frustration
“Firstly, you need to calm down, make friends Nirvana, you might get the proof you want. Michael cut in
“Most times, patience is the key.. you must also trust your self.. believe in what you do and watch as everything works out well” Michael said
Desmond stood still, staring at Michael and he chuckled softly
” I’m I seriously taking advise from you?” Desmond laughed. ” And How is becoming friends with her solve the issue? And again, the Nirvana of a girl doesn’t live here and she looks kinda rude and arrogant unlike Jasmine”
“Aren’t you rude and arrogant yourself?” Michael scoffed “What you have to do is Create a situation that will bring her back to Korea…. if possible, do so before you sleep”
“Wow, can’t believe this little guy right here is this brilliant” Desmond teased and Michael grimace
“So how did you know Jasmine was Sera?” Michael asked
“When I kissed her in school the other time, I saw her past life, her face as Sera’s” Desmond replied
” I’ll have to do same for Nirvana” he added
” You’re crazy! You think she’ll let you?”
” Why not? Every girl likes me” Desmond shrug
” And you think she’s every girl? Jasmine is gentle but that Nirvana looks like a troublemaker”
” You think so?” Desmond asked and Michael stared at him unbelievably
“So…. After the so call kiss, what will be next?” Michael asked
“The real Sera will recognize me and also remember her past life”
“What if both girls remember ” Michael asked
“The shadow’s memory will be limited” Desmond said and Mich nodded
” One more thing, how come Jasmine is Korean while she’s American” Michael asked
” I dunno, it’s confusing” Desmond shrug
“Do you think Albert is really behind all this?”
“I have no idea … I need to start planning too before I fall into a trap I won’t be able to survive”
“Then, I will proof to stone he actually made a mistake” Desmond smirk
” What about your cruel fate? Now I don’t want you to find Sera anymore” Michael said sadly
Desmond smiled. ” It’ll be fine”
“I don’t believe that but…Let’s do this,,, fighting” Michael said
“It’s ME and not WE” Desmond corrected, emphasizing on the “We”
“Desmond not again…you know two heads are better than one and everything was my idea” Michael said
“Not in this case..you are too precious to me, I can’t risk your life”
” Gosh, you’re making me emotional right now”
“Just keep calm and watch me protect you and sera” Desmond said and walk to his room
He fell on the bed heavily
It was gonna be a long night since he couldn’t sleep as he kept thinking on what to do and how to figure things out before it becomes a mess which no one else will be able to solve
“Nirvana Luther” he muttered lowly. “Who are you exactly? I can’t even read your thoughts” Desmond sigh, before closing his eyes.
