CHAPTER TWENTY THREE: THE VISION 1
Morgana stepped out of the car, taking a deep breath as she surveyed the desolate house. With its black-painted exterior, it stood alone in the heart of the forest.
“Do we seriously have to do this?” Morgana questioned, her gaze fixed on Blake.
“Like we have a choice?” Blake arched an eyebrow, causing Morgana to let out a sigh of resignation.
“Fine,” she groaned, and they made their way towards the entrance.
Pushing open the large door, they ventured inside. Silence enveloped the space, as if nobody were present.
“Hello! Anyone home?” Morgana called out, turning around to face the room.
“What the hell are you doing here?” a voice demanded, descending the staircase.
“Ah, Maleficent! Still as enchanting as ever!” Blake exclaimed, a mischievous grin on his face.
“Shut up!” Maleficent yelled, causing Blake to flinch.
“You haven’t changed a bit, have you? Can’t you be nice for once?” Blake prodded, earning a piercing glare from Maleficent.
“What are you doing here?” Maleficent questioned, her expression intense. She approached Morgana, swiftly delivering a resounding slap across her face.
“d@mn it!” Morgana cursed, a trickle of blood staining her lip. “Can’t I visit my sister?” She arched an eyebrow defiantly, only to be knocked aside by Maleficent’s powerful wings.
Morgana collided with the wall, letting out a pained groan. “Well, this wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. How about a cup of black coffee?” she suggested with bitterness, attempting to lighten the tension. Maleficent scoffed dismissively.
“I’m truly amazed by your audacity!” Maleficent remarked, her eyes filled with disdain, before seizing control of Morgana’s movements with her mind.
Morgana struggled to breathe as Maleficent’s piercing gaze bore into her.
“You wouldn’t dare harm your little sister, would you?” Blake interjected casually, taking a bite of his apple.
“Of course not,” Maleficent replied with heavy sarcasm, rolling her eyes dramatically. “I just love hosting family reunions in my humble abode, especially when unexpected guests drop by uninvited. It’s truly a joyous occasion.” Maleficent’s voice dripped with biting irony as she tightened her grip on Morgana through her mind control.
“Okay okay, that’s it, please let her go!?” He pleaded and Maleficent exhaled and dropped Morgana heavily on the ground.
” Ouch, my ribs! I think the are broken!” She groaned painfully rolling on the ground.
” Speak, I don’t have time to waste!” Maleficent replied and sat down on her seat, taking a bite from her apple.
” Ouch… my back hurts so much!” Morgana mumbled standing to her feet. ” I’m surprised you chose a total stranger over your blood”
” His not a stranger, his my in law and my first low, which apparently you stole from me!” Maleficent rolled her eyes.
” I didn’t steal anybody from you, you were always cold and mean, every man loves a fragile woman!” She explained and sat down.
” Cut the crap, why are you guys here!?” Maleficent asked.
” We need your help, Mi amor” Blake said and Maleficent smiled.
” I love it when you call me that, give me butterflies” she grinned and Morgana rolled her eyes.
” You see a mysterious guy showed up putting on Draven’s face, he stole the map from us and the council gave me just until the next full moon to find him or…”
” You’re immortal!” Maleficent completed his words and he nodded.
” If that’s the case, then Morgana should be able to find the mysterious man, why do you need my help!” She questioned staring at Morgana.
” Because I have been having this terrible vision and the mysterious man is connected to it, I can’t tell what I see but I’m sure it’s very dark and evil!” Morgana explained fear evident in her tone.
” Hmmmm… vision, one thing I h@të about Reven witch!” She muttered.
” So can you help us?” Blake asked and she chuckled.
” Can I help you!?” She repeated the question with a smirk.
” Please Maleficent, I know you’re stronger and stuffs like this only you can handle it!” Morgana said.
” Please we need your help!” She begged.
” Fine!!… Can’t believe I’m doing this for you!” She groaned.
” Thanks mi am…” Blake didn’t complete his words as Morgana gave him a kick.
” Are you crazy!? For goodness sake, I’m here!” She rolled her eyes.
She hissed and followed Maleficent to a room.
” Lie prostrate!” Maleficent commanded, and Morgana complied, positioning herself on the ground. “Exert your utmost will to summon forth the vision!” she urged, and Morgana nodded in affirmation.
Without hesitation, Morgana closed her eyes.
In an ancient and unknown tongue, Maleficent began to chant incantations, weaving her words with dark power. The mystic powers filled the air as she invoked the forces beyond comprehension.
With a blade in hand, Maleficent made a shallow incision on her Palm, allowing her blood to trickle forth. Gently, she applied the crimson liquid onto Morgana’s forehead, marking her as a conduit for the impending revelation.
She placed her hands on Morgana’s forehead and started murmuring words which could not be interpreted.
Her eyes immediately shore white, while Morgana’s body kept shaking and shaking Before it stopped and everywhere became quiet and silent.
The whole place became dark, scary and loud as Maleficent time traveled to the past.
NOTE‼️‼️ MALEFICENT TIME TRAVELLED TO THE PAST.
” Your majesty!!, The baby is truly not yours!!” A physician said coming out from a room.
” I knew it!!” The king yelled and turned to his wife. “How dare you cheat on me huh!!?” He shouted and slapped the woman across her cheeks.
” Milord!! Lelia is your daughter!! I can’t cheat on you!!” The wife cried loudly as he pushed her away, making her to hit her back at the wall.
” Lelia!” Maleficent mumbled to herself, going into the other room.
To her advantage, she was invisible no one could see her.
The moment she entered into the room and her eyes set on the new baby, the whole place became dark and she saw herself in another place.
” Lelia!, Please please spare my life!!” Someone begged as his body was caught on fire. He started burning and burning and in a few seconds, he turned into ashes.
” Next time I give an order obey them!” She rolled her eyes and walked out of the room.
” You evil child!! How many lives would you take!!” The father shouted and slapped her.
” What!!? So now I’m evil because I punished a servant who tried poisoning me!! How is that called evil!!” She yelled and another slap landed on her cheeks.
” I curse you!! You’re the reason you’re mother is dead!! You cursed child!!!” The father cursed and walked out.
” I don’t understand!” Maleficent said staring at Lelia.
” You won’t understand now!” Lelia replied and maleficent eyes widened.
” You can see me!” She said, shocked to her bone marrow.
” Of course, I’m not the Devil’s daughter for nothing!” She replied with an evil smirk.
” Devil’s daughter!? You mean Lucifer!?” Maleficent asked and immediately everywhere became dark.
This time around, there were loud screams, cries of people, both young and old, woman and men. There cries were so loud that maleficent covered her ears.
Are these the tormented cries of those you’ve slaughtered!?” Maleficent demanded, her voice trembling with anticipation, but the silence that followed was chilling.
After a few harrowing moments, the entire place fell into an eerie stillness, and an unnatural brightness engulfed the surroundings. Maleficent cautiously opened her eyes only to find herself transported to an unfamiliar realm.
“What in the name of all that is unholy am I doing in this bustling marketplace!?” she muttered to herself, bewildered and unsettled by the abrupt shift.
Turning her head, Maleficent caught sight of Lelia, her loyal maid by her side, concern etched on her face.
“Milady, you must conceal your identity. There are those who plot to end your wretched existence!” the maid cautioned, prompting Lelia to hastily adjust her face-covering, shielding herself from prying eyes.
“The majesty!”
“The majesty has arrived!”
Whispers of excitement spread through the crowd as people hurriedly gathered to catch a glimpse of their beloved ruler. Lelia’s jaw dropped in awe as her eyes locked with those of an impeccably handsome man, radiating an irresistible charm.
“Who is he?” Lelia inquired, her voice laced with intrigue, to which her maid responded with a knowing smile.
“Milady, that is Lord Shannon,” the maid revealed, and Lelia’s fascination deepened.
“I desire him, and I shall have him!” Lelia declared boldly, attempting to remove her concealing garb, but her loyal maid firmly grasped her hands, preventing her from exposing her true identity.
” Don’t!!. Unveiling your face would lead to immediate recognition, and none wish to lay eyes on you, for the fact that you’re evil, people h@të your existence!” the maid scolded, rolling her eyes in exasperation.
“h@të my existence?, Do you dare label my yearning for what is rightfully mine as ‘evil’?” Lelia scoffed, her anger igniting her eyes into a furious blaze.
Enraged, Lelia seized her maid by the neck, fixating her piercing gaze upon her, summoning the dark art of “Alchemy of Souls.”
In a macabre twist, Lelia’s essence traversed into her maid’s body, while her maid’s spirit took residence within Lelia’s own vessel.
“Ahhhhh! Help me! The queen of darkness seeks to claim my life!” Lelia screamed, her voice now emanating from the maid’s body.
“What have you done to me?” cried the maid, now trapped within Lelia’s once-pristine form, recoiling in terror.
“The devil’s daughter!!”
“End her!”
The villagers erupted in a frenzied mob, propelled by fear and fury. They descended upon Lelia with savage abandon, raining blows upon her with wh@tëver crude implements they could find.
A wicked smirk spread across Lelia’s countenance as she watched the innocent girl being mercilessly beaten by the enraged townsfolk.
“Burn her alive!”
The crowd’s cries intensified as they gathered firewood, fueling their bloodlust.
“Yes! Kill the witch!” the villagers said in unison.
In a blink of an eye, Lelia’s maid who was currently in Lelia’s body was burnt alive.
Lelia exhaled and turned away.
” Finally, I can walk freely!” Lelia muttered, touching her cheeks.
” Really!?” Maleficent said and Lelia turned.
” I advise you to go back to the future!!” Lelia warned.
” I came to this past, because something happened in the future and I think it has to deal with you!!” Maleficent said and Lelia scoffed.
” I shouldn’t be having a conversation with you!” Lelia said and walked out.
