Chloe eyes widen the moment he crush his lips down on hers, his hands lower to my back side, grab it and pull me closer to his body, I wanted speaking but don’t feel like ending this moment, the kisses were almost like he needed it to live.
Closing my eyes, I responded to him, our tongue dance together, Mõ@ns fill our ears and god, I could feel myself getting wet ” you ” he break the kiss, forehead resting on each other ” why do you taste so good ”
” Thanatos” I push him back ” you shouldn’t just jump on me like that ” he looks at me ” why did you do that to Freya, that’s the king daughter….you slap her right in front of him ” I Know I must be ruining his mood but I just have to say it
” Chloe ” he lean close ” scold me later” he kiss my cheek ” right now, I need you to kiss me ”
My face flush up ” again?”
” Why? You don’t want to?”
” No , that’s not what I mean” I rush my words ” I mean you don’t like me touching you, what change your heart?” They are times I regret saying certain thing, after my words it seem like I brought him back to reality
” You’re right ” he move his hands through his hair ” we should go back to the ball ” before he could move, I hold his hand, he look down then meet my gaze with furrow brows ” are you okay?”
” You’re leaving ”
” Indeed ”
” Aren’t you supposed to take responsibility” he shoot me a confused look and i move closer to him ” you kissed me first, made me all hot and wet, do something about it, like what you did last night ”
His face heat up as he clear his throat “not now,when we get home ”
” You mean you will touch me right?”
” Come ” he ignored my question, hold my hand and we walk back into the ball room, once again, everybody stood still, all eyes on us while the king walk straight to our direction, we definitely ruin this ball, Freya was standing right behind father.
” Gerald” Thanatos let go of my hands and look at him ” you look quiet serious, is something the matter?”
” Lord Thanatos, I believe Chloe is spreading wrong rumors to your ear ” I look at father then at Freya whose head is down, what is the meaning of this ” you must h@të Freya because of what she says ” Gerald move to my direction ” that is how horrible, this monster is” Gerald slap me across the face, my hand move to my cheek and stare at him in surprise.
” He must be right ”
” That explain why lord Thanatos hit Freya ”
” Chloe really do have a had reputation”
” Why was she brought into this world?”
” To destroy her sister? ”
“I heard she killed her mother ”

Listening to all those words, my heart hurt, no body here knows me, so why should they all place their blame on my head, why do they all blame me on things that I know nothing about.
Lifting my gaze, I look at Thanatos, I couldn’t read his expression, he just kept staring at me, is he waiting for me to do something? Averting my gaze from him, I lower my head, they is so much I can do but am not very confident in crowds
” Do you see?” Gerald scoffed ” she is admitting it, just how…”
” That is enough Gerald” Thanatos husky voice made everyone keep shut ” you don’t hit my wife in such manner, Chloe ” I lift my head and stare at him ” hit him back ” my eyes widen at his words ” I said slap him” before I knew what was happening I slap my father right on his cheek, he look at me shocked.
” Chloe!” Gerald growl ” you hit your father?”
” Why the surprise, you also hit her didn’t you?” Thanatos frown ” Freya come here ” I watch Freya look at Thanatos with fear, her legs didn’t bulge but out of fear in Gerald, he push her to Thanatos “what did you tell your father?”
” I didn’t say anything, I just …..” She stopped talking when Thanatos grab her by the hair but before he could do anything else, Asmodeus slap Thanatos hands off Freya and pull her to his side.
” Asmodeus!!!” Thanatos growl shook the whole place.
“Let me do it ” I watch in surprise how he slap her across the face to the floor ” what were you trying on doing? So that your father will take you from Thanatos? From me!!!” Asmodeus is angry
” Come ” Thanatos hold my hand and drag me out of the ball room, we walk pass our carriage, out of the palace gates, just kept walking ” did those words get to you?”
” No ”
” I don’t believe you ”
” I just don’t understand why people h@të me, I have never done anything to them, I don’t even know them, they don’t know my story but still says horrible things about me ” I vent out ” why will I kill my mother?”
” Chloe ”
” You don’t believe them right?” I look at Thanatos ” you don’t think I can do all that right?”
” Why won’t you cry?” He look at me ” holding all your tears in will only make your heart hurt the more, why won’t you let it go and cry?”
” I have no tears left me in ” I look at him smiling, but if anyone look into my eyes, they could see how much pain am in ” I cried everything when I was little ”
” Your mother’s death?” I nod and he widen his hands ” come ” accepting his invitation, I hug him, placing my head on his chest, even when I want to cry, the tears won’t drop, it is part of why people refer to me as a monster, I got all use to people around me dying that I don’t shed a single tear.
” Thanatos”
” Hmmm”
” You do know we walk pass our carriage”
” Indeed ”
” You might be thinking of walking back home but I don’t want to ” withdrawing I stare at his smiling face ” I really don’t want to ”
” I thought you need some fresh air ”
” I think I have had enough ” I wanted turning around but he held my hand, dragging me with him, I really don’t want to trek home.
It could be hours or minutes, I just had no way of knowing the precise time but we have been walking in those lonely road, no carriage, even the moon isn’t bright ” Thanatos”
” Hmmm”
” Have you heard of the forest of knowledge before?”
” No ” his answer short, with a hint that he doesn’t want me to ask more , I ignore that of course
” I need to go there ”
” Why?”
” To know who I am ” he stopped walking and look at me, those eyes of his study my facial expression for few seconds then said nothing more,just decide to sit on the huge rock at the road side, I look around, this is not the road home, where are we headed?
” Chloe ” he look at me ” I have been meaning to ask” for some reason, fear grip me, I stare at his dark eyes, why am I suddenly so scared? ” Do you really think am some angel ”
” Yes ” I lied
” It’s obvious you’re lying” he smile” your body is shaking too ”
” Where are we headed”
” A river”
” River?”
” Indeed”
” Why?”
” I want to swim , with you ” his hands rest on his lap for few minutes then he get up ” is that so bad? ”
” They have to be another reason” this time he ignored my question and walk into the forest, I had no other option but to follow him and just like that, I stare at the purest river I have ever seen, it glitters…. My gaze move to Thanatos forehead, his horn is visible again, he look at me with red eyes ” no matter what I say, don’t get into the water ” the warning seem to be serious
” Why?”
” I don’t wish to touch you ”
Watching his take off all his clothes, he step into the water and close his eyes, immerse his self into the body, not even his hair is showing, one will think he is drowning. Minutes passed before he lift his head up ” you look quiet surprised”
” Oh ”
He smiles” and speechless, join me” He chuckle and shake his head ” am kidding ” he did say I shouldn’t get into the water, telling me he doesn’t wish to touch me, does that mean, if am to go in, he will do things to me? This could be my chance.
without thinking, I rush in to meet him, with each step I take into the water, my clothes slowly vanish off my body, into the water ” you got in ” I gasp the moment Thanatos lift his head, his horn and dark eyes still evident ” I told you not to ”
I could feel his hands touch my waist as he pull me closer ” Thanatos?”
” It’s lord Thanatos” a smile stain his lips ” how would you feel if I take you now and here? ” I know I shouldn’t blush but I did ” you seem excited?” He grab me by the throat ” is that how much you wish to die?”
I definitely did not think about that possibility, ignoring his harsh words, I lean close, the grip around my neck tighten, that didn’t stop me from kissing his lips, just a slight kiss, he let go of me ” you even look more inviting in your demon form ” I place my hands on his chest ” can we do it now? We’re both naked”
Thanatos blush ” this is a holy water ” he rush the words and I Chuckle
” I don’t mind ” moving closer, I could feel his huge ÇOçk ” you’re already hard right” he swallows and then look at me, lust is all I could read in those eyes
