“I would have kill her” she whispered with another tears rolling down her eyes and Olcan took her hand in his “Phoenix” her blurry teary gaze melt into his “stop, will you? I told you it’s not your fault, she is at fault for trying to harm you in the first place” he wiped her tears but she shook her head.
“Your people will h@të me more, your mother, everyone” it came out faintly and that made him scoff “it’s on them, not me” he finally sat with her by the edge of the bed and hug her.
“I love you, you know right” she sniffled and nod her head like a kid, “Yeah, that is my Luna” He pulled her stuffy cheek playfully and that made her crack into laughter which kind of relieved Olcan, “Thank you for stopping me, i can’t imagine myself hurting another soul again” she clunched her palm together while Olcan only smile “so innocent”
“My Lord, the Alpha’s mother is here”Lucian entered and informed him, that made Phoenix’s heart to skipped twice while Olcan stood up to his feet, “Let her in”
Lucian turned back and walked out, Olcan turned to Phoenix to see her nervous picking on her nails “Phoenix” almost immediately he called her name, the door opened and she entered with her murderous landed on Phoenix who is on her feet already.
“Mother, why are you here?” He asked and the Alpha’s mother scoffed “So I can’t visit my son anymore and you..”
She turned to Phoenix “You think you are safe hiding in his room, You just attempted to kill the Special wolf from the prophecy and you think the packs will just stand still”
“Alpha’s mother!” He shut her up but she shook her head “No! Olcan, can’t you see? She doesn’t belong here, for her to have the signs of a Luna, then something is wrong!” She yelled back “It is probably a curse from the gods, she is a curse!” In anger boiling in Olcan, he swept her off her feet “I told you to stop! She is not a curse!” His loud voice alone made a heavy winds to blow while Phoenix covered her mouth sobbing at what she had caused between a mother and son.
She is a curse? Is she really a curse?
“Olcan” The Alpha’s mother struggle but he has lost it with his green eyeball flaring in anger “I won’t stop, she needs to die” in fury, he threw her against the wall and that made everything calm,
Phoenix gasped and sobbed more “Olcan, please” she could barely hear what she mumbled but he heard her. His heart softened and sighed….

You don’t feel what I feel, you can’t tell how my heart goes crazy around her, how I long to be with her every time, She…” he stopped and exhale “I love her “ heart tighten against his chest but Alpha’s mother look unmoved as she spat out blood from her mouth “No, you have been bewitched by her” he badly holding himself back from hurting her.
“Get out” he turned back trying to control himself “Olcan, you have to listen to me. I’m your mother” Olcan eyes changed immediately”No! You are not my mother! You didn’t give birth to me, get that to your brain and get the hell outta my chamber”
Phoenix could see pain flash through her eyes immediately he said those words,
Phoenix palmed her face with tears still rolling on their own, he just deny his mother.
Alpha’s mother angrily walked out of his chamber but Phoenix glue to the spot sobbing, Olcan turned and look at her
“Phoenix” he called moving closer but he stopped him with her blurry eyes “I…I just want to be alone” …
Layzal walked through the jungle, he is angry that the witch is only planning to use him not find the fire orb, then he will do it himself.As a vampire he is, he wants more power and with what Melanie told him, with the fire orb he could become the Arizona kingdom king.
He continue walking but suddenly stopped immediately something pulled his heart, he tried to ignore but it came again. It feels like something is trying to pull his heart out.
“Aaa!” He groaned holding his chest, what is wrong with me? He thought, he tried moving forward but the more he walked, the more his heart tightened up against his chest.
“Don’t fight it” he turned to see Cordelia smiling mischievously “Silly witch, what are you doing here?” He growled and Cordelia smile and move closer to him, she raised his chin with her long black nails but Layzal snapped it away.
“You planning on leaving me? Not after we a thing together and now I’m craving for more”
“Shut it Bîtch! I don’t want to have anything to do with you again” he growled and started walking away but felt the pain again, this time around it’s worse.
Cordelia bursted into laughter as she watched him groan in pain “you…” he trailed still clunching to his chest.
“You stay away from me unless you are ready to die” what! His fang appeared immediately with his red eyes blaring in anger, he fast speed to her grabbing her head “I will be sure to kill you first” he started choking her but she smile “go ahead if you can” she said and the more he choke her the pain hit him unbearably,
“What did you do to me?” he groaned dipping his fingers into her shoulders and that made his heart go crazy that he had to let go of her.
“My pain, your pain, my death, your death and there is a tiny strings I bewitched into your heart, it is connected to me, remember my sweet blood, that is it” Layzal couldn’t believe his ears “You bonded me?” He asked and Cordelia smile mischievously,
“Yeah, The river god was able to break free from my thousand years bond just a moon ago, and you what do you think? How long do you think you will be bonded with me? You took my blood remember? And ….” She breathe out and look around.
“I’m immortal “ that made Layzal’s eyes widened…
Olcan walked into his library and palmed his face tiredly, Why can’t they just let him be with who he desires. And what hurt the most is that they all thought she is a curse. How? Why will they thought the same fate that happened twenty-five years ago will repeat itself.
“My Lord” He lifted his head to see Lucian,
“What should I do for them to accept her? She is not a curse from the gods, why will the gods send curse to me?” He mumbled
“She might be” He glared at Lucian immediately, “why will you say that? He frowned and Lucian sighed brought out the Arizona kingdom book and placed it in front of him.
“There is a lot of mystery about her Alpha, The thing is Arizona kingdom and the Wolves kingdom have been enemies from ages, The Wolves Kingdom ruined the fire Kingdom. Why would your mate be the only survivor of the Arizona kingdom, not even ordinary survivor, she is the director bloodline of the king of Arizona, you really need to think about it Alpha” Olcan stares into the space trying to connect the whole thing together and it makes a very good sense.
He shook his head “No way, it can’t be…..”

Phoenix stood in front the the mirror with puffy eyes, she has been crying the whole time, it hurt in here for her to be called a curse but she really like Olcan,
There is this strange feeling that always made her long for him.
Now, she pushed him away, palming her face she sighed.
“Mom, what do I do?” She mumbled tiredly, everyone h@të her.
She turned back immediately when the door opened and he enter having this tired expression, he had just came back from the meeting, he didn’t go well at all.
“Olcan” Phoenix run into his arm hurrily and buried her face in his chest.
“I’m sorry I pushed you away” she sniffled and Olcan chuckled softly pulling away from the hug to see her face.
“I’m happy you are back and I’m sorry for those hurtful words my mother said” she shook her head “No, it’s fine”
Olcan stares into her eyes without saying anything for some minute which made the room so awkward.
“Olcan…”
