“Ameera, My lady. Do you think you still have a chance to be with Alpha Olcan?” Ameera looked at her maid,Daisy in a surprised manner and scoffed.
“What are you saying? Of course, I’m Luna and nothing can stop me from becoming the Queen of this kingdom” she said proudly but Daisy rubbed the nape of her neck biting her lips.
“My lady, there are rumors in the Palace” Ameera furrowed her eyebrow and turned to her.
“What rumors?” She asked and Daisy replied “that Alpha Olcan had found his mate and the coupling will happen under the red moon tomorrow” Before could land her speech. Ameera, sprang up in fury.
“What! Why am I just hearing this? Coupled?? I need to see my father” she dragged her long gown up and walked out in anger dashing to her father’s chamber.
“My lady” Daisy ran after her trying to stop her from barging into Elder Guan’s chamber.
‘’Father!” She barged and fortunately her mother was right beside him. They were startled as she barged into the chamber.
“Daisy, my daughter. What is the problem?” Her mother asked but she turned to her father.
“Father, you just came back from the palace?” She queried.
Elder Guan looks at his wife briefly before replying “Yes, I just came back from the palace, what is the problem?” He asked calmly,
“I heard the Alpha found his mate, that is not true right father?” She asked and that is when Her mother, Ariana knew there was a huge problem already. Ameera realized it’s likely to be true since her parents became silent to her question.
“Why are you not saying anything? Remember the promise you made right, No one can be Luna except me!” She yelled but her mother shut her up.
“Ameera, shut it! Now go back to your room while we find something to do about the situation” She ordered her and that is why she couldn’t utter a word.
“My lady” Daisy asked her to come with her so she can escort her to her chamber.
She walked out stomping her leg in the ground.
“The coupled night will not hold, if I can’t be Luna, no one will!” She yelled but Daisy kept quiet, following her quietly back to her chamber.
“My lady” She called in her low voice and Ameera fisted her bump the most in furry.
“Daisy, I need to get out of this place” Daisy’s eyes widened and she shook her head immediately “My lady, you can’t” but Ameera groaned.
“Daisy, you don’t understand! I need to see that misfortune Bîtch imposed on Luna!!” Daisy flinched as she bangs her hand on the table.

Phoenix bowed before the Alpha mother the tenths times as Phoenix legs and hands are already shaking but Alpha’s Mother looks unbothered by that.
Olcan actually find it old, isn’t the bow ought to be seven times??
Phoenix is about to do the rites the Twelfth time but Alpha stops her from doing so.
“Mother, It’s okay” he said but his mother scoffed “why? I never said it’s enough, this is her punishment for skipping a day” She said sternly. Phoenix almost scoffed and cursed her.
So she is doing this because she skipped a day, what is this? First, it was the weird guy beside her now his mother. What are they sick headed?
“What did you just say?!” Alpha’s Mother snapped which made her flinch.
She blinks her eyes rapidly thinking what went wrong all of the sudden?
Olcan rolled his eyes “Mom, nevermind and forgive” he said and that is when Phoenix almost gasped that they definitely heard her thought.
“We are not sick headed, this is what you have to do as the Luna, Queen of the wolves” Alpha’s Mother told her.
“I’m not anyone, Queen, I’m Phoenix and I never wanted to be here, why don’t you just let me go? You people irritate me!” Unconsciously or consciously, Phoenix found herself yelling which shocked the maids and guards in the Alpha’s Mother chamber.
“Phoenix” Alpha called her name in a terrifying tone but she doesn’t seem a freak.
“She just talked back rudely at me! This pig was brought from the bush to become Queen! How dare you talk rudely back at me!” The Alpha’s Mother bangs her on the table. Phoenix scoffed because of her speech “pig??” She scoffed again as she found it ridiculous.
“At least! We are humans unlike you! Animals”
“Phoenix!!!!” Conniption gripped her as she the whole things in the chamber shaken because of Alpha’s growls. She blinks her eyes as she witnesses his eyes turn green exactly like the wolf green eyeballs she witnessed in the jungle in Mesula.
“What did you just say?” He slowly stood up but she moved back in fear. His look is terrible as Alpha’s Mother stood up, She knows her son’s anger is terrible.
“Olcan” she whispered, trying to call her back but he was out of It.
“I’m sorry” the words escaped Phoenix’s mouth as he grabbed her neck in anger.
“You foolish human!” He mumbled not minding her gasping for breath, tears rolled down her tears and just like a sting, something sting into his hand which hurt crazily and caused him to let go of her neck.
“What?” He furrowed as he turned back to normal, he looked at her fathomless. What just happened? Looks Alpha’s Mother also noticed it but she couldn’t grasp what was going on.
Phoenix coughed out as she tried to regain herself, Alpha walked out of the room without saying a word while Phoenix looked at his back fearfully.

“What the hell is she?” He returned back into his chamber with a groan. Isn’t she a human? What the hell is she?
He stares at his hand which burns a little just by tightening her neck.
“Lucian” he called and Lucian appeared behind him immediately.
“Yeah Alpha” he bowed.
“I need you to find out what Phoenix is, I want to know everything about her, Right away” he ordered and Lucian nodded.
“Okay, Alpha” with that, he walked out of the room.

Edgardo looks at Layzal and scoffs.
“Why are you in the midst of humans?To kill them?” Edgardo queried but Layzal scoffed,
“Because I am a human too” he replied but Edgardo scoffed “No, you are not! You aren’t supposed to be with humans! What happens when you are thirsty, you kill them?” Layzal laughed hard because of her speech.
“What about you? You aren’t human too, why are you here? By the way, do you wish to save your princess or not?” He asked and Edgardo nodded.
“I want to, I must save her” he replied and Layzal smiled “great, we will be there at the coupled night, there will be red moon tomorrow night” he told him and that is when Edgardo furrowed.
“Coupled night?? You mean, they want to wed?” He asked and Layzal nodded,
“What?? No way!” He Exclaimed…..

Phoenix hissed as she walked past each palace corridor. Night has come already but she didn’t even know her way back to the room nor did she want to go because she was scared.
So she decided to walk around the Palace not until her stomach grumbled “d@mn! I haven’t eaten anything” she groaned holding on to her stomach. Suddenly, she stopped and sighed.
She looked down at the royal attire she clouded with.
“I h@të it here, I miss Camila and Mother. Layzal too” she mumbled but suddenly flinched immediately a hand touched her.
“Oh goodness!” She flinched moving back and that is when Ameera scoffed, sternly looking at her.
“Are you one of the maids? You can’t be, why are you dressed in royal attire?” She asked to remove the scarf she tied around her face as a disguise to leave her Chamber.
“Why are you asking me that silly question? Are you one of the maids? I’m sure, all the maids ought to show respect but why do you seem so rude?”
Ameera scoffed unbelievably,
“Are you talking to me? Me? Rude?” She scoffed but Phoenix rolled her eyes.
“I need to go” she was about moving away when Ameera seems to recognized her,
“You…you are the rumors Queen?” Ameera asked but Phoenix rolled her eyes ignoring her questions and about walking away but Ameera uses her strength to push her to the floor and she falls heavily down.
“`What the hell?” Phoenix groaned as she felt her leg twisted.
“Good, so you are the imposed Queen. So nice to meet but then, you are dying here without anybody knowing”
Phoenix blinks her eyes confused, what is she saying? Not until Ameera brought out a knife out of her dress and moved towards her.
“What are you doing?” She crawled back in fear but Ameera smirked “Planning to end your life so I can have my way……”
