“Mamma…..”The little child cried with a pale lips and the mother turned to look at him,her eyes was so red, obviously she’s been crying non-stop.
The husband was lying on the ground, with a bleeding shoulder,which looks so rotten and the smell coming from it was sure to make someone nauseous. Apparently,he was the one that took the dagger a week ago and they’re yet to treat his wound, maybe waiting for it to start developing maggots.
“What dear?”The woman asked the child,who only sniffed.
“Water….”He muttered and the mother felt a sharp pain in her heart as she watched his dying son, requesting for water while she did nothing,but only cry.
“Everything will be fine Austin! It will okay? Just trust me!!”Was what she muttered before pulling him into a comforting hug, stroking his silky hair.
The boy only closed his eyes tight as he swallowed emptiness,he was d@mn thirty for Pete’s sake!

Lena could be seen, sitting on the bed while pinging the keyboard besides her gently.
The bathroom door opened and Irina came out all wet,a big towel round her body while she dried her hair.
“Done already?”Lena lifted her face off the laptop and asked.
“You know I don’t waste time in there. Unlike you”She replied with a scoff and Lena chuckled before sipping her orange juice.
Irina proceeded into putting on her dress,but stopped suddenly when something crossed her mind.
Earlier today,she saw Ogla vomiting! She waved it off at first,but not seeing her in the house now is getting her suspicious.
“Something doesn’t feel right”She clicked tongue as she continued dressing, thereby getting Lena’s attention with her statement.
“What doesn’t feel Right?”Lena asked instead as she closed the laptop, giving Irina her full attention.
“I mean boss Lady. Don’t you think she lied to us?”She voiced out her thoughts and Lena exhaled deeply.
“Don’t tell me you still have a reason to doubt boss Lady?”Lena asked,it was obvious she was disappointed cuz her voice said it all.
“No really! But I’m kinda worried”she replied instead, buttoning her shirt and Lena sighed.
“Why are you worried?”She asked.
“Earlier today,I saw her vomiting and… Aishhhh! This doesn’t feel right”She shook her head and that only earned her a chuckle from Lena.
“What? You think it’s funny?”Irina retorted angrily.
“No! I don’t,but she might just be dealing with malaria and typhoid Yunno. Just wave it off Irina, Boss Lady wouldn’t break the sister’s oath. Remember what happened three years ago? The case of Laura?”Lena asked and Irina nodded slowly.
“Good then, if she could kîll a member cuz she broke the oath,do you think she’ll have the mind to do such? When she knows the penalty?”Lena questioned inquisitively and Irina sighed.
“Sometimes, one can do things without knowing. It might be a mistake you know”Irina said yet again.
“Gawd! d@mn it Irina!! Just trust Boss Lady for once and stop having this doubting spirit in you”Lena scolded and Irina bite her bottom lips.
“I’m trying to, though”Irina rolled her eyeballs and Lena chuckled.

Ogla froze on her spot,the moment she heard his voice! Is this what is called,the end of someone?
She’s completely doomed!! For real!
“You want to terminate your baby without your husband’s approval?”The shocked doctor blurted out, and Ogla’s throat only ran dry,she wanted to talk,but she kept opening and closing her mouth,with no single word coming out. It was More like she was temporarily dumb.
Mikhail’s almond eyes was glaring at her and she could feel her soul, leaving her body as she felt paralyzed, completely paralyzed!!!
Ogla’s hand slowly fell off from the doctors collar,who only twitched his neck before stepping back, going out through the back door,at least to give the couples some privacy.
“Tell me I heard wrong”Mikhail berated and Ogla scoffed loudly, finally regaining herself.
“You expect me to keep this thing?”She retorted, sounding annoyed and Mikhail chuckled.
“It’s no thing. That’s my child you’re carrying!”He almost half yelled and yet again, Ogla rolled eye like nothing was happening.
She wasn’t moved at all!!! Instead……
“And that’s why I need to get rid of it. I’ll never birth a cripple man’s child”Ogla thundered back and Ivan gasped lowly, covering his mouth with his palm.
“Who knows,I might end up birthing a crippled child”She continued, sounding so annoying that Ivan’s eyeballs kept getting bigger.
Mikhail only chuckled before smiling.
“So you’re getting rid of the innocent child cuz I’m crippled? Cuz the father of the baby is crippled and you think you might birth a child like me? Or you’re scared of the sister’s?”He asked inquisitively and Ogla gulped.
He was right! She wasn’t getting rid of the baby cuz he is crippled,but cuz she’s scared of the sister’s. She might have escaped from them the first time,but now she can’t escape from them if she keeps living under the Same roof with them, carrying this baby… So termination was the best.
“And who told you I’m scared of the sister’s? I made the rules,so I can choose when to break it and when not to”She scowled and Mikhail nodded.
“I know,just cuz you escaped once doesn’t mean you’d keep escaping from them. You might not be lucky this time”Mikhail uttered and Ogla scoffed loudly.
“You know what? I’m outta here”she berated, heading towards the door,when Mikhail grabbed her arm, pulling her back roughly.
“And you think I’m letting you go? So that you’d go kill my baby? You’re coming with me!”He said and Ogla immediately jerked off her hand from his grip, before landing a thunderous slap on his cheek,making Ivan to gasp yet again,but he dare not utter a word.
“Haven’t you done enough Mikhail Boris? Haven’t you? First,I broke the sister’s oath cuz of you and I’m in grave danger all cuz of you. Can’t you just comprehend it that there won’t be a thing between us? Not even the tiny! I’m a lesbian! Lesbian for Pete’s sake so just let me be”she shouted at the verge of tears,she was slowly going crazy.
Mikhail sighed as he pulled her More closer, making her sit forcefully on his laps.
“First, lesbian doesn’t suite you! Secondly,no matter how hard you try to hide the fact that you’ve broken the sister’s oath, you’re not escaping from the penalty cuz one day,the truth will be out in one way or the other and you’d be killed. Think about it Ogla, I’ll protect you from them”He grimaced, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear and Ogla immediately threw a punch on his face, but he waged it mid way.
“You can hit me anywhere wifey,not my handsome face”He chuckled and Ogla scoffed before standing up,then matched him roughly on the toe, making him groan.
“A crippled Man can not protect me,so tell that to the dog’s “i’ll protect you from them” “she said yet again, mimicking his last Statement, making Mikhail to grunt.
There she goes again! Must she really keep hurting him with her words?! Using his weakness against him? Gross!
“Your family….”
“Hey don’t…..”
“I can help you find them you know! I know you’ve been in search of your family for long, but cuz you’re occupied, assassinating… You couldn’t find them. But I can help you if you want”Mikhail said and Ogla scoffed before leaning closer to him.
“Hope this isn’t some kind of tricks?”
“And why would I? How did I even get to know about your family? That’s what you should ask yourself!”Mikhail smirked and for a moment, Ogla found herself lost in thought.
He is right yet again! She promised to find her parents,but she couldn’t cuz she was always busy,but yet this Man wants to help her? He’s crippled for d@mn sake so how is that even possible? Wait… He’s a Mafia! Damnit! How can a Mafia lord be crippled?
“Fine! Help me find them”Ogla accepted and a smile slowly crept the corner of his lips.
“On one condition….”He picked his word and Ogla groaned.
“Which is?”She finally found herself asking.
So far she gets to see her family,then she doesn’t care what the condition is.
“Live with me”Mikhail said without a blink or stutter,rather a Deep smirk was on his face.

All through the ride to Sicilian syndicate,the drive was a quite one and the Atmosphere was awkward as Ogla’s face was completely blank.
She was in Deep thought that she didn’t notice they’ve arrived his clan.
“Wifey…. We’re home”Mikhail announced with a smile and Ogla hissed loudly before getting down from the car,Ivan proceeded into wheeling Mikhail in while Ogla followed from behind.

After Ivan left for his room, Ogla stood up from the bed she was sitting on and began pacing round the room.
“What’s the problem wifey?”Mikhail who was removing his shirt asked,which earned him a h@tëful glare from Ogla.
“You’re my problem”She retorted and Mikhail sighed.
“I guess you’d soon adapt to me”he muttered, finally removing his shirt, leaving his upper body naked,his abs and six packs stood out perfectly.
“I won’t! The fact that you’re cripple annoys me most!”Ogla snapped, turning to him. She had her back on him,all this while.
The moment her eyes made contact with his abs and six packs,she gulped and immediately looked away.
“Can you stop saying that?”Mikhail snapped angrily and Ogla scoffed, without sparing him a glance.
“Does it hurt? I didn’t lie! You’re crippled! d@mn crippled!!!”Ogla said,but gasped when she felt a hand grabbing her roughly, before pushing her against the wall, caging her in the middle.
She gasped loudly,as she stared at Mikhail who was standing before her with wide eye,his eyes piercing into hers that she found herself gulping hard.
Isn’t this the same Man she always called crippled? How the heck was he standing right before her huh? Yes! Damnit! The baby must have started hallucinating things,cuz she wouldn’t dare hallucinate such an impossible thing.
“Ahhhh! Ogla wake up okay?”She laughed nervously.
“You’re shocked?! Aren’t you? I told you to stop saying that I’m crippled,cuz I obviously can walk!”He smirked, making Ogla’s mouth to hang open in total shock.
