Shane’s heart sank down in fear as she dropped the bombshell. His eyes bulged with his jaws widening. He stared at her and his throat couldn’t form a single word.
Tears were making their way out of her already red eyes as she stared at her with anger and a despicable stare.
Her eyes held a lot of passionate hatred, anger and betrayal.
“You killed them right?” She yelled after a long while of silence.
Shane opened his mouth to say something but again his throat failed him.
“I know I get why you rush out of the house the moment you saw my parents picture, you knew already? Tell me Shane?” She demanded, hot tears pouring out from her eyes.
“Y….Yes..” He replied with difficulty.
“But it wasn’t intentional, I didn’t know they were your parents, I was forced to kill them, I found out the day….We visited your uncle’s house” He said, his eyes becoming misty.
“Why didn’t you tell me the truth when you found out? Why did you lie to me? Why?” She shouted angrily.
“I was afraid…I was scared of facing you and telling you that I killed your parents, I’m sorry….
“I don’t want to hear that words, the man I have come to love in this world the most is the same man behind my pains, you asked Margaret to lie to me that she was the one sponsoring my education, you bought the phone for me, you have been lying to me, I fell in love with my parents killer…. Ahhhh” She wailed painfully.
“I thought they died in accident not knowing they were killed”
“Luke made it look like an accident, they were killed before their bodies were put in the car, the car that ran into them was a driverless car….Rona, I’m sorry, what I have to say won’t heal the hole in your heart” He sniffed.
“I lost everything because of your father and you, my parents were innocently murdered…I became an orphan….I passed through a lot….I h@të you” She cried, and he made to come close but she took a gun and pointed it at him.
“Come a step closer and I swear I will shoot you” She said seriously and he halted. This was different from the soft Rona he knew. She was a tigress now, a wounded and angry one.
“I h@të you….so much” She said and he felt his heart falling into tiny crumbles.
He started crying as his emotions took over him, full control and possession of him.
“I will never forgive you for this” She said and started rushing out of the house but he quickly held her arm. Rona swiftly turned like a wounded retaliative snake, she slapped his face loudly with a dangerous gaze on her face.
“Don’t touch me, don’t talk to me, liar, don’t come close to me and don’t look for me, you should have told me when you found out not me knowing by another person’s hand, you and your father will regret it” She snapped.
She rushed out of the house, and he kept standing there without going after her. His senses were off that minute. He has no right to talk to her. But how could he face her and tell her that he killed her parents? This is the most difficult thing he has met in his life.
He kept shedding tears as he looked at the open door, he was speechless.
Is this how he’s going to lose her? His biggest fear came to pass. She now h@tës him, it’s so clear in her eyes. He remembered how he made him to become a monster and an orphan made him shout angrily
“Ahhhh…… Luke!!!” His screams were mixed with tears.
His phone suddenly started ringing and he slowly took out the phone to see Luke’s number on the screen. His face turned dangerously wicked as he stared at the screen. He swiped green and his voice came out.
“Shane, you must have gotten the news already, she would probably have left you now, remember the couple you killed? Mr and Mrs Jimin, they are her parents, which girl will still love her parents killer? You need to come back to your senses, a mafia doesn’t do love, she’s not coming back to you, go back to being the devil you were, my son….
“Füçk you for calling me your son after murdering my parents and wiping away my memories” Shane said with a dark voice and he could feel Luke’s gasp.
“What!!”
“Shane Hwang from Itaweon, Korea, the family you murdered in the night, my twin escaped that night, you probably didn’t know I was a twin, I got my memories back Luke Williams, you made me believe I was half Korean, you killed my parents and turned me into a beast, you forced me to kill Jimin and his wife, my twin is back and get ready to face your own death” Shane said darkly.
“You can’t end me, you should be worried about your little lover, I know she left the house, do you care to go after her” Luke laughed, and Shane’s eyes widened. Reality hit him so hard that he ran out of the house immediately.
Rona walked dejectedly on the street as tears kept falling for her eyes torrentially. It hurts to the bone, this is the most painful thing she has come across in her life. She thought Shane’s wickedness was painful but this is the most painful. The man she loves most in the whole universe killed her parents. She loved him with everything in her, literally everything.
How can she face him again? Knowing he killed her parents. He is a son of the mafia and they killed her parents. How long was he planning to tell her? Forever? What if she didn’t find out? He would still be hiding it from her right? She felt betrayed.
“I h@të you Shane” She shouted, her voice echoing, and the night breeze drowning it in its glory.
Her eyes were bloodshot and so reddish like fire balls.
She kept walking with no aim when suddenly a car pulled beside her and seven guys came out and surrounded her immediately.
“Who are you?” She asked with a mean glare.
A guy grabbed her hand but she took her hand from him and grabbed him instead, she drew him close and raised him up slamming his back on her knee cap, his backbone cracked and he released a painful cry.
“Get her” Storm ordered and immediately a metal penetrated into her neck.
She looked back and saw a needle on her neck, she started feeling drowsy and sleepy immediately. She tried fighting it but she couldn’t. She fell on the ground immediately.
The guys bundled her up and placed her in the car before rushing away.

Shane had tears and fear in his eyes as he ran on the street, he first checked her house and when he couldn’t find her, he took this way.
“Rona” He kept calling but the only response he got was his voice echoing back.
“Rona!!!” He shouted as his heart kept racing madder.
He was lost that he couldn’t go after her, guilt blocked his senses when she left the house.
He kept running till he got to where she was captured and the first thing that caught his attention was the bracelet.
He quickly rushed there and picked it, tears ran out more as it suddenly dawned on him.
Luke got her, he planned this to distract him, he’s going to kill her if he doesn’t act fast.
His phone started ringing again and he picked up already.
“Can’t find her Lucifer? You are not my son and yes I killed your parents but you should be grateful to me. You can’t find her so don’t try looking for her even the greatest hacker in the world can’t track me not even Spider” He said, laughing scornfully.
“If I don’t kill you then I’m not Lucifer, I’m not Shane Hwang”
“I trained you myself, don’t forget that…
Shane cut the call and ran crazily home, he got into his car and faced the way to Jonathan’s house. He got there after a rough drive and barged into the house, startling them.
“Shane” Seth stood.
“She found out, Luke sent the video to her and right now….
“What happened to her?”
“Luke got her”
“What!!!” They gasped.
“How?? You trained her right?” Seth asked.
“She was heartbroken, she must let her guard down” Spider said.
“Let’s track him” Jonathan said.
“He’s not stupid, he won’t take her to the empire” Shane said and told them what he said on the phone earlier.
“Sh|t” Seth spat but still Spider sat on the computers and started operating the systems.
“Füçk, he has cut all connection, I can’t find a thing” Spider said and their eyes went to the screen.
“He found out about you, right?” Seth faced Shane.
“Yes, he won’t spare a second in killing her, I’m going crazy, I need to save her, I will die of double guilt if he kills her” Shane said restlessly.
“You need to calm down, let’s track his number” Jonathan suggested and got his phone.
He tried it but the screen turned black.
“He’s smart”
“We are going to the empire right now” Shane said and rushed out.
“Let’s follow him” Seth said.
“So tell me how much do you love my daughter?” Andrew suddenly asked and Valentine looked up together with Mandy.
“So much, words can’t describe how insanely I’m into her, we might start dating just some hours but I fell deep for her” Valentine said and Andrew smiled.
He asked Mandy to invite him over when she broke the news to him earlier and he liked him at first sight.
“Don’t break her please, if you are tired of her bring her back to me ok?” He muttered.
“Not in this life, I love her so much” He replied and he smiled.
“Take care of her, she is the only treasure I got left”
“I will cherish her with everything in me”
Mandy kept blushing as Valentine kept pouring out the sweet words from his mouth, their eyes met and she smiled widely.
“Cute” Andrew smiled.
“I love you daughter” He said.
“I love you more daddy” She winked and blew him kisses. Valentine smiled, he is so accommodating and simple, a father in-law he prayed for.
Angelique laid on his chest as she stroked his hair. She kept smiling as his scent kept hitting her nose.
“I love you so much” She suddenly said and he smiled.
“I love you more, no more a player” He sëxily uttered.
“Let’s not keep anything away from each other” She looked at him.
“Promise” He muttered gently and kissed her lips.
She moved her fingers down and interlocked it with his own. Their eyes met and they started smiling at each other.
“sëxy and tempting eyes you got, pretty @$$” He said naughtily and she giggled cutely.
“I love your lips”
“And ÇOçk too?” He winked.
“Baby” She gushed, and he laughed out loud.
“I got the most sëxiest boyfriend”
“I got the sëxiest, curvier and gorgeous girlfriend, I love your @$$ though” He replied and her cheeks turned pink.
She stood up from his chest and came on top immediately.
“I love you Tino” She said and without giving him a space she took possession of his lips.
His hands quickly grabbed the place he loved most…Her butts and a cute little Mõ@n came from her lips.
The dust followed the two cars throughout till it’s got to the empire. The opening of the gate got them alerted.
The doors opened and everyone came out.
Without saying a word to anyone they rushed into the empire, their eyes widened when the choking silence hit them. A graveyard can be more soundful than the way the empire was. No single life in sight, not even a bird.
The empire was completely deserted and ahead of them was a headless person dwelling. They moved closer and saw Shaw’s head separated from his neck.
They left the outside and went inside, the same result, everywhere was silent.
Shane rushed into Luke’s chamber and met it emptiness. He knew he would come here so he relocated immediately.
“He left” Seth said behind him.
“We have to find his next location”
“We have to be fast if we want to save Rona” Spider said.
“Venom” Shane suddenly said.
“Tried her number but it’s switched off, he probably switched off all their phones, I will get the signal once a call is made” Jonathan said.
“I must save her tomorrow or it will be no more” Shane muttered tearfully, and Seth hugged him sharply.
