The car came to a halt in front of a magnificent hotel making Mandy wonder what he was upto.
“We are here sir” the driver announced cos they were taking to long to step down.
“Yeah I’m aware” Adams mumbled walking out of the car.
Mandy chuckled stepping down as well.
“You go first” Adams mumbled earning a glare from her.
“Must you remind me everything? I know what I need to do!” She snapped at him.
“I’m sorry” he mumbled walking after her.
They both walked into the hotel walking straight to the receiption desk.
“Sir everything is ready, I will ask someone to take you there” the receptionist told them before picking up the cell phone beside her.
“He will be here shortly, please be patient s little bit” she mumbled finding it hard not to stare at Adams.
“Gawd” Mandy mumbled in discomfort, the people around would’nt stop staring at her, she could feel their eyes all over her.
“Can people just control their selves for once?” She thought glearing at them.
“Here sir!” The security waved at them.
“Thank gawd I almost died of heart attack, their glears were something else” she told Adams who chuckled.
“You should have told me so I can pop out their eyes” he muttered.
“Please don’t spoil this fun for us, just mind what you say to me” Mandy chipped in to his surprise.
“What did I do wrong?” He thought shrugging his shoulder.
Mandy Almost bumped into a lady who seems to be coming out from the direction they were headed.
“Adam’s!” The lady gushed happily jumping on him.
“Chandler, it’s been long, where have you been all this while?” Adams asked disencouraging from the hug, Mandy glears were too strong to be ignored.
“I haven’t heard from you or Either sis, I really miss you guys” the Chandler lady jibbered.
“Yeah, have been really busy lately” Adams told her.
“Why are you here and who is this lady beside you?” She questioned glearing h@tëfully at Mandy who only scoffed.
“This is Mandy my seventh wife” Adams said before he realized he just did.
“What? Seventh wife? Meaning my sis has six co wife? That’s much!” She mumbled faking a smile trying to hide her annoyance.
“Where’s my sis by the way?” She asked shrugging it off.
“She’s at home, why are you here?” Adams asked.
“Well I came back yesterday, I came to see a friend, I’m spending the week with you guys, I wanted it to be a surprise but you just ruined it” she pouted.
“It’s never too late you can go back and give her a surprise visit” Adams told her.
“I’m going, have fun” she gleared at Mandy before storming out.
“And who was that?” Mandy questioned.
“Oh..that’s Chandler, Amanda’s younger sis” Adams jibbered smiling like a fool.
“Oh really? That’s Chandler, Amanda’s kid sis, look at you!” Mandy mimicked.
“What do you mean?” Adams questioned.
“You should have seen the way she was glearing daggers at her self of course it can’t be me” Mandy jibbered annoyingly.
“I’m sorry about that, you don’t have to mind her, she’s still a kid” Adams defended.
“A kid? You still call that girl a kid? You must be kidding! If not for the fact that you are married to her sis you would have also married her!” Mandy fired.
“It hasn’t gotten to that you know” Adams tried to calm her down.
“Let’s get going! I no longer want to continue this pretence with you!” Mandy jibbered and began storming out.
“Mandy Wait, wait up” Adams chased after her.
He managed to catch up with her outside the building.
“Please Mandy, you can’t just leave like this, let’s settle things out please” Adams pleaded.
“I have nothing to settle with you! Let’s go!” Mandy snapped walking past him.
“Sis!” Someone called beside her making her turn to look at who it was.
“Tasha!” She gesped.
Tasha rushed towards her kneeling in front of her.
“What’s all this? Get up you are embarrassing me!” Mandy snapped pulling her up.
“I’m sorry for everything I have done to you, I was only being decieved by my mom, but now I have turned a new leaf, please Forgive me” Tasha pleaded.
“It’s okay, you can stand up” Mandy mumbled.
“Thank you” she replied wiping her tears with the back of her palm.
“What Happened why are you out here with your belongings?” Mandy questioned.
Adams stood still staring at the sisters.
Tasha told her everything that transpired between them.
“I’m so sorry about that, everything is gonna be fine trust me” Mandy jibbered pulling her into a tight hug.
“Thank you sis! I will be forever grateful” Tasha sniffed.
“You don’t have to worry, you can stay with me from now onward” Mandy jibbered.
“Really?” She asked in bewilderment.
Mandy nodded.
She hugged Mandy again.
“Come on let’s get going!” Mandy muttered helping her with her bags.
Adams who had been listening to their conversation waved at her.
“Hi” he waved.
“Good evening” Tasha waved back at him.
“Can we go home now?” Mandy blurted.
Adams nodded walking ahead of them.
They both followed.
The car pulled into the compound halting in the car pack.
Tasha would’nt stop chit chatting Mandy who always laughed at her funny behavior.
She would always demostrate with her hands making funny faces.
The ride was fun.
Adams stepped out since he was seated at the front seat.
Mandy walked out as well followed by Tasha who would’nt stop staring at the hugeness of the house.
“Wow!” She muttered in disbelief.
“This is huge” she thought smiling.
The driver helped her out with her stuffs dragging it in.
The rest of the wives were seated watching a movie, Amanda and her sister were at the other end checking out the stuff she came with.
“Don’t tell me he’s gotten another wife” Anita muttered making them all look up to stare at Tasha.
Chandler frowned glearing at Tasha.
“You again?!” She yelled calling everyone’s attention.
“Sis that’s the girl that rejected brother Nicholas today!” She jibbered turning all attention to Tasha.
