He thought his wife and daughter’s death was a natural one,not knowing someone had a hand in it.

Victoria has left already, after she was satisfied with what she did.

Sorrowfully,he got up and got his phone,calling the police right away.

Annika was given oxygen immediately she was brought in. It’s nothing serious though, it’s just a temporary shock attack, that she will overcome very soon.
She hasn’t woken up yet though, but she’s totally fine, according to the doctor.
“How’s she?” Derek asked,as he, Dalton and Roland walked in.
“The Doctor said she’s alright. We are just waiting for her to wake up,that’s all” Dexter answered,caressing her hair.
“Haa! Thank goodness” They gave a sigh of relief.
“I’m so sorry,Sweetheart” Mina said.
“You’ll be fine, Annika, the Doctor has said so” Verity said.
“You’ll be fine,my love” Janice said too.
Sana is sitting close to Annika, rubbing her hands.
“Hmmm, I am really short of words, Roland. I still can’t believe you did this for me,for her,in fact for everyone.
The women were so happy when Dexter brought Annika in.
And when he told them Roland is the one who saved Annika, they doubted him, but later believed when they saw that he wasn’t joking about it.

“It’s fine,baby. It’s me your Boo Bear,okay?? No one is ever going to hurt you again… It’s okay” Dexter said, hugging her.
The moment she heard Boo Bear,she started crying, hugging Dexter tied.
“They wanted to kill me,Boo Bear. They injected me poison.
“It was so painful, and it made me black out each time they injected it into my body.
“I’m so scared,please save me” Annika cried,clinging so tight.
“I am sorry,okay? But you’re safe now,and nothing will happen to you” Dexter rubbed her back soothingly, as she cried on his shoulder.
While still on that,she started crying again.
“My baby! What happened to my baby?” Annika cried, touching her stomach.
“What happened to my baby!” She screamed.
Dexter held her tighter this,and kissed her softly,stopping her from screaming and stressing herself.
“Your baby is fine. It is Safe,Sound and Healthy. So there’s nothing to worry about” The Doctor said,coming in.
“Wh…what”? Annika stuttered, wiping her tears off,immediately.
Everyone was quiet,saying nothing. They were all shocked to hear that.
“Doctor,are you sure about this. Is our baby really fine?” Dexter stood up,and asked the Doctor.
“I am sure of what I’m saying, Mr Dexter. Even I was shocked.
“The poison didn’t affect the baby at all. It is sound and healthy” He said again,and Dexter widened his eyes.
“Ahhh!!” They all screamed out of excitement.
