“Good morning,Mr. Dexter” Mr. Gray,one of the the Manager from K.S.C Company greeted Dexter warmly.
Dexter is currently at their Company, he actually came for a meeting,and it has begun already.
“Good morning,Mr. Gray. Good morning,everyone” Dexter greeted with respect and a smile not leaving his face.
They all nodded,and smiled too. They are only three of them(THE MANGERS) though. With Dexter,making four.
“We don’t want to waste anyone’s time,nor ours. So,let’s start” The second Manager said.
“Okay. So,we’ve been wondering, Mr. Dexter.
“How do we work with our employees? I mean,keeping them happy and satisfied” He asked.
“Well,if we want our employees to be happy at work,we need to make sure that we offer them opportunities for continuous growth. In my questions, I try to get them a bit further beyond their comfort zones.
“The goal for them is be challenged,but not overwhelmed. I want to push them to do better than they are doing, take up new challenges, but also offer them support when needed” Dexter replied confidently and proudly.
Satisfied with Dexter’s reply,the three Managers looked at each other,smiling broadly and nodding their heads.
“Proud to hear this,Mr. Dexter.
“What are your top priorities, and if granted the opportunity, would you like to expand your Company to one not just producing wines, but different kinds of drinks. Or even a bigger brand,and not just within the city,but all over the world” Mr. Gray asked this time.
“Definitely, it’ll be a great opportunity,that has been my dream,and I’m working towards achieving that. My top priorities.
“Quality customer service
“Managing employees
“And,implementing a good market plan” Dexter replied brilliantly, yet again.
Mr. Gray and his co-Managers couldn’t just stop smiling and staring at him.

“Thank you,Mr. Gray. Thank you all” Dexter said gratefully, sharing hand shakes.
“You’re welcome, Mr. Dexter. We’ll get back to you soon!” They replied happily.

“How did it go,Boo Bear?” Annika asked. She’s currently in Dexter’s Office,comfortably sitting on his laps.
Her perverted Boo Bear asked her to sit,though.
Yes! She came to work today, but with persistence, cos Dexter didn’t want her to.
“Kiss me first,I’m hungry” He replied, smirking.
“Hungry? People eat food,good food,when they are hungry, not kiss” Annika replied, rolling eyes.
“So,you don’t want to kiss me? I get it now,you don’t love me anymore” Dexter replied, acting if he’s sad.
“Yea,I think I’m in love with someone else, and he loves me too” Annika replied, acting serious too.
“What! It seems that person wants to die! You’re mine,and mine alone. Whoever wants to die should talk Sh|t about love,with my Fiancee, and see hell on earth” Dexter flared,and Annika laughed.
“Awww” Annika gushed,playing with his hair.
“My Boo Bear,prince charming,night in shining amour, the love of my life,my one in a million,the father of my unborn baby, my cleanest Baby.
“My Disaster Klein” Annika said, and like a baby being praised, Dexter started smiling cutely.
“You know I love you,and can do anything for you,right?” Annika asked,holding his face.
“Of course, Baby and I love you more. But,can I get my kiss now?” He asked,looking at Annika funnily.
Annika laughed and nodded,leaning in immediately to kiss him.
They pulled away after some seconds, with Dexter smiling like he just won a contract.
“Thank you,Heartbeat. I’m full now” He said,licking his lips, sèxily.
“Pervert!” Annika slapped his shoulder, and he laughed. She started laughing too.
“It actually went well,just hoping for the best,though” He finally answered her question. He’s talking about the meeting he went for.
“I trust you,Baby” Annika pecked him. She suddenly caught sight of her ring,and she blushed.
“It’s so beautiful” She said,running her fingers on it.
Dexter held her hand, kissed it,the kissed the ring too.
“It is,Ann. But,not as beautiful as you are” Dexter replied, and carried her,placing her on his desk.
He bent a little, to the level of her tummy. He then raised her top a bit,and began rubbing her tummy soothingly,after which he kissed it.
“I think your baby bumps are starting to show now” He said,kissing it again.
“Ohmigosh, Boo Bear!. It’s too early, don’t you think?” Annika chuckled,as she stared at his face.
“Mmm? What do I know about pregnancy? I only know how to drill hard,and bad” He stretched the word”bad” naughtily, and Annika bursted out laughing her heart out.
“You’re extraordinarily crazy,Dex” Annika said,making them both to laugh.
His phone beeped,while they were still laughing.
He picked it up immediately,and checked what’s up.
It’s a message from Roland,telling him that he’s at their dad’s place already.
“Let’s go,Baby” Dexter said,helping her to get down from the desk.
“Where are we going?” She asked,shrugging.
“I told you Roland wants to discuss something with all of us,at my dad’s. Forgotten that already?” Dexter said,and she slapped her forehead.
How could she have forgotten that?

“Heartbeat, you’re eating too much of this ice cream, I think” Dexter said,as they walked out of the ice cream shop.
“I want more,please” Annika replied instead. Ignoring what Dexter just said.
“Did you even hear what I said?. d@mn! You’ve had four cups already,just how many minutes of being in there” Dexter chuckled.
“Give me my ice cream” Annika collected the bag containing ice cream, running to the car and laughing. Dexter ran after her immediately, laughing too.
But,before he got to the car,he saw Victoria at a corner with a weird masked guy, surreptitiously discussing.
“Wait,isn’t that Roland’s mom?” He asked no one in particular. He tried to get closer to be sure she’s really the one,but they weren’t there anymore.
“Hmmm” He hummed,got in and drove off instantly.

“Oh,my love. I was so happy when Verity told me about your engagement.
“Your naughty Fiance couldn’t even tell me about the engagement. Permission to spank him,please” Janice jokingly said to Annika who kept giggling.
“Permission granted” Annika smirked, staring at Dexter. Dexter gasped, and pouted like a baby. When Annika saw that, she began laughing.
Janice chuckled at that too, then gave Annika a motherly hug.
“Congratulations,darling. Mom is is really happy for you” Janice said,pinching her cheek lightly.
Annika smiled, and said thank you.
“Congratulations, daughter-in-law” Robert said too,grinning happily.
“Thank you,father” Annika replied,smiling also.
“Congratulations,baby” Janice turned to Dexter and said. Robert said same too,and Dexter replied warmly, hugging them both.
“You came so quick” Roland said,as Dexter sat gently on the sofa,beside him.
“I’m eager to know what my brother has to say,yunno” Dexter replied, and Roland chuckled, but sadly.

They were all seated as food,and drinks were served already.
After taking about three spoons of the meal into his mouth,Robert spoke.
“What is it you want to tell me,son?” He asked,gulping a glass of water down his throat.
Roland waited for him to swallow the water first,before speaking, so he doesn’t choke. Cos he knows the bomb he’s about to release,and it’ll surely throw him off balance.
He closed his eyes,and took a deep breath first.
“Dad,promise you won’t be mad and do something harsh ” Roland said,now getting everyone puzzled.
“Okay…but,what’s going on? What are you about to say that can possibly get me mad?” Robert asked, calmly.
“Please, just promise” Roland pleaded, a tear almost dropping down his cheek.
“What’s really going on here? Speak,Roland! Did something happen to your mother?” Robert asked,his voice a bit raised.
“Calm down,Love” Janice said, rubbing his chest gently.
“I am not your son,I have never been.
“My mom doesn’t even know who my real father is,she pinned the pregnancy on you because she could tell who my real father is.
“I am a bastard” Roland said.
The clock paused,the food paused, the air paused,everything paused, and everyone paused!!
“What!!!” Robert stood up,and banged the table thunderously. Some of the glasses and plates fell off,breaking instantly as a result.
