•THREE DAYS LATER~ MORNING•
🎤IRIS&ATTICUS 🎤
Everyone can tell you how it’s always said than done, others will try to change your mind and make you wanna run, but you want it and you need it like you need to breathe the air, if they doubt you just believe it that’s enough to get you there.
Both Iris and Atticus sing along while jumping up and down, Atticus held tightly onto the spoon in his hand as his microphone while Iris has a fork with her.
Before they could finish, Scarlett jumped into their middle and took the song from them

“Put it on loop, Mommy put it on loop,” Iris shouted happily
“We have school,” Scarlett replied and took the fork from her, Atticus gave her his spoon.
“But I want more….”
“Come on, little girl…” Atticus was still saying but she cut him off
“I’m not 3, I’m four and half,” she pouted, crossing her hand on her chest
“Okay, big girl, we will continue after school,” he said and she looked at him
“Promise?”
“I cross my heart,” he replied and she jumped excitedly
“Thank you, big guy, Mommy, Mommy let’s go, it’s school time,” she ran into the kitchen
Atticus chuckled and turned to leave to see Tiffany by the stairs staring at him, he rolled his eyes and walked past her. After what happened in the restroom they haven’t spoken to each other except when it’s needed.

•IRIS SCHOOL•
“Scarlett,” Ivy, Iris’s teacher called.
“Hey, have you thought of the offer? They called yesterday requesting for her,” Ivy said pointing at Iris
“Oh yeah,”
“Mommy, are you gonna send me away?” Iris asked in her cute little voice.
Scarlett quart to her level before placing a soft kiss on her forehead, then she kissed both cheeks before cupping her face.
“Can a person leave without a heart?” she asked
Iris shook her head negatively
“you have my heart, how can I leave without you?” she said more in a question and Iris hugged her.
“I love you, Mommy,”
“I love you to the moon cutie-pie, more than I love myself,” Scarlett pulled away.
“Now run along, you don’t wanna be late,” she said and Iris ran into the school premises while she stood and face Ivy
Meanwhile, a black Van packed not far from the school building, the glass rolled down and Stella’s face popped out
“She even has a daughter, wonderful,” Taking out her phone she quickly snapped countless pictures of Iris together with Scarlett then she smirked
“Let’s see how it goes,” she grinning before telling the driver to speed off

“Don’t tell me you’re rejecting the offer,” Ivy said unbelievably
“I just did,”
“Scarlett, this is a lifetime opportunity…..”
“You mean sending my daughter away?”
“No, she will be fine with them, and besides it‘s not only her but other kids are there too…”
“I want my baby to leave a normal life like a normal kid, I will not sell her for money and allow them to use her as an experiment…”
“It’s not an experiment….”
“Shhh, I’m still talking, Iris is my kid and I’m her mother. My child my rules, her life my decision, my care, and as the mother I said NO! This conversation is over,” Scarlett said seriously
“Alright,” Ivy nodded, slowly she turned and went into the school
Scarlett’s phone beeped and she checked to see a message from Hudson, her lips curled into a smile
{SURPRISE ME }
“Surprise him as how? She frowns her brows and quickly puts a call across him
“I told you to surprise me not call,” came his muscular voice that always turns her on
“Surprise you as how?” she asked confused
“Figure that out yourself,”
“You’re paying for it???”
“Does everything you do have to revolve around money?” he asked and she nodded as if he could see her
“Yeah,”
“Just surprise me,” he needed the call.
“I will just sell one of his cars,” Scarlett shrugged walking down the street unaware that she was being followed.

•THE BILL’S MANSION•
A maid walked out of Fiona’s room with a tray of food, Mrs. Bill’s stared at her blankly
“What happened?” She asked she was already dressed as if going somewhere
“She said she’s not hungry ma,” the maid replied
Mrs. Bill’s nodded
“Drop it in the kitchen then,” she said walking over to the door.
The maid went into the kitchen and Angelina stared at her
“Did she eat?”
“Nah, she said she’s not hungry,” the maid replied
Angelina walked over, she checked and truly Fiona didn’t even touch her food
“She hasn’t eaten a thing for three days now,” another maid said
“I know right, she’s suffering herself,” another one added
“Are you people gonna gossip or get to work?” Angelina scolded
“Sorry head maid,” they all chores

Fiona just lay on her bed, facing upward when her bedroom door cracked open
“What now?” She groaned not even bothered to know who it was
Angelina dropped the tray of food ok her bed, she went over to the other side and lay beside her
“I didn’t say you could lay down on my bed, you guys need to stop worrying about me, I’m perfectly fine,” Fiona said even though she knew that wasn’t true.
She’s tired of their pity.
“Well, I’m here now,” Angelina replied, she looked at Fiona only to see her still staring at the ceiling
“I was R@PED at 14,” she suddenly said and Fiona swiftly glared at her
“Nobody knows and I want to take it to my grave but, I guess we are even,” She smiled
“By hoodlums?”
“Nah, my uncle not only that, I came from a family where the female child has to say yes to their parent’s wishes, At 19 I was married off to a man I never loved, they told me that with time I will love him and ……” She paused and inhaled deeply
“Well I did, and he left 8 months after Molly was born….”
“But why?”
“He said he fell out of love and had fallen in love with another,” she replied, blinking none stop
“But Molly said her Dad died,”
“I made her believe that,”
“But why would you lie???” Fiona asked, looking up at her face
By now Fiona’s head was on her arms as she stroke her hair gently.
“You can remarry my Dad,” Fiona said jokingly and she laughed out loud
“That’s ridiculous, come on, you have to eat something,”
“I’m not hungry…..”
“I will tell you another story,”
“Promise???”
“Yeah,” She replied and Fiona sat up, Angelina pushed the tray forward with a smile on her lips

•STARLIGHT INSTITUTION•
The big field was covered with students as the principal gave his speech, Tiffany who was among the crowd stared at Atticus and he wasn’t even looking her way
He has been avoiding her and her pride won’t let her talk to him, Scarlett told her that she was wrong to call him names but she won’t admit it.
“I would like to call out your host Miss Sophia Black,” the principal rounded his speech and stepped down
The whole crowd became as silent as a graveyard as Sophia made her way to the stay
At her right-hand side were the masters of starlight, Atticus and Felix who stood gallantly on the luxury chair with the supreme reward on their necks, they dress different and every student respects them
On her left her hand was the intermedia Master, you have to pass them before getting to the masters while at the other angle were the principal, teachers, and professors of Starlight
“Thank you all for having me, as you all know, I have been sick and you have eyes to see my head,” she said pointing at her bandaged head
The crowd laughed
“Well, today we will announce those that will be leaving Starlight to try other institutions and those that will be warned to take their studies seriously, this school is for the brains, we train leaders, not losers, and I will like to start from the Masters,” she stopped and looked at Felix and Atticus
🗣️ She can’t possibly disqualify Atticus, his family owns the school”
🗣️ I know right,”
🗣️ She can’t disqualify Felix cos he’s a straight-A student,”
🗣️ So, who’s it gonna be?”
🗣️ Atticus is like the foundation of the school,”
Murmuring filled the air as they anticipate who she will disqualify, they know Sophia is always serious when it comes to academics, and her silence is terrifying.
“Atticus Anderson, you have been disqualified,” she released the bombshell to the shock of everyone
🗣️ What!!!”
🗣️ know, she can’t do that?’
🗣️ She just did,”
🗣️ But why?? His family owns the school”
“You can’t do this,” Atticus yelled standing on his feet, he was beyond shock, like how could she do that to him? His family owns this school and why will she embarrass him like that? He’s Atticus the Great, things always work out his way so what is different now?
“It’s done,” she replied sternly
Right there and then, Atticus was stripped off his title, Another Professor (Mayor) took his badge and honor reward. He was asked to step down which he did.
Sophia faces the noisy crowd
“Silent!!” Came her loud voice
Everywhere became calm, not like they are scared of her but she has a certain reputation.
“I will not accept any form of misconduct from anybody. If you will not keep up your grade then stair light is not for you, and for those that have made C minus their hobby, I will not accept it. The open space for masters is available to anyone, you could be the next master, it could be you… you… Or you….”
“Professor, what is the meaning of gynecology? Since you think you know it all?” a student shouted in the crowd
“You’re not qualified to ask me a question,”
“You have to answer,” another person shouted
“both of you are B minus students, if you want to test my intelligence then get A+ or A++ then come and try me,” Sophia said shutting them up.
She went on to call those that will be dismissed from starlight and those that will be given second chances.
Sophia walked down the hallway going over to her office, she came across Oliver but pretend not to see him.
“Professor Sophia,” he called after her
“Busy and please keep your distance,” she muttered without sparing him a glance.
She walked into her office and he followed
“My fake wife wants a divorce?” he said and she shot him a glare
“Why?” she returned her gaze to the file on her desk, going through it.
“she said I’m not hot, and I’m weird and not up to her standard. Can you please stop ignoring me? ” Oliver said all in one word
She was silent
“You said we are friends, friends don’t snub each other…”
“Use the door,” she ordered, pointing at it
Oliver sniffed, blinking back tears.
“What did I do wrong?” he thought silently.
“I’m sorry if I did something wrong,” he uttered hoping she will call him back, he missed her so much.
Her smiling face and gentle voice, the way she talks with him and makes him feel special, all that was gone.
With a heavy heart, he walked out, fighting back tears
Shortly after he left Kavin entered with a dangerous smirk lingering on his lips
“Sophia my love, I love you very much so why can’t you love me back?” He asked walking towards her
“What do you want this time??” She asked

•ROOFTOP•
Atticus closed his eyes with his head resting on the wall behind him, he has his headphones on while listening to MAKE IT SHINE by Tori Vega
After it was introduced to him by Iris, he kinda likes it.
He suddenly felt a presence and opened his eyes only to see Tiffany coming his way
“Hey, I umm….. I’m sorry,” she apologies picking on her nails
Atticus scoffed and rolled his eyes
“For what? We are not friends anyway so who cares?” He said rudely
Tiffany was silent, for some unknown reason she missed their fight, truly they weren’t best of friends but she’s used to fighting with him.
“Nevermind,” she turned to leave but what he said next made her stop
“Do you really mean all those things you said about my d_1ck and I?” He asked, taking a few steps forward, he stopped behind her
“Do you really h@të me that much?” He added
Turning around Tiffany’s hands landed on his rock-hard chest, slowly she looked up at his face only to behold his gaze on hers.
“Do you??”
“Ummm… I….”
“So there is nothing good about me?” He asked again, moving closer that she find it hard to breathe, his body scent was hitting her nostrils so hard.
“Just one thing,”
She glared up at his face then looked away
“Well,” she gulped
“You’re handsome,” She didn’t know when it left her mouth, on hearing that Atticus went closer, pressing his body against hers. His d_1ck rubbing her entrance.
She couldn’t move, she could have just pushed him away and walked out. What and why did she even come up here? He was having so much effect on her that she couldn’t move an inch, it was as though her feet were glued to the floor.
“Just that?” He pulled her closer by her waist, sliding his hand under her dress, his softly palms ran diligently on her soft skin sending shivers through her.
His warm and cozy embrace sent a tangling sensation through her, that moment her brain stopped functioning.
Her needs to be touch erupt like a volcano, her body began shaking. She has never felt this way all her life.
She was weak and that’s what he wanted, to compel her.
“Tell me,” he whispered in her ears before kissing her neck.
“Do you h@të me so much?” His lips brushed against hers making her knees crumble.
“Y…. you… you started it,” she stuttered, but it came as a whisper, desire written on her face with lust in her eyes. She long for him.
He smirked.
“Don’t you think it’s time we start acting as husband and wife?” He asked, thrilling his hand to her neckline.
“W….what are you….. Doing… Doing to me???”
