“What do you want?” He said through gritted teeth glaring hardly at her.
“Now you’re talking” Seraphina smirked as she watched the hard look on Jonathan face.
It doesn’t really concerns her. She has to get what she wants and he was the only available option.
“I don’t know what you all see in that girl but that’s not my business. The only thing I am against is if she cross my path then I will crush her” Seraphina said and demonstrated it with her hands.
“You don’t have to involve her in this. What do you want?” Jonathan asked again.
“I want you to mate that girl” Seraphina said and Jonathan eyes widened.
“You know I can’t do that. I don’t even have powers for that. It’s not possible so what are you saying” He said his voice loud.
“I know and that’s why I will take you to a sorceress who’s capable of possessing you with a Demon” Seraphina suggested.
“I can’t take that risk knowing the consequences of it. If you wanna talk then you’re free to do that” He said and left..
“It’s not over…. I’ll make sure you succvmb to my wishes” She yelled as he went.
“What’ll I do now. Think Seraphina think” She said to herself but nothing seems to be entering into her head.
“He was my only hope but he’s proving stubborn. What did she do to them all” she asked herself and then hissed before marching to her room.
Today was a bad day for her.

It was as if Leroy charmed her after the kiss because she couldn’t just get it out of her mind.
And she was giggling happily about it like she just won a lottery.
She was not in the room again because she was trying if she’ll locate where Soraya is since she was bored.
She then saw her cat from far away walking away and she followed it. The steps was fast but she tried her best to catch up with it.
The cat followed another route and she was starting to wonder if it knew where it was going.
From where she was she saw as the cat stopped in front of a door and she narrowed her eyes as the paws gently pushed the door and it opened.
The cat went in but didn’t close the door very well giving Echo the opportunity to see why it went there.
Her curious nature hasn’t left her as she went to peep from the open space cause her mind wasn’t in support of her making an entry.
From where she was looking she saw as the cat transformed from an animal to a a very beautiful lady with long dark hair and a pretty slender body.
The front view of the person wasn’t visible to her cause the back was facing her. The lady was dressed in a long black dress that was sweeping the floor.
Echo couldn’t believe her eyes. What she just saw was real. She blinked her eyes so many times to check if she was hallucinating.
But she wasn’t…
“She is a very hard target since all the three brothers seems to be in love with her. ” Echo heard a familiar voice from the room and as she guessed it to be Seraphina.
She didn’t know why she wasn’t surprised of the fact that Seraphina was talking with someone strange who just changed from a cat to a human.
Maybe because if she was capable of poisoning her without feeling remorseful then she would be able to do other things.
“I have also being able some few things in the castle and with all I have learnt. I think this is the best time to carry out my plans” The cat- human said.
That was what Echo presumed her to be.
“I can’t wait to see her cry begging for mercy. Her face looks too innocent to be true” Seraphina said with hatred.
Echo could guess that they were talking about her but she didn’t know why. She had never for once offended Seraphina or any other person in her life so why were they thinking of ways to kill her.
Echo couldn’t take it any longer and then she barged into the room taking the two surprised.
“I Know you’re a witch for you to be scheming of ways to get rid of me but just know that no matter how hard you try you won’t get me” Echo said fiercely.
“And you, you’re her spy right. You faked to be a harmless cat so you could also kill me but it won’t happen. I won’t let you” She also said and before they could blink their eyes, she was already rushing to Seraphina.
She took her hands to Seraphina hair and she dragged it so hardly almost threatening to pull the hair off the scalp.
“Hey what are you doing. Let me go” Seraphina cried but it was like an unknown strength was in her cause the force she was using to drag the hair was extreme.
Seraphina could not take the pain anymore and Echo was not ready to let her hair go, she began crying. Tears were literally coming out of her eyes.
“Next Time this will tell you not to mess with me. I’m not an easy target” Echo said pulling the hair more harder and then some strands of her hair pulled away totally from her hair and she released a loud cry.
“Please let me go… Arrrggghh…” She was feeling the great pains and she had to result to begging.
If care wasn’t taken, Echo was capable of pulling away her whole hair from her head and she couldn’t bear that.
Echo turned after remembering the other person but she was no where to be found, seems she escaped.
Angrily she let go of Seraphina hair and pushed her to the floor where she fell.
“I don’t wanna stain blood in my hands that’s why you’re still living and I don’t wanna imagine you with a bald head. It would be an awful sight for me so just take it that I pity you” She said and then huffed before leaving.
After she left Seraphina hair was scattered all over her face, “Arrrggghhhh” she screamed that it was heard all over the Castle.

Soraya went to look for Echo in Jonathan’s room and then she saw Jonathan in there and she turned to leave.
“Have you seen Echo” He asked and she turned back to him.
When will she get used to this his handsome face?
Why can’t he just like her just the way she does and always find it hard to meet his gaze.
“I also came to look for her seems she is not here” She replied. She had to clear her throat before she could speak so that she wouldn’t stutter.
“Okay thanks” Jonathan said shortly and Soraya felt a little hurt.
He didn’t even see her as anything. Her face turned sad as she left the room and then bumped into Echo which made her look up.
“Ohh Echo” She said.
“Where were you all day? I was looking for you” Echo asked and Soraya faked a smile.
There was nothing for her to be happy about since the person that she had been crushing on since childhood doesn’t even spare her a glance.
“What’s wrong with you. You’re behaving dull. ” Echo asked her.
“Nothing. Let’s go Maybe you can brighten my mood if we get engaged in something” Soraya replied.
“Why don’t we go to the library. I’m sure there’s one. I’ve always loved reading while I was at home” Echo said and intertwined their hands.
“There is. Let’s go there if that’s what you want”.
Soraya led her to the library that was at a different part of the castle. When they went in, the library was looking a little dusty.
That’s means they hardly go there.
“This place is not conducive for reading maybe we’ll just take the books and then go back to the room and read it there” Soraya said and Echo concurred to what she was saying.
“What kind of person do you think your sister is?” Echo suddenly asked and Soraya turned to her.
“You mean Seraphina. She’s just arrogant and rude. She loves to get wh@tëver she wants but I don’t blame her she just grew to be like that and my parents didn’t even complain so who am I….. Why do you ask?”
“Nothing. Lemme go look for a book” Echo flashed her a smile before going to the shelves to look for a book.
She was moving from shelf to shelf but none has been able to catch her interest.
She tried to pick a book from the top of the shelf but while doing so another book ended up falling down to the floor.
She picked the book up from the floor and what was written at the book was;
