JEALOUS HUSBAND
Anna stared at the hamburger in front of her and smiled as she remembered Elmo.
“I miss him, I miss him so much!” She muttered and a tear dropped from her eye.
“Gosj! What’s wrong with me?” She asked herself and made to wipe her tears but someone else beat her to it.
“Hey, you okay?” He asked and Anna sighed.
“You shouldn’t have done that!” She scolded him.
“I only did that because I see you as my friend now. You see I don’t have any friend here” Constantine said.
“Why?” She asked.
“Because most of them especially girls are after my looks” He muttered.
“And what made you think that I’m not among those girls?” Anna asked as she took a bite of the hamburger in front of her.
“You, you are different..” He said and smiled while Anna nodded.
“How do you know?” She asked him and he abruptly stood up and leaned closer to her and immediately Anna’s heart skipped. He smiled and then wiped the stains of the jam off her lips.
“You had this on your lips!” He whispered to her and Anna swallowed hard as they stared directly into each other’s eyes.

Anna immediately looked away.
“Thanks..” She mumbled and Constantine smiled.
“You act like you are scared..” He suddenly said and Anna furrowed her brows.
“What?” She asked.
“Yeah, from what I have observed, you seem a little tense or are you scared of someone?” He asked with a hint of tease in his voice a d Anna sighed. She was getting fed up and frustrated of everything and everybody.
“Excuse me, i need to use the rest room..” She said and walked away rolling her eyes.
Constantine laughed and placed his thumbs on his lower lip caressing it gently.
“Well! Axel has such poor taste, always with humans but she’s quite interesting and there’s something odd about her. I feel this strange aura round her like she possesses some special abilites or powers!” He thought.
“I’ll find more about you Anna. You are my greatest tool in bringing Axel down!” He said with a smirk.

Axel was in his room working on laptop when his phone rang. He picked up the phone and answered it without even checking who the caller was.
“Yes..” His cold voice said.
“Sir, we are watching your wife as instructed but..”
“But what?” Axel askedsnd furrowed his brows.
“You know fully well that I don’t like to be kept waiting!” He warned.
“There’s a strange guy that keeps on following her about and we took his pictures..”
“Okay, send them to me ASAP!” He said and hung up.
He stared into space and sighed.
Soon his phone beeped and he immediately checked it. His eyes widened and the next thing he did was to crash his laptop. He flung it and it broke
“The hell!” He said trying to keep calm but he was too angry to do so. He immediately took his phone and dalied Leonel’s number who immediately picked up the call.
“Axel I..”
“Go and bring my wife back now!” He said closing his eyes.
“What?
“d@mn! I said go bring back Anna now!” He thundered and ended the call trying to keep calm.

“What did Anna do this time?” Leonel mumbled to himself as he drove hurriedly into the college.
Sighing he ran in, straight ahead to Anna’s classroom though it looked like they were on break.
Thankfully for him, he saw her walking with a strange guy and his eyes widened.
“Could it be the reason?” He asked himself.
“Anna!” He called and she looked over to his direction immediately.
“Leonel” She muttered.
“Oh! He’s here too and still alive. Leo, long time no see..” Constantine thought. Leonel immediately walked up to them. He pulled Anna by her hand and whispered to her.
“Who’s he?” He asked.
“He’s a friend..” She replied him.
“What?” Leonel said taken aback.
Is she a fool or something, how could she make a friend just a few minutes of staying in an environment.
“Hi..” Constantine waved at him and Leonel nodded. He just didn’t feel comfortable with this guy.
“He’s C..”
“Connor..” Constantine completed and Anna stared at him surprised.
“But you told me just now that you are C..”
“Connor..” He said staring deep into her eyes and immediately something flashed in Anna’s eyes and she nodded.
“Yeah, he’s Connor, my friend..” She said with a smime and Leonel sholm his head.
“Come on!” He said and dragging her away.
“Why?” She asked surprised.
“Your husband requests your presence..” He told her and her eyes widened.
Gosh! She knew it! She was in for it today!

Anna fiddled with her fingers nervously as she got down from the car. Something huge was going to happen today. If she had known that he was serious she would have not even talked to the guy.
“Anna, I warned you, didn’t I?” Leonel said and she nodded.
“Just be ready to face his wrath. One thing Axel h@tës is being disobeyed and he never jokes with what his. You are his wife not anybody else!” Leonel said and patted her head in order to comfort.
“Leonel!” They heard a voice growl and they both turned to see it was Axel.
Anna swallowed hard immediately while Leonel immediately dropped his hands.
Anna moved closer to him with her heart beating fast.
“Axel I.. ” But she couldn’t complete her statement when he carried her and immediately vanished from the living room.
