Swati keeps crimping her hands and watching from the small hole of the door, as Marcellus was being treated by a physician.
“Why did you do it Swati? You haven’t solve the problem at her and yet you added to it. You are so stupid Swati, so stupid” Swati said hitting her head.
“This is why you keep getting transfer to different masters because you’re always acting like a witch. I wonder if he is okay?” Swati said to herself, peeping through the small hole.
She sees the physician coming towards the door with Marcellus and she quickly took to her heels.
“Don’t tell my father about what happened to me” He said, finally coming out from the room with him.
“Fine I won’t. But did you mistakenly fell and hurt your head, because your injury looks like you were hit by something” The physician said.
“I didn’t get hit, I actually fell and hurt my head. You should head back so nightfall won’t meet you” Marcellus said.
“Fine I will. But how are you coping here in Maelstrom?”
“Is the same as it is in succie kingdom, except for the rumors that the third son of the king is a demon” Marcellus said.
“Really? Will you be okay tutoring the youngest prince” The physician asked and Marcellus smiles.
“Yes I will. I heard from Prince Jai that he’s being separated from them, so is safe in the palace, but don’t tell my father about it” He said.
“Noted. And now that you are free from your strict father, you should do the things you want and be happy” The physician said.
“Fine I will. Go ahead now” He said with a smile.
“Alright Marcellus, have fun” The physician said and leaves.
Marcellus looks around. “Where did that little witch go?”

“Huh? Marcellus wants to see me?” Swati asked Jaya when Jaya informed her that Marcellus was looking for her.
“Why? Why is he looking for me?”
“I don’t know Swati. But what happened to Marcellus, he didn’t have an injury when he came back from the palace” Jaya said.
“I don’t know” She mumbled, thinking about how to face Marcellus after what she did to him
“But you both were the only ones in his room. He claim he fell down, but I doubt he did, what happened to me?”
“Aish!!! Can you stop bugging me!!! I just told you I don’t know!!!” Swati shouted at her, Cuz Jaya was frustrating her the more.
“I was just asking a question, you didn’t have to shout at me. Anyways Marcellus seeks your present now” Jaya said.
And Swati ruffled her hair taking in her lips, before going to Marcellus’s room and sees him sitted.
“Greetings my Lord” She said.
“Really? I didn’t know you can greet” Marcellus said.
“Of course I do, I know how to respect my master” She said and Marcellus hits the table, making Swati’s heart skipped a beat.
“Are you seriously going to act dumb after what you did? You took 70 coins from me claiming a house that wasn’t yours and as if that was not enough, you almost send me to my early death” Marcellus said.
“I’m sorry. I was just scared of going to the chief judge of Maelstrom. I’ll be flogged, that part scared me and that’s why I used the vase on you. It’s never going to happen again” Swati said.
“Fine. I won’t handle you over to the Chief judge of Maelstrom. You can have the extra 5 coins I gave to you, but return the 65 coins you took for a house that’s not yours” Marcellus said and Swati takes in her lips, crimping her fingers.
“What are you waiting for, give me back the money you took from me… Okay, fine. Let’s say you have eaten part of it, return the rest”.
“That’s where the problem lies Marcellus. I spent all of it” Swati said in a low voice.
“What!! You spent 65 coins in just 2 days, maybe I should really take you to the chief judge of Maelstrom” Marcellus said and Swati quickly falls to her knees.
“Please Marcellus don’t take me there, he’s really harsh in giving his judgment, I don’t want to get punished… In exchange of squandering your money, I’ll do anything you want” Swati said bowing her head to the floor.
“Really? Anything I want?” He asked. Swati raised her head from the ground and looks at him, nodding her head.
“What’s your name?” He asks.
“Swa… Swati” Swati answers.
“Alright Swati I won’t take you to the Chief judge of Maelstrom, but just know that you are so in for my trouble” Marcellus said with a creepy smile.

⟨ PALACE OF MAELSTROM ⟩
Lot of noise filled the meeting room of the palace, as the ministers of Maelstrom talks to the king, Akim, Queen Anjali’s brother wasn’t exceptional, infact he was the one that led his gang to talk to the king about Cheng.
“A lot of people experienced what Cheng was capable of doing. If you had exiled him from Maelstrom, the drama he played at the ceremony won’t have happened” Akim said.
“Our kingdom is the talk of other kingdoms, do you have any idea how embarrassing it is to have a demon living among us”
“The people of Maelstrom are afraid, thinking that Cheng is going to hurt them while they’re sleeping”
“He should leave Maelstrom for Good. He’s not qualified to be a member of the royal family”.
“Kill him right away your Majesty, he is demonic”.
King Osvaldo got tired of their naggings and hits the armrest of the golden chair he was sitting on, making all the ministers looks at him.
“I won’t sit here and watch you insult my son!!” He shouted at them.
“The kingdom is unsafe and you are not doing anything about it” Akim said.
“And how is it unsafe? Have Cheng entered your house and killed any members of your family? No, right? Cheng is not dangerous like you all claim. And let me ask you this question, if one of your sons were possessed by a demon, will you have just killed him without a second thought? If any of you can kill your son because of the demon inside him, step forward and I won’t hesitate to kill or exile my son just like you want” King Osvaldo said.
The ministers looks at one another, without stepping out.
“You see, none of you can fo it and yet you want me to do something so cruel to my own son!!!” King Osvaldo shouted at them.
“You are the King of Maelstrom, your Majesty, so you should do the right thing, by making your people happy” Akim said.
“You are right, I am the King of Osvaldo and I’m going to make my final decision right here and now. If any of you ever bring the idea of exiling my son again, your children will be the ones to be exiled or killed.
“Your majesty, you are making a harsh decision” A minister said.
“I know I am, and you all pushed me to the limit of making this decision. Cheng is my son and I won’t ever exile him from Maelstrom. If you are too scared of living in this kingdom, you can go to other kingdom and live, have I made myself clear?” King Osvaldo asked with all seriousness.
“Yes, your majesty” They all chorus bowing their heads.
