⟨ THE FOURTH MARRIAGE REJECTION ⟩
Tatiana enters the house and sees her mother sewing her torn (Tatiana) robe and Tatiana quickly rushed to her, taking it from her.
“Mother, you should be resting. Why’re you stressing yourself?” She asked.
“I found out that your robe was torn. My illness has made me neglect you, so i just wanted to sew it for you” Her mother said, Tatiana sighs and sits beside her.
“You didn’t have to do it mother. I was planning on sewing my torn robe in my leisure time. The herbalist doctor said you need lots of rest so you can recover quickly” Tatiana said.
“Fine I’ll. How was the lantern festival?” She asked and Tatiana smiles.
“It was great mother and I made a new friend” She said smiling.
“You made a new friend apart from Swati?” Her mother asked and Tatiana nods her head smiling.
“Yes Mom. His name is Cheng and he’s the third prince of Maelstrom”.
“You met the third Prince of Maelstrom?”.
“Yes I did. He’s friendly and handsome too. He has a charming smile and I think I have fallen for his charms” Tatiana said giggling.
“Aren’t you too young to be talking about that?” Her mother asked.
“I stopped thinking about being too young after I met Cheng today. He promised to marry me mother” Tatiana said smiling.
“Don’t hold on to that Tatiana. You both are still too young and as you get older you will know better about what love is” Her mother said.
“I don’t think my heart is ever going to change” She said.
“Really?”
“Definitely” Tatiana said and laughs after she said that. After having her night shower, she puts on her night robe. She looks at her mother and she was already sleeping.
Tatiana covered her properly, she went to the window and opens it quietly so she won’t wake her mother up. Her eyes met with the crescent Moon in the sky and she smiles.
“I hope the full moon appears so I can be able to see you again Cheng” She said and continues looking at the moon smiling.

⟨ THE PALACE OF MAELSTROM ≈ CHENG’S CHAMBER ⟩
The crying voice of Cheng could be heard as he squat on the floor, looking at the dark powers that keeps appearing in his hands.
He was back to his normal self and thinking about what he did earlier, made him cry the more.
“What is going on with me? Why is this dark power appearing in my hands?” He asked himself as he cries the more.
He was still crying when King Osvaldo, Queen Anjali, Thiago, Queen Vanya and Narmada attends his chamber, Waylon didn’t come with them, because he was still unconscious.
“Father” He said standing up to his feet and they snuggled backward fearfully.
“What happened to you earlier son? Why did you suddenly turn into a demon?” King Osvaldo asked.
And Cheng shakes his head as more tears falls down his eyes.
“I don’t know father. Something strange entered into me and I acted aggressively” Cheng said.
“Liar. I knew from the first day you were conceived that you’re nothing but a cursed child” Queen Anjali said.
“I’m not a cursed child” Cheng said crying.
“Yes you’re a curse child and that’s why you transformed into a demon and almost destroyed the palace and killed some of the palace maids and bodyguards. You’re a demon and a murderer” Thiago said.
“Thiago!! Stop saying that to your brother” Queen Vanya defend Cheng.
“Don’t tell me you’re going to defend him after what he did. You saw what he was like earlier, right? He was a demon and your son is laying unconscious in his room and you’re still defending that demon”. Queen Anjali said.
“There must be something behind why he was like a demon earlier, we should find out what it is, instead of calling him a demon” Queen Vanya said.
“Find out what it is? You yourself saw what he was like earlier and in no time he’s going to transform into a demon again and you dare say we should find out what is inside of him? Well I’m going to tell, Cheng is a cursed child and that’s why his dark powers are manifesting now. I suggest he should be separated from us, before he kills us all” Queen Anjali said.
“Father, Mother is right. Cheng should be separated from us, he should be kept in the faraway side of the palace and forbidden from going near the main palace” Thiago said.
“That’s so cruel from the both of you. How can you suggest he should be kept in the faraway side of the palace, doing that to him is like kicking him out of the royal family” Queen Vanya said.
“For the first time since I was born, I’m going to take Queen Anjali and her son’s side” Narmada said.
“Narmada!” Queen Vanya said.
“I’m sorry mom, but I can’t allow Cheng to be in this palace after seeing what he’s capable of doing. He almost killed my brother, despite how nice Waylon was to him” Narmada said.
“I didn’t mean to do it Narmada” Cheng said with tears in his eyes.
“Wh@tëver Cheng, you’re still a demon” Narmada said.
“My King, Why are you not saying anything? Cheng should be separated from us before he goes wild again” Queen Anjali said looking at Cheng h@tëfully.
“Father, I didn’t mean to hurt anyone. I feel like someone was controlling me earlier and that’s why I did it” Cheng said crying.
“Don’t try to buy the king with that fake tears of us, someone was controlling you because you’re indeed a cursed child. My king, I know you love Cheng, but think about your other children too. Cheng might go wild again and try to hurt them or even my unborn child” Queen Anjali said.
King Osvaldo looks at Cheng who was crying silently and clenched his fist.
“Father” Cheng said hiccupping in tears, King Osvaldo looks at him but quickly looked away, trying not to look at him.
“Queen Anjali is right. You should be separated from us” The king said.
“My King, You can’t do this Cheng. He’s just 13 years old, how do you expect him to cope alone in the faraway side of the palace” Queen Vanya said.
“That’s the right thing to do for the benefit of everyone. If he stays close to us, he might just cause Havoc and you can tell everyone in the palace already h@të him. Go to the faraway side of the palace Cheng and from henceforth, you’re forbidden from entering the main palace or leaving your isolated place” King Osvaldo said.
“Father” Cheng said crying.
King Osvaldo gulped hard and leaves Cheng’s room.
“Serve you right demon” Thiago snickers and leaves with his mother who smirked at Cheng.
Queen Vanya tries to go close to Cheng, but Narmada held her hand.
“Let’s just go mother, before he use his demon power on you” Narmada said.
“Narmada” Cheng calls her crying, but Narmada throws him a h@tëful glare before leaving with her mother.
