Heren stare as the maids move towards her,these people don’t look a bit like a maid at all.
They are all of different beauties and even her beauty can’t be compare to what this man just called maid.
She swallowed the lump in her throat and tried to smile and definitely not look scared cause they clearly aren’t human.
“By the way,who are you guys?”she tried to act ok “demons,why did u ask? His highness didn’t tell you?”one of them replied her as they lead her towards her room.
“His highness?? Who?”she asked confused “she’s asking too much, she’s just a lowly human,i Wonder why his highness brought her here”one of them splat annoyed by her many questions.
“Hy! Don’t blame me,i have the right to ask and how dare you call me lowly human? Just because you have magic doesn’t mean you are superior”heren frowned.
Yes, she’s scared, really scared but she won’t let a lowlife maid speak to her in such manner. To her,they are just maids even if they are pretty or have powers she doesn’t.
The maids clearly aren’t expecting her to fire back so quickly and they share looks then continue walking without a word.
“What is his name by the way?”she asked ignoring the look they shared just now.
“If the man is really a royal then they won’t hurt me since I’m his guest,i should at least know a few things” she thought to herself.
“He’s the ruler here,the king and his name is …”one of the maid was saying but another shot her a glare.
“You know his highness h@të it when we call him by his name”she said quietly as if scared he will hear him even though he’s no where around them .
“I’m asking not like I’m going to disrespect him,just tell me”heren said cluelessly and they shared a look again.
“Fah’n”the maid whispered quietly that heren had to lean closer to hear it and even read her lips.
Suddenly a gust of wind burst out of nowhere and slam the maid to a nearby wall and she cough out blood making heren gasped.
The rest of the maids seem to know what this means and quickly get on their knees and heren stood in shock trying to figure out what’s going on.
She couldn’t believe a strange force just slammed the maid against the wall “I’m sorry your highness,i told her because she was curious”the one slammed against the wall begged but heren didn’t see anyone.
The atmosphere is tense and brought along a strange and frightening aura and heren felt her knees weakened.
Where the hell is she? How did she end up in such a strange place where being curious alone can bring such disaster?
After a while,the maids stood up and the aura mysteriously disappeared from the air but the tension is still there.
“See what you caused! Mortals always cause trouble for us,they are always curious”the one slammed against the wall shot her an angry glare.
Heren flinched back in shock at the sudden change in the girl,she was the sweetest among the rest but now heren is scared by the sudden outburst.

Jake and Juliana walk all the way back to his chamber but instead of going to the bed or sit on the sofa in the room,jake pull juliana to the wardrobe.
“Do you want to change?”Julie asked obviously confused but jake simply smile and push the wardrobe and surprisingly,it moved so lightly.
A dragon shaped button showed up on the wall and jake press it hardly then take Juliana’s pinky finger and placed it on it.
The button mysteriously shone a bright red light and he smile “it recognize your blood now,your pinky finger can open it now”jake said still leaving julie in confusion.
She wanted to ask but a rectangular hole that suddenly appeared in the wall stopped her and get her attention.
Jake spin the little wheel that popped out of it and the ground shook a little bit then a door appeared and opened revealing stairs that lead down below the ground.
“This is my secret place,an underground apartment,i made it somehow with my powers, let’s go down”he smiled and push the dragon statue next to them on the stairs and the door closed at once.
They walk down into the so called apartment and julie gasped at how large the place turn out to be.
“My demon like heat so i often come here”he said “are you saying there’s no air in here?”julie asked .
“Surprisingly no,there is but i can easily block it off if Valdez wants only heat”he replied then took his time in showing her around the place .
“This place look a whole Noble family compound and house,so large with so much luxury and many rooms”julie smiled.
“This place will serve as a good way of hiding in case anything happens and i was unable to help or maybe i died”he sighed after the last word .
“What do you mean?”julie suddenly seem alerted “father is old,he might die anytime soon, Micheal will be the next king then since he’s the crown prince,he can choose which prince to be executed,which one to be reduced to a commoners and which one can remain in the palace and trust me,he won’t think twice before ordering my execution “he said and faced her.
“So,you showed me this place so that one day if Micheal really became the king and ordered your execution then I can hid here?”she asked calmly and he nodded.
“And you think i will??”she asked again and jake stare at her not quiet getting where she’s going by asking those questions that seem rather rhetorical.
“My mom is weak, Michelle is too young, lila might act all silly but she’s a good person,my brother Quan is also going to be affected”julie stopped him.
“Brother?”she frowned “yes,his mom is a concubine and he’s like a brother to me, executing a prince won’t go well,it often leads to war and this is why i showed you this place,the time might come when i won’t be able to protect my love ones and i want you to do it for me”he held her hands in his.
“Promise me julie,pls…i don’t know how this happened but you became a part i don’t want to ever loose even at the point of death and this place will keep you safe when that day come”he paused and look straight into her eyes .
“Pls Julie”he said softly”jake…. I’m a warrior, I’m not scared of death,and won’t come hiding if a day like that should ever come,i Will rather die with you than come in here and hid”she smiled.
“And also,we just got married,i don’t want to even think about something like this,we will fight together if the need arise and none of us will die”she stood on her tip toes and plant a soft kiss on his lip.
She wanted to make it a brief one but when she decided to move away from him,jake pull her back and kiss her back hardly.
She almost lost her breath as he kisses her and refuse to let go securing her tiny body into his broad chest and holding her firmly by the waist.
He slowly lift her up and she quickly wrap her legs around his hips to avoid falling down and jake deepened the kiss.
Her hands wrapped tightly around his neck while he use his left hand to hold her to himself while kissing her,the other hand exploring her soft skin under her clothes.
She gasped and let out a loud Mõ@n in between the kiss as he felt his rough palm cup her left B@@b in his hand then pinch her nip*les.
He release her lip and let them catch their breathe before kissing down to her neck and this time slowly moving towards the bed in the chamber they are in.

“How do i know this is the truth? How could she kill her family just because she’s obsessed with jake?”the first queen frowned.
“This is the truth your majesties,heren really killed father and mothers”holah said,his eyes bloodshot but he’s definitely trying his best to calm down.
“Where is she now?”the king asked “she escaped your majesty “haron talk this time around and the king frowned.
“You can go back to the preparation for your parent’s burial,i will send the gaurds to find heren,she won’t be able to leave the empire anyway “the king said.
The two former princes bowed and thnaked the king before leaving and as soon as they did,the queens faced the king.
Milla,the first queen and Michael’s mom was the first to speak “i think there’s nothing you are needed for here, it’s their family issue and they are mere captives “she said.
“Yes,do not send out my son to such a pathetic search, that’s ridiculous,you conquered their kingdom and now they want to be making requests??”pamilla who is Annis and nobee mom said frowning too.
Queen Nuna also support them but queen jah was strangely quiet “well,jake is the one who brought them here so he should solve this”queen nuna look at jah but she care less.
Her opinion never matters here anyway and they always make the decision so why should she make things worse for her son by trying to defend him here?
“Yes,you are right,jake will take care of this then”the king concluded and dismissed his queens and well,not without sparing jah a meaningful glare.
