Kalinda looked around and everyone was waiting anxiously for her reply, how can she get intimate with this jackass??
“Can you help?” She asked in her mind, speaking to her immortal being
“No,” it replied and she closed her eyes
“But I know someone who might,” it added and her face lit up as if talking to someone
“Cyprus,” it added and
“He will start lingering around me at all times and I don’t want that,” Kalinda said in her mind
“He’s the only one that can help you right now,” it added and Kalinda took in a deep breath
Draco was losing patience already, he turned to the people watching them
“It seems the woman of her words doesn’t want to keep to her words anymore, kill the filthy Hunter,” Draco said
“Wait,” Kalinda shouted and everyone stare at her
“I’ll do it, but before that, I would like to call a special guest who would like to witness this special moment of mine,” she said
The crowd started murmuring
“Silence!!!” Robin yelled and everyone kept quiet
“Call whoever you want to call and make it quick,” Draco said and she nodded
“Wait,” he quickly added staring at her
“Don’t think of calling a witch cos magic doesn’t work here,” he said and laughed
“I would like to call Cyprus, the supreme Lord of immortals,” Kalinda said
Everyone looked around and nothing happened, they waited for a few minutes, and still, nothing happened
Robin and Draco threw themselves on the floor laughing off their @$$
“Are you normal, you just called the legendary Supreme Lord of immortals, have read so many books about him,” Camilla said and Kalinda maintain a straight face
“Of all the people you could call,” Robin laughed hitting his hand against the floor repeatedly
“Where is your legendary Supreme Lord of immortals?” Draco asked laughing but the smile on his face vanished immediately after he heard a deep cold voice
The voice alone sounded like a clap of thunderstruck
“Over here,” A magnificent looking guy stood behind Kalinda in a golden dress
He had golden trousers and a golden sleeve shirt that is buttonless, his abs were killing
Draco fainted instantly
“Legendary Cyprus….” Camilla fainted
Xavier who was coming over there froze in his sport, Cyprus dress Sparks reflecting the sun in the sky
He gently turned to Kalinda who has a straight face
“You called me my lady,” He said gently
“I’m not your lady and I called you just so you could witness this sweet moment of mine,” Kalinda said as she slowly walked to Draco
“Wake up let’s get busy,” she slapped him twice and he woke up
Immediately he saw Cyprus he fainted again
“I guess the game is over,” Kalinda said going over to Hunter
Getting close she made to carry him but Xavier offered to help, Kalinda carried unconscious Camilla as they walked out of the place
“It’s been years, I thought you won’t miss me baby doll,” Cyprus said
Kalinda kept quiet
Kalinda and Cyprus used to be lovers, being the supreme Lord of immortals Cyprus doesn’t age like humans, they fall in love and Kalinda’s mother didn’t approve of it
She was so against it that Kalinda cut all ties with her but something happen between them, something that made both of them furious
Something that made Cyprus chase her all over the world with the thought of killing her but she manage to escape his wrath
After she recovers from their conflict he started coming close to her again but her mother stood In the way
He has tried to make her forget what happened in the past but no matter how he tried she won’t forget that horrible past
“Daughter of the great priestess Habita, I thought your mother will never fall,” he said and she looked at him with furry
She kept quiet
“Can you talk?” Cyprus asked getting pissed
“Go away Cyprus, I have nothing to say to you,” she said and walked into Hunter’s house slamming the door behind

“What happened?” Matilda panicked immediately after she saw them
“What happened Is that you took a king and forget to tell him the truth about his life,” Kalinda replied
“He’s just a boy, he’s no match for King Tyrone” Matilda shouted
Waking Camilla and Hunter up
“He has a destiny!! It is his destiny!!!” Kalinda shouted back at her
“Who are you to decide a man’s destiny?” Matilda asked sharply
“It isn’t me, it’s the prophecy, king Tyrone is becoming more powerful everyday and people in the midlands are losing their lives and freedom and you keep him here,” Kalinda shouted
“Damned prophecy! I have done my part and right now am trying to protect my child…..”
“He’s not your child! he is a king, the one true king the last hope of mankind and if you won’t tell him what he needs to know then I will,” Kalinda said almost yelling
“Mother wait a minute, what king? What are you both talking about? Who?” Hunters asked with his bloody mouth
Xavier and Camila exchanged glances and held their mouth
“She’s not your mother….”
“He is my son,” Matilda cut in
Kalinda scoffed and nodded
“Are you telling him the truth or should I?” Kalinda asked staring at Matilda
“What truth, what’s she talking about? What do you mean by she’s not my mother?” Hunter asked all in one word
“I believe you know and have heard of King Tyrone, I doubt if he’s a man and not some twisted wraith of evil whose aim is to shatter the dreams of humankind. many years ago a great priestess spoke on his deathbed, the birth of a new King that will be his doom, this child shall be born of him. King Tyrone wasn’t the true king, his elder brother Simon was. His brother rule all the North empire and across the border, he was a peaceful and good king until a nation raises against him, he trusted his little brother Tyrone enough to hand his crown over to him, King Simon went in front of the battlefield and Tyrone ordered his assassin’s to kill him and they did. he killed his brothers only child with which is the heir to the throne but he couldn’t kill his wife, she was so young and beautiful, he proposed married but she declined it so he forced himself on her and Lock her up in his secret chamber,”
“He continues having his way with her till she became pregnant, King Tyrone killed many people and crush their dreams within a twinkle of an eye, when the Priestess told him about the prophecy he was restless and he demanded the queen your mother’s head but her maids already took her away from the secret chamber,”
“By the grace of god, the Priestess reached out to Matilda, the woman you have to grow to know as your mother, she told her about the prophecy and she watched her till the day you were born, your mother died the minute after you were born and the sun went in, the sky darkened as the moon shine brightly in the sky, the stairs in the heavens came out to testify of this child,”
“King Tyrone learned about this child through his Witches and wizard power that he ordered his army to take down all children from 6 years old to 0 years old but with the help of the Priestess Matilda took you to safety, that’s how she brought you here,” Kalinda explained
Hunter sat up and looked at her, he shook his head and look at his mother before taking his gaze to Xavier and Camila
“Mother she’s lying, right? I can’t be this king or wh@tëver right? You’re my mother right?” Hunter asked
“Yes,” Matilda mumbled
“I know it, I can’t possibly be the child this is fantasy, I h@të fiction cos it’s just a made up lie,” Hunter said and lay back in the bed
“She’s telling the truth,” Matilda said and Hunter quickly sat up
“Mother….”
“Am so sorry hunter, I love you very much, I was so stupid to think that this day will never come,” Matilda said with tears
“There is no time to cry, bring the map that will take us to the lost crown,” Kalinda said and Matilda nodded
She went over to her drawer and brought out a folded paper with shaky hands, it off her hand and Xavier picked it up
He opened it and looked at it before looking at Kalinda with a confused look
“It’s blink,” He said
“It will be a blink in the hands of men but In The hand of the king it’s a map,” Kalinda replied Camila peeped and she too didn’t see anyone
“Read it,” Kalinda said and handed it over to Hunter
He looked at it and back to Kalinda
“Is this some kind of trick or something? Look this is a blank paper, listen am not part of this fantasy, okay? cut… Cut… Who is the camera man? please cut, am not part of the acting,” Hunter shouted looking around
“Be serious,” Kalinda said with a straight face
“Listen am……”
“Just read it!!” She snapped and hunter flinched
“You didn’t have to shout,” He said and fixed his eyes on the paper
“Focus,” his mother added
Hunter kept looking at the blank paper in his hand and it slowly started changing, he looked closely
“Only the chosen one can read the words of the prophecy,” he read out loud, he looked at his mother and then at Kalinda
“Wait, did I just read something?” He asked shocked, he didn’t believe it, it is a blank paper then how come he can see and read through it??
“Is that all?” His mother asked and he shook his head negatively
He focuses back on the map
“All the villages both the one I know and the one I have only heard here and I can see it clearly,” he said pointing at it
Everyone was silent just so he could concentrate
“The key to the sword and crown of the one true king can only be found at the back of the protector and inside her holds the power to stop all evil,” he read out loud, and almost immediately Kalinda fell to her knees with her head bowed
Her sword in her hand
leaving everyone in shock
Xavier’s eyes went into his head and came back out, spite dropped from Camila’s mouth and Hunter thought it was a dream
