SAME NIGHT ~~~ PALACE
Kalinda slowly opened her eyes and looked around, she gently sat up but then she felt something holding her hand, she looked down to see the chain holding her
Then all the memories of how king Tyrone used the screaming voice of Hunter came running into her head, she gently touched her neck but she quickly removed her hand cos of its hotness
“Hey, are you still there,” she asked trying to communicate with her immortal being
Her immoral being didn’t reply
“Hey, can you hear me?” she asked again but it still didn’t hear
Kalinda lowered her head and closed her eyes
“Am gonna die anyway,” she muttered but then she heard a sound
She slowly looked up to see a night wisp blinking its light at her, she smiled lightly and made to reach out to it forgetting that she has a chain on her hand
“Argh,” she winched when she suddenly felt pain in her hand
The night wisp blinked twice making some noises, Kalinda deemed her eyes and looked closely at it
“Are you trying to tell me something?” she asked staring at, it started blinking its light repeatedly with sounds coming from it
“I can’t hear you, what are you saying?” she asked and the night wisp flew over to her shoulder
“My friends, I don’t have any friends,” she suddenly said and looked at her shoulder
Kalinda blinked twice shocked
“Did I just hear you?” she asked and the night wisp blinked its light twice little sounds coming from it
“Oh, c’mon, was just surprised that I can talk to a creature, not like you’re that important anyway,” she replied and rolled her eyes
The night wisp left her shoulder instantly still making noises
“Am not rude, well I don’t know how to be friendly that’s just it,” she said staring at the creature
“Apologize for what? I did nothing wrong besides why are even you here, you said something about my friends…. wait, is it Hunter, Xavier or is it, Camilla? Only these once are my friends,” she said and the door suddenly burst open, she looked at the door only to see king Tyrone who was staring dangerously at her
She turned to look at the night wisp but it was gone
“Good thing you’re gone,” she muttered
King Tyrone took steady steps toward her and she stared at him with nothing but rage, he could see her body shaking as he approach her but she didn’t care, she will be dying soon.
“You finally decided to wake up,” King Tyrone said when he get to her
She Scoffed
“Thought you’re gonna kill me?” Kalinda asked smirking
King Tyrone went closer
“You have no idea….”
“You keeping me alive simply means that you have an abundance of caution towards me,” Kalinda cut in and his eyes darkened
“You have bear the burden of your powers for too long and it’s time I lifts that burden from you, it’s time to use it and help my people, in three days you will be no more,” King Tyrone said going over to the door
“I shall not be touched by you or anyone,” Kalinda shouted and he stopped without turning to look at her
“Lock her up in the last dungeon, and whip her until she lost consciousness, no one is allowed to visit her till after three days, pick out the best men and get the strongest whip I need to see her blood when pulling down her pu$$y walls,” King Tyrone said and went out of sight
Kalinda was dragged away from there and getting by the door her eyes widened immediately she saw Viola, no wonder why she never trust people, so Viola is a traitor, the guards dragged her out heading to the torture room
Viola took in a deep breath and gulped and walked away

TORTURE ROOM ?
Screams of agony could be heard coming out from the torture room as the heavily built men lashed their whips at Kalinda’s back
Her back was ripped open by the whip and blood is gushing out, at first she wanted to bear the pain but it was unbearable, two men that are five times her size were lasing at her
“Witch,” one of them said and whipped her with the two-headed whip
“Argh,” she cried out, her mouth covered with blood
Another person lashed at her instantly
“Arggghhhhh!!” she screamed, her both hands were tied upward and she was wiggling around in a cycle
The other person made to whip her but the other person stopped him
“I think she needs a punch,” one of the big guys said and punched her tummy
“Argghhh,” she screams in agonizing
“Why not just kill me?” she muttered with blood dripping from her face to the floor
an unannounced slap landed on her cheek and everything went black, as if that wasn’t enough, another big guy walked in and others moved away for him
Getting hold of the whip, he lashed it at her cutting through her skin and reaching to her soul, Kalinda tried to shout but she didn’t find her voice, it would have been better if the other big guys were still whipping her
It was as if her soul left her body as she didn’t find her strength anymore, the whip was still landing at her back nonstop with endless tears rolling down her eyes like a running tap
She tried to shout but her voice failed her, the first time she will be powerless, suddenly she stopped feeling the pain from the whip, she didn’t know what happen but she couldn’t just feel it
The whip was still landed on her body but the pain was gone, she slowly looked at the door to see Viola staring at her, she could see how Viola closes her eyes each time the whip lands on her body
Kalinda looked at her hands that was balled into a fist and just then blood dropped from Viola’s clothes to the floor and she looked forward, immediately her eyes met with Kalinda’s own she turned around and walked away
Shortly after she left Kalinda started feeling the pains again as the whip lands on her, she couldn’t cry or shout at anyone, her body was weak that she might die
The guards stopped and loosen her then they dragged her like some bunch of woods into the last dungeon and threw her in there, Kalinda tried to breathe but couldn’t, it was as if her lungs were blocked
She was covered with blood
“Sweetheart, look how you’re suffering yourself,” she heard that particular voice that can make her blood boil with rage
She didn’t say anything, she couldn’t even find her own voice
“Marry me and I will end all our suffering, I will end all the pain and give you everlasting life, I would give you everything in his world,” Cyprus said
Kalinda tried to talk but her mouth failed her, she was so weak that she couldn’t even move a finger
“That little thing, he can’t even save you but I can and I will and no one will do a thing about it, am more powerful than anyone in this empire, I will take you away and we will leave happily ever after, I will redeem your soul and there will be no pain again,” Cyprus added and she slowly looked at him
“Why…. why….why….can’t you…. get…. get over me.. already? Am… am… gone…. gonna…. gonna die any… way…. way…” she stammered, the cold floor was doing her no good, she could feel some things crawling around her, but she didn’t know what it is cos it was dark in there
“Baby listen, If you die I will summon your soul from the underworld and place it on another body, or I might just summon it back to your body and you will then have to do my bidding, is that how you want it? you will then be my loyal servant and do everything you most just to please me, but if you accept to marry me now I will lift this pain from you, I will take away all your sorrow and you won’t have to worry about anything anymore, forget about that little boy. He will bring you more pain and sorrow, Marry me!!” Cyprus said, deep down he was wishing for her to accept it
“Why is… your mouth…move… moving but no… no.. no words are coming out… from…from it?” Kalinda asked and he frowned his brows
“Am doing you a favor, we use to love each other that’s why am trying to help you, why is it so hard for you to marry me? I was just mad I didn’t mean to chase you all over the world besides I didn’t kill you, we can still start over,” Cyprus said, he’s trying to make her understand
Kalinda was silent
“baby doll listen….” that was interrupted by the sound of the gate
Prince Tyrone came to view
“Bring her out and whip her till daybreak,” Prince Tyrone’s voice came from the door
