XAVIER
Xavier walked around the community looking for Camilla, he is with three soldiers and they all were asking people if they have seen her
“Sir, I think we need to go back it’s getting late,” one of the soldiers said and he shook his head negatively
“I need to find her,” he replied
Robin walked up to him and stood on his way
“What can I do you for?” He asked with a straight face
“Mother……”
Xavier didn’t let him finish his statement before walking away
“Mother ask to see you,” Robin shouted going after him
“Not now Robin!” Xavier replied and walked away

IN A CAVE ?
“Am getting tired,” Cassidy said and Ren held her hand
“My princess, you need to keep moving, we need to get out of here before they notice us,” Matthew said and she looked at Ren
Cassidy has tears in her eyes
“If we get away from here, will I get married someday?” she asked and Ren nodded
“Yes, someone will marry you,” Ren replied and she sniffs
“Into the cave!!!!’ they heard loud voices
They increase their speed and start running through the cave, Cassidy couldn’t run faster so Matthew carried her while Ren held the lamp
They continue running but it seems her father’s soldiers were getting close, Matthew gently dropped Cassidy to her feet and drown his sword
“You go on, I will hold them back,” he said and Ren shook her head negatively
“No, you’re not dying, you said we were gonna……” Matthew pulled her closer by her waist slamming his lips on her, tears rolled down her eyes as they kissed
Ren disengage from the kiss and looked at him with sad eyes
“Now go,” Matthew ordered and she didn’t move
Her legs glued to the ground and refuse to move
“Do you even understand what am saying, go!!!!” Matthew shouted and she went closer
she kissed him again and Matthew quickly broke the kiss, he held her face and looked straight into her eyes
“If the king gets a clue that his precious daughter is missing h*ll will break lose, I will keep the guards busy to buy you more time, take her to safety and be safe,” Matthew said and she burst into tears
Cassidy went over to them and held her hand, pulling her back slowly
“First it was mom, then Jefferson and now you,” Ren said but it came as a whisper, tears rolling down her eyes
“Go on, I Love you,” Matthew said and she turned around running away instantly
Ren suddenly stopped when she started hearing the clashing sound of swords, her heart filled with tears and bitterness, she grabbed Cassidy’s as they continues running in the dark night

NEXT MORNING~~ HUNTER’S HOUSE ?
Kalinda woke up by the rare of the sun shining through the window, she slowly removed
Camilla’s leg that crosses over her face and sat up, just then the door opened and Xavier and Hunter came in
“where is she?” Xavier asked immediately after he entered
Camilla yawned stretching her hands, she opened her eyes afterward and looked up
Kalinda looked at Xavier to see him staring at her h@tëfully
“We had a little too much last night,” she said and rub her thumb around her lips
Xavier ignored her and looked at Camilla
“We have to leave now,” he said in a commanding tone
Kalinda and Hunter who was by the door could sense the anger in his voice
“I will leave on my own time,” Camilla replied and Xavier took a few steps closer
“Camilla, do you have any idea how worried I was last night? I thought something bad might have happened and I didn’t even get a single sleep, your father has been on my neck cos you went missing under my watch,” Xavier said and she rolled her eyes
“so?”
“Your father is looking for you, show some respect,” Xavier added and she signed and rolled her eyes
“Fine,” she muttered going down from the bed
“I will be back as soon as I can,” she said to Kalinda and turn to Xavier
“Take me to him,” she said going over to the door
Camilla left the room and Xavier went close to Kalinda, she stared at him without saying anything
“Just do me a favor, stay away from her,” Xavier said and Kalinda twitched her brows
“So you think she’s not safe with me, huh? Have you forgotten what happened to you the last time you try to fight me?” Kalinda said they were so close they hunter started feeling uncomfortable
“Just stay away,” Xavier added and withdraws back
“You think she can’t course her own harm?” Kalinda asked and Xavier who was already by the door stopped and glared hard at her
“I won’t be nice to tell you next time,” Xavier added and stormed off
Kalinda stoop up and went over to the door
“I need to take a shower,” she said going over to the door

OCEANSIDE ?
“Hey,” Jefferson called, Kalinda was in front of him so he increased his steps going after her
“Hey, we meet again,” he added and she glared at him then looked away without saying a word
“What are you doing out here alone?” he asked with a light smile
Kalinda was silent
“If you’re going to bathe in the Ocean then we can make it …..hey I was still talking,” he shouted when Kalinda turned back, she started going back home
Ever since Camilla showed her the River she has found it interesting and she always goes there to bath
“Hey, at least lemme know your name,” Jefferson shouted, he ran after her
“I like your type of girl, tough,” he added and Kalinda finally looked at him with a straight face
“Do you ever shut up?” she asked and he frowned his brows
“Not when I have things to say cos right now I have got quite a lot,” he replied and she kept quiet
“Am Jeff by the way,” he added and Kalinda stopped walking
She stood at a spot as Jeffery’s image clouded her mind, their childhood memories and all the things they did together, even though they weren’t that close she will never tread Jeff for anything
Jefferson came close and peeped at her face
“Is there a problem?” He asked
Kalinda looked at him and started walking away again
“Hey, I already told you my name it’s time for you to do the same don’t be rude,” Jefferson said going after her
“You’re not Jeff,” Kalinda replied simply and he chuckled
“of course I am,” he said and she kept quiet
“I guess I will have to say it again, am Jeff….”
“you’re not Jeff!” Kalinda shouted, she swiftly turned around staring at him
Jefferson saw the angry look on her face but he didn’t take it serious, he found it funny instead so he started smiling
She turned around and increase her steps trying to get away from him, Jefferson went after her and getting close he slowly put his hand on her shoulder
“Hey, I was only trying to introduce myself, My name is Jeff…..” Kalinda didn’t let him finish his statement as she grabbed his hand and lift his feet off the ground, flipping him over her shoulder
“Gawd, am dead…. am dead…. am dead….. ahhhh,” Jefferson screamed in pain
He suddenly felt her hand on his collar as she dragged him up punching his face in the process, his lips busted instantly as blood came rolling down
Jefferson’s heart jumped into his stomach when he saw the look on her face, it wasn’t the person he was talking with a few minutes ago, her face changed to that of a blood-sucking monster
Kalinda raise her hand to his face but another person blocked it
“Hey, it’s me. Look at me…. it’s okay, look at me, okay,” Hunter said
Kalinda closed her eyes and gently let go of Jefferson
“What are you?” Jefferson asked standing on his feet, he started Dusting his clothes his gaze Fixed at her
Without saying a word Kalinda ran away, Hunter looked at Jefferson
“Happy broken lips, it was nice seeing your bloody mouth,” Hunter said and winked at him, Jefferson frowned making Hunter laugh
He ran after Kalinda and Jefferson stood there trying to process what just happened
