“What should we do now, lohara you can’t harm ma’am Salome… somebody help usssss” I screamed as loud as I could when we saw lohara walking closer and closer to ma’am Salome in the cage.
” Oh no.. Lohara.. it’s me.. please don’t kill me ” ma’am Salome said in fear as Sandra quickly threw the bracelet back to lohara on the floor.
” Take your bracelet and stop trying to hurt me” Sandra said in fear.
Lohara looked at the bracelet with her coloured eyes on the ground and used her legs to kick it out .
” Oh Lohara you have to put it on please” Clara said aloud as Lohara was about grabbing ma’am Salome’s neck in the cage when the king , prince and queen arrived.
” Stop it ” the prince said aloud to lohara as Lohara turned to him angrily.
” What the heck is happening here” the king asked surprisingly.
” Father, mother that girl tried to kill me” Sandra said rushing behind them.
” Father what should we do..we can’t let her kill lady Salome ” the prince said aloud.
” And who cares about her… just make sure you stop lohara from burning down my prison” the king said aloud.
” Guards.. open the cages and let those two stay outside.. they’ll become my labourers” the king said.
” Don’t touch me.. take your disgusting hands off me..we don’t want to be your labourers…we want to go back home” Clara said angrily as they took us beside.
” Hey..lohara..stop that now,come fight me” the prince said with his sword pointed at her.
” If she doesn’t stop it already.. I’m gonna kill her… guards bring my magic sword” the king ordered.
” What! You can’t kill her.. don’t you see she’s not herself …you good for nothing king” Clara said as I pinched her.
” Clara..be quiet” I whispered to her.
” Lohara looked at the prince and suddenly we pumped out fire to him but the fire bounce on the ground without touching the prince.
She did the same thing but the fire refused touching the prince.
Lohara tried severally sending fire to the prince but immediately the fire gets near the prince it’ll bounce on the ground and quench.
The prince was surprised as well as us .
” What! The fire didn’t burn you? Sky.. what’s happening” the king asked surprisingly as his guard brought his magic sword and gave to him immediately.
I began to feel scared.. he’s really going to kill my woman, what should I do…I think it’s time to let them know about the bracelet.. since the prince is the only one lohara’s fire can not burn then he should wear the bracelet on her.
” Wait.. please don’t kill her..my prince.. please take that bracelet and put on her hand” I said.
” Seriously.. what does it has to do with her situation ” the king asked
” Just do it my prince ” I said again as the prince grabbed the bracelet and rushed to lohara in the cage.
Lohara kept pouring fire on the prince but not even a tiny could touch the prince.
” The prince grabbed her hand and quickly wore it on her…. lohara landed weakenly on the ground breathing very fast.
” Lohara,are you okay?” Ma’am Salome asked.
” What! So all this time you knew the bracelet could stop her madness but you let her destroyed my soldiers and even burnt my wife’s hands..you all do not deserve even a drop of water from me” the king said angrily.
” Father.. I think this is Sandra’s fault..what is she doing here” the prince said.
” How dare you say that to your sister sky? Didn’t you see she was about to be burnt by that witch?” The queen said angrily.
” My prince..the princess of Araba kingdom is here to see you “a soldier said from behind.
” Really…son let’s go now and welcome your future wife… guards take them all to the labouring ground and make sure they break rocks ” the king said.
” Yes my king ” they responded.
” But father.. ma’am Salome should stay back..she’s too old to break rocks ” the prince said.
” And when did you start telling me what to do ” the king asked Angrily.
” I’m sorry father..we should go see the princess ” the prince said leaving as the soldiers took us with them.

I sat on the ground after trying to break one rock but couldn’t.
I don’t remember when last I held something heavy in this hands of mine.
Oh poor ma’am Salome..she’s already tired sitting alone….and Derick wouldn’t want stoping.. he’s been breaking everyone’s rock.
” Lohara.. Derick has really gone through allot for you..I wish when we finally leave this place.. you’ll give him a chance” Clara said.
” What are you talking about Clara.. he’s already my boyfriend.. what other chances are you referring to” I asked.
” Common..you know what I’m trying to say…you and I know how long it took you to say yes to him.. and you said yes only because you wanted to get over that invisible boy you met when you were little ” she said.
” Don’t call him invisible, it’s not like I didn’t see him.. Clara..you should stop saying nonsense already, Derick is my boyfriend, nothing is going to separate us” I said.

We were sited as we welcomed the princess who happens to be my future queen.
“Princess Mariam, please tell your father that your date of marriage with my son will soon be fixed…” Father said.
” Thank you my king…hey sky..I brought you something..” Mariam said.
” Really.. where is it” I asked.
” I’ve already kept it in your banquet.. let’s go check it out” she said.
” You already reached my banquet?” I asked surprisingly.
” Yes..what now..is there a problem to enter my future husband’s banquet?” She asked.
” ERM..of course not” I said smiling.
” Common princess Mariam.. don’t mind our son sky, that’s how stubborn he has always been..I remember back then when he was little…he went missing for two good days only for us to go find him in the city where wicked souls lives, princess Mariam..I wish I had another son I wouldn’t have let you end up with sky you know” mother said smiling.
” Enough woman..what the heck are you talking about… Mariam dear.. please don’t mind my wife,the prince is a good boy and has always been..I can see a great future between you two… anyway enough of all this..you were heading to the banquet right? Go on and have some privacy my children” father said smiling.
” Okay my king..sky let’s go” she said holding my hand as I smiled and began to Walk out with her.
We got outside as I took off my hand and pushed her away .
” My prince..what was that all about” she asked.
” Mariam,how many times have I warned you never to show up in my kingdom.. haven’t I made it clear to you that we have no future?” I asked angrily.
” You’re talking nonsense sky..what has come over you..sky how could you be this hard on me..for so long I’ve been waiting for us ,what exactly is your reason for all of this?” She asked angrily holding my hand as I pushed her to land on the ground.
Suddenly I saw Derick rushing to her.
” Oh no..miss are you okay? “He asked carrying her up.
” What are you doing here Derick..you should be breaking rocks” I said angrily.
” I came to let you know we were done with the rocks breaking but I’m surprised to see you treating a woman like trash.. don’t you have shame? Is this how heartless you are?..how can you push a lady like that” he said.
” If you’re done breaking the rocks I gave you then continue breaking the rest..and as for you Mariam you should head back to your kingdom..” I said angrily leaving.
” Sky.. sky ” she called but I left them.

I rushed to the garden angrily in tears..I began to kick all the flowers with my legs.
” How long will I wait for you..tell me,when will I see you again”
(FLASH BACK)
When I was five.
” Wow..I didn’t know it’s so beautiful out here…mum and dad need to visit this part of the world and see how beautiful it looks ” I said smiling as I stood on a smooth part which I was later told it’s called a road.
I stood there smiling and watching a car coming with some people inside..I didn’t know what it was so I thought it was a game..
The car came closer to me and stopped.
They were two persons in the car…a man and a little girl.
” Hey..you want to die? What the heck was that all about…are you okay, were you hurt? Tell me if I should take you to the hospital” the man said.
” I’m fine..” I said smiling as the little girl rushed to me and began to check my whole body.
” Dad he’s not hurt..no scratch..our car didn’t hit him, hey don’t be scared..tell me if you’re hurt” the girl asked holding my hand as her dad drew her away.
” My princess.. don’t go closer to a stranger like that,hey kid..this is my card,call me if you need anything” he said giving me something as I immediately put into my mouth and began to chew.
” What! That isn’t food..oh no you’ve just spoiled my card.. goodness it’s all my fault..I knew you were a kid and I still gave you my card,gosh… Jackson you’re insane…what was I thinking” he said hitting his head.
