They were still discussing when a knock came to the door, henderson instructed the person the person to come in. The opened revealing Saanvi she stood at the door, waiting for permission to come close. Until henderson asked her to come closer. Amelia was sitting down, but she was staring at the window.
“Good evening my lord” She greeted, with a bow. “Good evening Saanvi. What do i owe this visit?”
“Am sorry for interrupting, I just wanted to know how you’re doing” Saanvi said. “Am good, I can’t wait to recovery and get back to work” He muttered.
“Alright, am glad that you’re okay. Grandma was worried about you” She said. “I’m fine now.. Thanks for coming here” He said.
“You’re welcome. Take care” Saanvi said and glanced at Amelia before heading out of the room. Amelia sighed softly as she left the room, she then looked at Henderson who was also staring at her.
“Are you okay? You were just staring at the window” Henderson said.
“I’m fine. I still remember that night like it was yesterday. When she never wanted me to come close to you. Her threat. Her hurtful words. Her tears.
My tears. The pains.” Amelia mumbled, sadly and sighed softly. “Com’on it’s all in the past” Henderson replied. She raised her head with a fixed gaze. “Come give me a hug” He said, she adjusted herself and hugged him, he pat her back slowly and softly. “I don’t wanna see you sad anymore” He whispered softly to her. She nods.
Five minutes later, they laying on the bed staring at each other. “You didn’t tell me that something happened in the palace”
“Nothing happened” She stammered, confused. “Ethan and councils told what happened”
“Nothing bad happened in your absence. Grandma was around too” She replied. He chuckled on seeing the confuse look on her face. “Chill, they told me how you approached the people and the council”
“Oh… You scared me. I did what you would have done if you were here” Amelia said.
“Thank you. Everyone one in the court room was very happy. And the prime minister. He said a lot of good things about you. I was told to get married to you immediately” He said, smiling.
“Seriously?” She questioned. “Yes! And I promised to do what they said” Henderson replied and kissed her passionately, until it turning to something else she broke the kiss, trying to catch her breathe and was glaring at his lips. “Let’s make love” He said.
“No. It’s not possible. You haven’t recovered yet.”
“I have” He replied. “The doctor told me that you shouldn’t stress yourself.” Amelia said.
“You’re séx starving me” He replied, touching her waist line. “Not really. I following what the doctor said, i don’t want to see you there” She replied, talking about the hospital. He chuckled and went for her lips again, this time he was the one who broke the kiss..
“You will be going back to Naples tomorrow morning” Henderson said.
“What?” She yelled and quickly sit up on the bed. “What do you mean?” She asked.. “I want you to be safe” He replied.
“How do I leave you like this? You just came back from the hospital, spending two weeks and three days there.
Just lemme spend some days with you, before leaving” She replied. “I can’t leave you. I can’t even imagine leaving you” She added.
“Amelia, you’re a Queen. You have a kingdom to rule. Your subjects. Your councils are waiting for you” He replied.
“Am not leaving this place, until you recover” She replied, looking away.

Ethan got home, Maya was already waiting for him. “Babe..” She called and hugged him.
“How are you doing?” He asked. “I’m good. I missed you” She replied. “Am back” He replied.
“Mom called” She mumbled. “Your mom?” He asked.
“Nah! Your mom, she wants to see you tomorrow morning” She said, walking towards the dinning room. He followed her, slowly.
“Oh! She called me. I’m hungry” He muttered, rubbing his stomach. She smiled. “Com’on, dinner is ready. Go to your room. Freshen up and come down for dinning” She said.
“Alright Miss” He replied and went upstairs to his room. He off his shirt and trouser and went straight to the bathroom. He washed up and then returned to his room. He grabbed his pajamas and wore it, he then remember what Maya said, that his mom wants to see him.
“Oh goodness. I just hope it’s good” He muttered and went to the dinning room, Maya was waiting for him.
“Hello, beautiful” He muttered. “Hi, handsome. It’s good to have you here” She replied with a wink.
He took a sit and didn’t stop watching her as she dished out the food, she served him. He began eating after eating, they went to their various room to sleep.

She suddenly stood up and walked out of his room. Henderson wanted to call her back, he couldn’t. He stood up slowly and made his way out of the room. She was standing, facing the wall.
“Babe…” He called and wanted to touch her, but she removed his hands. He repeated it again. “Don’t touch me” She warned and sniffed.
“Amelia… Is this how you love? Huh?”
“For crying out loud, you just came back from the hospital. I didn’t get to spend time with you. Now you’re back and..you want me to leave”
“Seriously?” She questioned, staring at him. “Am trying to protect you from being harmed. Don’t forget that you are pregnant, you should be safe”
“What about you? You should be harmed right?” She asked and glanced at him. He looked if someone was coming, but no one.
“Come in. Let’s talk” Henderson said. “We got nothing to talk about Henderson, am not leaving and that’s finally” She said, boldly. Henderson smiled at her boldness. He doesn’t want her to leave the palace, but he’s doing it for her own good.
“You’re being rude” He muttered and ran his hands on his hair. “I don’t care” She replied.
“Come in. Let’s talk inside. It’s late already” He muttered. “I have nothing to say to you “She mumbled and turned her back on him. But quickly looked at him, when she heard him scream, holding his chest.
“Babe, what’s wrong with you?” She asked, concerned and scared of what the outcome would be. “Ouch! My chest” He muttered, holding his chest.
“I told you, that you haven’t recovered yet. You need rest” She replied and wanted to help him walked into the room.
“I’m fine, princess Amelia” He muttered and gave a her smile. He chuckle while staring at her face. “Seriously. Don’t do that again” She replied.
“Alright, i won’t. But you have to make a promise to me” Henderson beamed.
“What” She mumbled. “Hmm! You will be spending your night here. I will cuddle you” He muttered.
“What’s wrong with him?” She murmured. “You’re not saying something” He replied, with fixed gaze.
“Alright” She mumbled and walked into the room, rejecting his hand. “Hmm”
He followed her slowly. She sat on his king size bed, staring at an empty air. “What’s the matter?”
“You know what the problem is. Stop asking me” She replied, looking away. “Alright, you know that i haven’t recovered yet. Please spend some time with me, before heading back to room”
“If only you promise me something”
“What?” He asked. “Promise me that i won’t go back to Naples until you recover” She said.
“Come here, it’s getting late” He replied, ignoring her words. She sighed softly and joined him.
“What about Richard?” He asked. “He’s fine. Natalie is back. And he’s very happy to see her” She said.
“Okay..” He replied and glance at her. “It’s cold outside” He muttered, she glanced at him.
“I know.” She murmured.
